The fun begins at an organic cocoa farm, where you'll learn all about the bean the Maya turned into chocolate while enjoying tastings. Then you'll visit a couple of typical dusty villages, known locally as pueblitos. Buy fresh produce at the market and cook it all up in with the help of a local chef.
