Kevin our guide and Chin our driver made the experience. They gave us historical details of the country and explained the local landmarks in a fun and easy going way. Kevin engaged with the whole group, got us to know a little about each other and they both ensured we had clear guidelines and were safe. They made the experience unforgettable.

Rick's cafe was amazing absolutely no faults but the 7mile beach was very disappointing beach was very narrow no place to walk without disturbing others and the bar staff did not listen and got our orders wrong. Bus was half an hour late and the tour guide was stand offish and abrupt.

We had an amazing time from start to finish. Our guides were absolutely lovely and incredibly knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts about every area we travelled through. They truly made the experience. Seven Mile Beach and Rick’s Café were everything we hoped for and more. Fantastic value for money, and we would definitely recommend this tour!

Amount of time travelling was excessive. We were not advised that cash would be needed for umbrellas and cushions for sunbeds!! Divers and sunset definitely a must at Rick's Cafe.

We enjoyed the whole experience, good to see the different parishes and learn so much from Kevin our guide who was very knowlegeable and witty. 7mile beach was gorgeous and although the included lunch was small portions, jerk chicken with rice and peas or fries, you could order extra and the staff at the venue were great. Ricks cafe was a brilliant vibe, great fun and music with a brilliant staff. Only down side was the long drive back, very long and tiring day, but would definitely recommend.

7 mile beach was beautiful, we could have spent an hour longer there and an hour less at Ricks cafe as we found ourselves checking our clocks at Ricks. It was very loud and busy.

We arrived at 7mile beach to a welcome drink and our wristbands for our lunch. We had jerk chicken, rice and peas and chips. Followed by another free drink. We then spent the afternoon sunbathing, swimming in the sea. Was beautiful. Then onto Rick's Cafe.... This place is an whole vibe!!! Music, dancers, engaging with the audience ect. Myself and my daughter had the best day Our guide and driver were top notch

Was told be rep 1hour 10 to get to beach, however was a 3 hour journey there & back, spent more time on the coach the at any venue, would have got a private transfer, For 1hour 10 would have been worth the extra money!

All in all, it was a good day out, but I did find it quite long. We spent around three hours at Seven Mile Beach, which for me was way too much. Personally, I could’ve skipped the beach entirely and gone straight to Rick’s Café. Rick’s Café was definitely the highlight of the excursion! The atmosphere was great, the food was amazing, and the vibes were just right. I only wish we had more time there because it was such a fun spot to relax and enjoy.

Trip was good but bus did not turn up at hotel.After over 1 hour waiting with Tui rep a taxi was arranged to drive us (at high speed) to 7 mile beach to rendezvous with the bus.This lost us around 2 hours of the trip.After returning home I received an email from Tui apologising and stating that i had turned down $40 compensation which is an absolute lie as no compensation was mentioned or offered.Instead,the Tui rep sent an email of complaint on our behalf.Again,no compensation was ever offered.

13 hr day - far too much time in the coach which was incredibly uncomfortable, had too many “rest breaks” -ie stopping to shop and no choice over location on 7 mile beach. Ricks cafe was enjoyable. This is the first time I have noticed your guidance of 13+ adult trip (we took our 7 year old) and had this guidance been more prominent we may have reconsidered

What we enjoyed was the journey to our destination the tour guide kevin was very informative about our surroundings and kept the whole bus entertained with his great sense of humour. Rick's cafe was very lively, we would definitely revisit this destination again. Seven mile Beach was nice but the time allocated to it was too lengthy

La nostra guida Kevin è stata eccezionale, una persona molto colta che ci ha raccontato tantissimo sia in termini di eventi storici sia di usi e costumi del luogo. Inoltre è stato molto divertente. Non ci è piaciuta la pioggia ma quella non è imputabile a nessuno. Nonostante il meteo però ci siamo divertiti.

The whole experience was poor. Pick up was too early and before the breakfast service at the hotel. A Patty and Juice is not breakfast. Seven Mile beach was OK but the trip did not provide us with Lunch. Pelican Bay was good. Ricks Cafe is expensive and designed to fleece tourists.

Considero a ********** de saída muito tardia, estava previsto sair às 9h10 mas na verdade saímos já próximo das 10h, o que reduz significativamente o tempo para usufruir da praia. O autocarro tinha bancos muito altos, o que dificulta a visibilidade no caminho. O almoço foi muito parco em quantidade e opções. A praia era lindíssima e a experiência no rick's café também foi espetacular.

