Bus did not pick up or drop off at our hotel, we had to walk to supermarket bus stop while it picked others up at hotels. The camel ride was the best part. Not much time or interaction on the volcano experiment bit. Felt rushed. Then the rest was just a drive in a bus! The guide was quite good with some interesting facts and humour. Was not worth the money.

Cool scenery but very overpriced for what you get. Guide was very stressed about timings the whole trip and kept complaining about people taking too long to get on the coach. Spent very little time off the coach, not a bad experience but not worth the £60 pp at all.

I was unsure how well the camels are being looked after, as some of them were carrying a great deal of weight up quite a steep incline. I felt sorry for them. The guide was knowledgeable and the bus driver skilled on some very ‘hairy’ roads !!

Transfertijd heen en terug : 3 uur. We hadden geen kamelentocht geboekt, maar toch moesten wij daar 1 uur wachten! De tocht door het prachtige, imponerende park duurde helaas maar 1 uur. Het is zeer jammer dat je zoveel wachttijd hebt voor een helaas korte tocht. Dit kan efficienter en beter.

Felt that the camel ride was not supervised as well as it should have been. Having strapped me in, the attendant did not check that I could reach the footrest safely. Would have appreciated more time at the restaurant stop so that it was possible to have a coffee. Otherwise, the trip was amazing and the guide George was very entertaining.

Es war eine deutsche Reiseleitung gebucht, gesprochen wurde tatsächlich englisch und anschließend mehr schlecht als recht ins Deutsche übersetzt. Manche lustige Anekdote wurde gar nicht übersetzt. Der Kamelritt war erstklassig organisiert. Die Zeit für das Restaurant im Timanfaya zu kurz bemessen. Man musste den Kuchen im Eiltempo verschlingen und konnte kaum die atemberaubende Vulkanlandschaft genießen.

Experience very good. Pick and drop off poor. Picked up on Costa Teguise. Then went to Peurto Del Carmen and did three pick ups. One we sat and waited for 20 minutes as these guests had been given a different time slot. We then go to Yaiza whe another bus drops off guests from Play Blanca who the board our bus. We have now spent 90 minutes doing pick ups we then had to go through this again dropping people off. It spoilt what was a very good trip.

Der Transfer war wirklich gut und pünktlich. Im Nationalpark ist natürlich alles zeitlich sehr begrenzt, aber die Busse dürfen sich ja auch nur eine halbe Stunde auf dem Parkplatz aufhalten. Es war ein kurzer aber interessanter Einblick.

We unfortunately went to the wrong pick up pointas the instructions given were not very clear, but the driver and tour guide came and founds us, which was a step above what they needed yo do. The trip was very informative thanks to the clear explanation given by the tour guide. Absolutely worth the cost, and will book again next time weare here. An amazing experience

The whole experience was great, I got to learn alot about the volcanos in Lanzarote. The camel ride was an amazing experience I really enjoyed the camel ride, it was a funny ride everyone was laughing. I enjoyed the whole experience. The tour guide was very good and had a lot of knowledge about the volcanos around the island and the coach driver was really good of driving us safely around to see the different volcanos and to the camel ride and the pick up and drop off service was really good

Really enjoyed the camel ride it made us laugh so much mainly because our camel was the noisiest and kept putting his head on the shoulders of the person in front of us. He was wearing a muzzle so it was all safe! Incredible out of this world landscape and very interesting history and facts. Jorge the guide was excellent and driver Diego also excellent in navigating the volcano route. Would’ve loved more time in the gift shop. Overall wonderful tour and back in time for lunch!

The tour guide was not friendly and not informative. I felt rushed all throughout this excursion and there was little time to explore or use the bathroom after the camel ride. The tour guide went as far as humiliate me in a shop and told me to put a magnet down that I was about to buy because the tour bus was waiting. I had only just left the camel ride and needed the bathroom and a quick browse. I was well aware of time and didn't need to be spoken to like that.

Our guide was brilliant and told us so much it made the experience really interesting. I cannot comment on the camel tour as it was cancelled due to extreme hot weather. We was take to a salt work and a wine vineary instead which was very good. So glad we did this tour.

We enjoyed the volcano tour and stop at the barbecue. We were disappointed that the camel ride was cancelled but this was understandable due to the weather. As we are both non-drinkers, the winery wasn’t for us however the salt flats were interesting. Petra was an excellent and knowledgeable guide and we had an excellent driver.

