Super Erklärung auf dem Boot. Abholung war pünktlich Schöne Bucht zum schwimmen. Auch für Kinder die nicht gut schwimmen können ist der Ausflug super Immer wieder

My overall rating is low due to the actual environment experience only. The staff was all incredible and fun. However the snorkel stop was unfortunately very choppy waters for us, and the beach “party cove” was mostly a let down. The sand bar to get out of the beach at was kind of deep and the beach itself was a mucky walk to and covered in trash. Very sad because otherwise it would be so beautiful. The crew and boat dancing & views saved the experience.

Sehr schöne Tour mit dem Catamaran. Ein Schnorchelstop und ein Badestop . TOP Während der Tour gab es ausreichend Getränke und Snacks . Die Animation auf dem Boot war toll , vor allem der „Tanzkurs“. Wer laute Musik mag ist hier genau richtig . Für meinen Geschmack hätte es gern leiser sein dürfen . Alles in allem aber ein schöner Ausflug .

The price is too high for what we’ve got. We would expect at least some sandwiches for a snack, not nachos. Also I would really appreciate if we could change a date of the excursion as the wind was too strong and snorkeling was problematic even for adults and absolutely not recommended for children.

The overall experience was amazing. I am saying with all honesty that this excursion was actually the highlight of our entire vacation. With 4 adults, 1 six year old, it was not to short, not to long, it was perfect. The overall excursion was organized, moved through the different stages in a well organized seamless manner, and the staff, all staff involved were professional, ensured safety, and simply a joy to be around. Totally recommend this excursion.

Great
you sold us a family catamaran and I requested the slide on the boat which you told me.it had. When we got the water taxi and got on we realised it was not a family catamaran with a slide at all. We still enjoyed the trip but we're miss sold. We told the guys what we had booked and they said they didn't do slide boats on this day. still waiting for a response from tui regarding this as the trips are not cheap and we were miss sold this.