Seven mile Beach resort was overall fantastic, Rick's cafe was as expected, cliff jumping and party atmosphere, our guide on the other hand was very disappointing, very opinionated, and late back to the bus ,not interested that the bus was over an hour late picking us up ,which when you make sure you are there ready t the agreed time and there is no bus in this heat was no joke, on a better note the driver Gregory was very good, more like a guide and driver, thankyou Gregory

The beach part was excellent we left there and went to Ricks but we were there 3 hours with not a great deal to do. As a suggestion set off later in the day. We hope home at 10pm and was very soon out, it was not brilliant travelling back in the dark

Please ensure the pick up locations from your list are up to date . We were staying at St Ann’s and picked Jewel Runaway Bay Beach and Golf resort as a pick up location only to find Jewel does not exist neither does Club Ambiance or Jewel Cove all these hotels are closed. It was very difficult to locate someone to speak to about changing our pick up location in the end I managed to email Tui excursions in Jamaica who responded and changed it to Grand Bahia Principal …

The trip was unorganised from beginning no rep at meeting site we had to keep asking randomly if our coach was here! Paid for lunch was a rip off .. jerk chicken pork or fish was meal choice and chicken was so overcooked couldn't be eaten would gave cost less to choose any meal off the menu! Driver using mobile phone and drinking hot coffee whilst driving so safety was a concern, ricks cafe and beach was nice but went via gift store which was also a rip off, too long on xoach multiple pick ups

The tour guide KC was very informative about the areas we drove through, lots of history advised a few laugh's along the way, Ricks Cafe was ok but bar staff assumed our change was his tip, so not so good, seeing the cliff divers was good along with Negril beach stop off.

We visited the famous 7 Mile Beach and were instantly taken by the soft, white sand and crystal-clear water — absolutely perfect. We decided to skip the full 7-mile walk and just relax, soaking up the sun and the scenery. Rick’s Café was full of energy and fun — the cliff jumpers were amazing to watch, and the dancers kept the vibe going strong. The audience participation brought loads of laughs, and the cherry on top? A breathtaking sunset that wrapped up a truly unforgettable day.

Not told how long the tedious bus ride would be. Told that some people had booked a shop stop. This was false. Nobody on board had done this. Clearly an attempt to get commission for spending in the ship we were driven too which was not what we booked. The ‘pristine’ bit of 7 mile beach was as dirty, had old wooden sunbeds and they wanted $14 for some cushions. Not free to wander about the beach. No escort back to bus from Ricks cafe where locals were hanging around attempting to get cash.

The day in all was excellent but a really long day got picked up at 8.20am didn’t get back to hotel until 9.30pm we were on the coach for 3 hrs there and then another 3hrs back for some who were picked up before us were on even longer wish we could have had a little longer on the beach and also have the option to choose the food if you decided to pay as there wasn’t much option to choose except rice and chicken or chips and Chicken

It was a 3 hour journey and we stopped to shop at a reorganised place where they tried hard sell rather than going to shops where local people are. The driver sped back on the way home so we arrived in 2.5 hours rather than the 3.25 hours it took to get there (excluding time for shops). We stopped on 7 mile beach right next to a nudist beach which made us feel uncomfortable and were told we could see nudists by chance. Ricks cafe was great.

De bestemmingen waren prachtig en absoluut de moeite waard om te zien. Helaas viel de reis ernaartoe erg tegen: we zaten in totaal 8 uur in de bus voor slechts 4 uur ter plaatse. Onderweg werd bij 6 hotels gestopt om reizigers op te halen en we maakten een onnodige tussenstop van 20 minuten bij een dure souvenirwinkel. Zonde van de tijd. Een eigen rit regelen is aan te raden, zodat je meer kunt genieten van het strand in plaats van de bus.

Het was een mooie trip naar een prachtig strand en een gaaf café. Alleen de reis van Ocho Rios naar Negril was erg lang.. Wij hebben de reis onderschat. Ook vond ik de tijd op het strand iets te kort. Hadden graag daar nog wat langer gelegen!

The overall trip went well Kevin was a brilliant tour guide throughout the trip. It was bank holiday Monday at the Rick's café which had a cool vibes. Also a big thank to the driver who made the journey relaxing and safe.