A great excursion! Really interesting commentary from the outset, great camel ride which was very well organised, amazing landscape and fun, interactive presentations which provided enough but not too much! Photo opportunities, time in the shop and opportunity to explore a little were all welcome and the whole thing was done within the space of half a day. Would highly recommend!

We had a child with us and the camel shepherd put our son on a camel two away from us, it was chaotic trying to get on camels, the shepherd’s English was so poor he couldn’t understand that our son needed to sit closer to us. It was a traumatic experience. Owing to the wait to get on the camel, we had to go straight back on the bus so didn’t get into the museum, felt rushed and stressful!

Our guide was amazing she was so informative and helpful. Would have liked more time on fire mountain the experience felt a little rushed. Camel ride was fabulous and went on for longer than we expected. As my husband walks with a stick we were given the first seats on the coach and our guide helped him on and off which was a great help. We had a great time and would highly recommend this trip.

Quite a whistle stop tour. Not much time spent at the geysers, very crowded and rushed but enjoyed the experience. Coach ride through the park exhilarating. Absolutely loved the camel ride. Animals were clean, cared for and muzzled and the short ride was long enough to enjoy the scenery and desert like landscape. A bonus was when the camel herder kindly took pictures using our phones x

Enjoyed the trip throughly, only tip I could give as I booked the trip on the app..the instructions as to coach pick up stated as "bus stop Grand Teguise Playa" We were waiting by the bus stop over the road by the hotel !! Simple mistake and as the coach was just ahead of us I had enough sense to check that we needed to head to the hotel. Perhaps wording change to " bus stops at Grand Teguise Playa" might prevent any misunderstanding.

The whole experience was just wonderful starting with the camel rides which the children absolutely loved. Then moving on to the volcano which was very informative and interesting. The National Park was the icing on the cake for us it was very emotional and felt like we were on the moon.

De excursie was een goede combinatie van veel zien en informatie ontvangen over het park en het eiland en plezier maken op de dromedaris. Voor mijn zoon van 8 was het voldoende. Wat we wel jammer vonden was dat er weinig tijd was om na de experimenten even rond te kijken en de omgeving in je op te nemen. Het was nu foto maken, plassen en door naar de bus.

De activiteiten volgden elkaar snel op. Daarnaast stelde de rit met dromedaris weinig voor. Het is een rondje lopen van 20 minuten, maar niet door het vulkaanlandschap. Omdat je ook met veel toeristen tegelijk gaat, zou ik dit onderdeel in het belang van de dieren eruit halen en langer onderweg stoppen om van het landschap of vulkaanactiviteiten te kunnen genieten. Het heeft ook met verwachtingen te maken. Je kan ook de tekst aanpassen zodat je beter weet wat je te wachten staat. TUI=duurzaam?

We vonden de Timanfaya tour heel erg bijzonder. Indrukwekkend om te zien hoe zoiets kan ontstaan. De kamelentour hebben we wel gedaan maar we vonden het veel te commerciël.. Achteraf hadden we er spijt van maar er werd ons verteld dat er goed voor de dieren gezorgd word.

What a lovely day trip. Myself and my children thoroughly enjoyed it. The camels were so gentle and friendly. It was also very interesting to find out about the history of lanzarote. Our guide was excellent, she knew so much and spoke 2 different languages. I would definitely recommend this day trip, well worth the money.

Bustour zum und am Timanfaya war gut, sehr nette Leiterin "Snow", Aufenthalt am Vulkan war def zu kurz, lieber 25/30 Minuten, unter dem Kamelritt hatten wir uns etwas anderes vorgestellt als 15 Minuten im Kreis zu gehen und die vielen anderen Gruppen hintereinander

Great
demonstrations at Fire Mountains were good but very quick, turn around of people vast. Coach tour through the Fire Mountains was good and the TUI guide was good and made the excursion interesting and fun. Not sure re camel experience having done the excursion and seen the working conditions of the camels, I felt guilty throughout the camel ride, didn't find this part of excursion enjoyable.

The guide and bus driver were amazing. We wish we had a bit more time at the restaurant to allow us to have something to eat there perhaps, or do a taster of the cooked meats on the volcanic heat.
