De organisatie was heel slecht. We kwamen met de bus aan en er werd niet meer uitleg geven. Zodra we op het eiland waren aangekomen ontbrak de nodig uitleg weer. Dan werd ons verteld dat we de boot vroeger terug moesten nemen. Dat deden we dan weer ook. Maar bij aankomst was de bus er niet. Begrijp me niet verkeerd het was een ervaring. Maar de slechte organisatie irriteerde me mateloos.

Amazing experience, plenty of time with the Dolphins doing various different activities. Staff were brilliant, a must do experience! Free time in the Dolphin park is by the pools and buffet lunch, not the whole island as not enough time. Make sure to take ID for lockers. Ferry was very good with telling us the timings for return journey. We opted to have the picture package which was definitely worth the money! Although the manatee pictures are not included, they are extra.

Excursion was falsely advertised as 2-4hrs. It actually lasted 15hrs, so be aware. Day was: up at 5am, pick up at 6am followed by a 2hr 30 drive, 1hr ferry, 3hr experience and lunch, 4hr 30 waiting around, 1hr ferry, 2hr drive returned at 9pm! No information regarding this was provided from Tui so prepare for a very long day. You'd be better off talking directly with the rep at the resort as they'd be more helpful.

Bonjour, aucun guide sur place, personne qui parlait français, personne pour nous aider au ferry, pas pris du coup le bon ferry, rater le dîner sur le bateau, arrivé là-bas pas de guise en français pour nager avec les dauphins, déception su début à la fin

The actual tour was really good. However transportation back to the hotel was chaotic and we had to wait a long time and very little information as to where we needed to go. This took the shine off the tour a bit for me.

Enjoyed every part of the the actual experience. The one down point was the cost of the photos which for a family of 6 came to £300!!! This should be advertised at the point of selling the trip as some families may not be able to afford this and it would ruin the experience.

The experience itself was amazing and value for money. What was very stressful and spoiled the day was the lack of information given to me prior to the trip. Tui did not give me any information as to the timetable of the day. I was not informed of how long the day would be or that I would be provided with food and drink. The guide did not speak English. I was picked up and transported to the port I was unaware I had to get a ferry there was little information given. I had to work it out myself

The experience was out of this world. The staff were amazing from getting on the ferry to getting off. Down sides the transfer driver initially dropped us off at the wrong venue. This was quickly sorted by the staff at the venue we were dropped off at. When we got on the ferry we were charged a'tax' which I now understand was included in the price I paid for the experience. So disappointed that I was charged twice for this. TUI should make it clear that mobile phones are not allowed.

The experience was great. However, It it is sold as a 2-4 hour experience and we were not told the time of the ferry back. We were waiting in cancun for two hours for the lift back to the hotel as we caught the wrong boat back apparently. Nothing was clear. It was a 12 hour day so please warn others!!!!

Fantastic fun day swimming with the Dolphins. Picked up on time and all the staff throughout the day were very friendly and fun. The experience we had with the dolphins is something I will never forget.

There was nothing wrong with the actual experience but it was sold as a 2-4hr excursion and we had to be there the whole day. We left hotel at 7.30 and swam with the dolphins at 10am but then only option was to go to the north of the island on beach with we’d done previous day or stay at dolphinarium with not many facilities. Should be the option of retuning earlier.

Brilliant trip, highly recommend. Picked us up 10 minutes late that was little worry if was coming, but once turned up was great. Got us there, on boat to go over, arrived at dolphin place and wow! Dolphins swimming around, had our royal swim which was the best one. And loved it. My children 10 & 5 was able to do everything. My little boys only 105cm and was able to do everything. Amazing pictures, but expensive 240usd for 4 of us. Then had rest of day to chill. Long day 7.30 and for back 7.30.

No private pics taking allowed while in water with dolphins. You get a bunch of pics taken by the crew for you; but they are quite highly priced. And if you decide to have them, don't pay for the pics in advance, before the experience. You will be photographed on site anyway and only then when you see the pics, you will be explained the cost so you can decide. This way you save dozens of dollars.

The experience was amazing. The dolphin staff amazing. But we nearly got left behind at the hotel told to wait in the lobby and the man nearly drove without us, spoke no English and had no idea where to go when we got left at the boat port. Had no idea about the tickets until we arrived and nearly missed our swim. Not enough room in transfer back to hotel for the both of us either! No tui staff available like it was advertised

Definitely have one of the more expensive choices, for that little extra cost it’s worth it! You get a more intimate experience with the dolphins which was one of the best days of my life, they are just so gracious intelligent beautiful funny intelligent creatures, it was amazing to be so close to them. The staff were great, food and drink was all in and was really good. Plus you have your own pool overlooking the whole of the dolphin area and sea, magical. I lost my sunglasses flip flops & t shirt, all recovered ??. I had actually booked the wrong date for the trip and missed it, but thankfully David Torres our TUI rep made a call and rearranged for the next day which was our last, big thank you to him ?? this day ended our holiday perfectly. ??

Pick up time was unnecessarily early due to the swim wasn't until 1200 hours and pick up was 0700 hours. The service at dolphin discovery was faultless, staff were friendly and accommodating and the experience was fantastic. Return boat was late in departing and trying to find transfer back to accommodation was difficult as no signage or uniform to suggest which was ours. On finding correct bus, it was making as if to depart without us, despite heading straight to pick up point from the boat. Bus was also overcrowded and uncomfortable due to this and being a small bus.

The dolphin interaction itself was well managed and our TUI Silver package gave access to an excellent VIP area for changing, buffet lunch and private pool within the dolphin complex. We paid an additional fee for an unlimited number of digital images which are taken by a staff photographer. The images were fantastic. You are not allowed your own cameras or go pros. We were also given an additional Manatee feeding experience. The checkin on the dockside in Cancun was chaotic and would be better if supervised by a TUI rep. The minivan transfer drivers at each end of the trip drove safely. It was a terrific excursion overall.