This tour was far too overpriced, it was an extra £20pp for the lunch when you can in fact buy it yourself for less money. Our tour guide was very much pushing for tips. The coach was late arriving and due to all of the extra pick ups the journey from Montego Bay to negril took around 4 hours.

Our guide Kevin was amazing and driver chin was brilliant They both kept us amused all day. We even got Kevin twerkingy at ricks. Seven mile beach was stunning if a little bit overpriced. The only downside was under cooked food at ricks which we were unable to eat... So a waste of £25.... Sunset was awesome.

firstly the journey there was not 2 hours but nearer 3 hours. the tour guide told us that it wasn't 7 mile beach that you stop at that beach was a good half hour walk away but you probably won't have time to get there if you wanted to eat at the broadwalk bar. so you just get to be on a public beach which was expensive for food and drinks and told not to buy soverniers there as we would be taken to a cheaper place which wasn't any cheaper. ricks cafe ok but you have to return to coach as soon

The coach was old & leaked water on top of us , the seats were broken & we couldn’t hear the rep on the mike even though we told her so , we think that we were taken to the wrong bit of the beach that we were led to believe , really enjoyed Riks Cafe which is well recommended even though we were told we would leave at 7.30 pm but actually left at 6.40!!

It was really good our tour guide was amazing very informative and friendly, made the long journey good, however the bus was freezing just advise to bring something to keep warm

7 Mile beach itself was a little disappointing. We thought we’d have 7 miles of beach to choose a spot from but in reality everyone is crammed into one small section, all the rest took up by hotels private beaches. Riks cafe was fantastic, great atmosphere and food. So good we’re going back there on our second week

The guide Kevin was excellent he was fun knowledgeable and caring that we all had a good time. The bus driver was safe compared to our last one. He was also very pleasant and talked to us when on stops which was nice. Think his name was Busham. The boardwalk was lovely and enjoyed the beach. Ricks cafe fun sunset beautiful. It was lovely to be around everyone of all ages. But Kevin was the best he made the trip. Well done Kevin

Kevin our guide was funny and very informative, the bar we stopped at on the beach served lovely food and had a great ambiance. Ricks cafe was expensive but a fun place to visit. The sun set was amazing and the divers very entertaining. It was a long day but very much worth the drive.

Great day , guide and driver we’re excellent, great group of people on the trip. Lovely beach staff there were great. Locals very friendly. Loved the drive through villages. Great time and great people at Ricks bar. All round great experience thanks for the memories ??

Amazing day out. Was pleasantly surprised with this trip. The beach was at The Broadwalk which was just stunning and felt so safe, left my stuff on the beach and did jet car activity. As a solo traveller I felt safe and I'm so so glad I did this trip. It's worth it. No stop at a gift shop ?? and ricks cafe was fantastic! Driver and guide so lovely and friendly thank you! Bus was on time too. I would recommend this trip.

Boardwalk and beach clean and great set up. OMG Ricks cafe was one of my favourite places, food was amazing entertainment, from cliff diving and music entertainment was of the highest standards, spent 3 hrs there, wish it could of been 6 hrs

Prompt pick up but rather frustrating that other guests were not on time which meant that it took longer to get to our first stop. Trinnity was excellent, fun, informative and friendly. She got all the guests engaged and made the journey enjoyable. One bit of feedback I would suggest is advise on the description that padding and umbrellas are an additional charge for the beach. Also slightly longer there would be better too. The journey to Ricks Cafe didn’t take long at all and that was an fun

The trip and especially the guide Kevin exceeded our expectations. We had thought we would just go to each destination however the trip there was made really interesting and informative by the guide Kevin who was very friendly and approachable and gave a great insight into the points of interest and history. Prior to each stop Kevin ensured we were aware of what to do and how to gain the most from seven mile beach and Ricks cafe.

The entire Rick’s Cafe experience was awesome! The cliff jumping / the pool / the drinks (prices) / the gift shop could of had more different items other than t shirts… but overall 10/10 ! Will be coming back again!

It took 3+ hours to do a 1hr 40 trip. Absolutely ridiculous that you drive from one RIU Hotel to the one next door (a 5 min walk) which added around 25mins to the trip before we’d even left resort. We then stopped at yet another Rainbow store which wasn’t listed as a stop, everyone was going mad as this was another 30 min delay. We only had 2.5hrs on the actual beach in negril which deserved much more than that. We then went to Ricks Cafe which was brilliant but the guide hurried you again
