overall it was a good day but the snorkeling not so good water very strong had trouble getting back to boat and canoes being put into water made it even harder. Did not rate Bamboo island waist of time. Had been on a couple of boat trips before this one and they felt much more personalised and friendly both other trips arranged through Tui.. Food was good and plenty of it.

Tour was extremely well organised, crew friendly and spoke good English. Shame stops not swim friendly, only one stop where you are allowed to swim but life jackets must be worn, which stops you swiming, just floating. Other stops are no swiming, maya beach beautiful but again no swiming. One snorkeling stop which was ok

The program intended to visit too many places in a short time. It needs to focus on a couple of more impactful experiences, in my thought. For an instance, I would like to suggest "Phi Phi Lagoon - Lunch and more free time in Phi Phi Island - Swimming in a more free time in Bamboo Island - Maya Bay - Sunset view". However, overall it was good to see and know the valuable assets in Pucket.

Die Spots an den Phi Phi Inseln sind leider total Touristen überlaufen. Das hat uns vorher niemand erzählt. Es sind so viele Menschen und Boote da, dass man kaum den Strand oder das Meer sehen kann. Das kann man wohl vorher den Urlaubern deutlich mitteilen, dass es kein entspannter Schnorchelausflug mit wunderschönen Stand-Spots wird. Vor allem der erste Stop am Strand war leider total unnötig. Ein Paradies ist kein Paradies mehr, wenn man ihn nicht vor lauter Menschen und Booten sehen kann.

Toller Ausflug zu wunderschönen Orten. Jedoch wirklich sehr überlaufen. Vor allem am Maya Bay waren es zu viele Menschen, sodass man den Aufenthalt dort nicht genießen konnte. Trotzdem lohnt es, die Bucht mal gesehen zu haben. Es waren ca. 50 Personen an Board des Catamarans, aber der Comfort ist dafür passend ausgelegt. Das Team auf dem Boot war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit -vor allem bei meiner Seekrankheit. Tolles Team, nette Menschen. Bedenklich ist jedoch der Zustand des Korallenriffs.

Excellent planned out day, great balance of activities and seeing the fantastic islands and the crew were 10/10! Only improvement I’d make would be the food but tbh you don’t go for the food!!! Was a basic ok buffet at lunch in a hotel restaurant.

Picked up by taxi great driver very helpful, well organised when we arrived at the marina, breakfast in a box waiting plenty of water through the day, lovely staff on catamaran, fab Thai lunch on one of the islands in a restaurant, given the opportunity to swim/snorkel we took our own but equipment is provided, clear explanation of everything we were going to do 100% recommend this tour, is a long day but so worth it, to see the sunset ?? 10/10 Tui!

Zeer tevreden over de dagtrip in het algemeen vriendelijk personeel en duidelijke uitleg door de reisleiding. Het enige wat ons tegenviel was de afsluitende BQ aan boord daar hadden we ons meer van voorgesteld.

Guides were very friendly and very concerned about safety, and knowledgeable, which is great. I appreciate its not your company's fault but its way to many tourists, that it didn't feel special. I personally wouldn't do it again. By having tourists from all over the world, it would be very beneficial if guides and staff would be trained better in the english language. If your 2nd language is english, like mine, you struggle to understand important information. Overall a good experience. Thanks

Good. The scenery was amazing. Bad. Food on Phi Phi Island was not very hot. The catamaran was very uncomfortable, the seats were awful. Tried to cram too much into one trip. Take to places where swimming is not allowed. Didn't stop at the last stop for BBQ. Cold chicken skewers on the boat instead. Didn't risk eating them as yhe had been in storage all day. Overall value for money? No. James Bond trip much better all round. Better crew, better food, better boat.

Det kom ett oväder. Vi skulle vänta ut det. Men hemresan var hemsk. Aldrig varit med om någon liknande. Min dotter är nu rädd för att åka båt. Även guiden sa att de bara va andra gången hon var med om detta. Tycker de borde väntat längre och inte åkt tillbaka till samma tid vi skulle varit tillbaka. Flera var riktigt rädda och grät. Flera barn. Förutom detta var det en bra resa. Men rädslan i slutet tog tyvärr över hela upplevelsen

De excursie wordt mooier omschreven dan hij is. In de uitleg lazen we dat er een snorkelstop is bij Maya Bay. Helemaal geen waar, je mag er zelfs niet zwemmen en mag er met moeite in het water. De snorkelstop was bij kleurloos koraal. Je dansschoenen laat je beter thuis want op die overbevolkte boot heb je helemaal geen plaats om te dansen. De BBQ bestond uit 2 spiesjes met 3 stukjes gelakte kip, en een stuk ananas en watermeloen. Het vlees werd gewoon opgewarmd en was voordien klaargemaakt.

The staff was great. The service was outstanding. What I did not like was you had to stand up to see outside of the boat. The locations we went to were crowded. There was not enough adventure or swimming. It was a slow and crowded experience.

Seemless from start to finish. The tour was incredibly well organised, full of activities with just the right amount of time on each island to pack in a full day without feeling bored. The tour guide GoGo was incredible and is clearly a born entertainer, we were laughing all day. I felt very safe and well catered for. As a result we've booked another trip with the same company.

The whole trip was brilliant from start to finish. The crew were very friendly and helpful and made you feel safe throughout. The boat was comfortable. The route around the islands was brilliant and the crew knew a lot of info about each one. Perfect way to spend a day.

Boat and staff were great, but the day felt rushed and it wasn’t very relaxing. Places we visited were beautiful, but overcrowded. It would have been nice if there was some swimming in the middle of the day when the heat was at its peak.

The catamaran ride was fab, the staff were very good, loved the snorkeling but the islands you visit are crazy packed and led along like cattle especially where they filmed "the beach movie". Not sure why the maiton island as its closed just a stop point for sunset and to eat barley warm bbq skewers. Could be improved

Très cher pour ce que sait, on passe plus de temps sur le bateau que sur plage. Skorkeling bcps trops tard à mon goût. Les plages ne sonts plus accessible comme avant .. ce qui rend l'expérience bien triste et bcps de monde qui se marche dessus.

Well organised & extremely friendly staff, they were all on the ball with keeping us refreshed, looked after & keeping the catamaran clean. Our main guide was brilliant, she was really clear with her speaking & repeating certain parts to make sure we took in the information. All the sights were stunning & the food was delicious except the end small BBQ which was tasty, but not hot. I would highly recommend this trip.

For besværligt at komme over i mindre båd ved bugten, vi afslog derfor dette tilbud. Vejret kan i ikke klandres for, men hjemturen i blæst og regn, var virkelig en prøvelse. Lyden i båden kunne ikke høres pga. motorstøj, vi sad bag i båden, derfor var information manglende. Syntes der var for lidt tid, de steder hvor der kunne bades.

Det var alldeles för mycket folk och ett så kort stopp på Phi phi Don så vi inte han se någonting. Öarna är skräpiga och det hela var mest en sorglig upplevelse. Åker aldrig mer tillbaka och rekommenderar inte till någon. Tyvärr!

Overall everything was perfect except the part where we go to eat, their is no option for muslim people, i have went to many tours in thailand where they provide this option to us, so the only thing i did not enjoyed is the food, but everything else is perfect, i would appreciate to consider this option because you will have more customers and more profit, thank you

Mkt bra guide, en av dem var lättare att förstå. Lite kort tid på Phiphi Don, man hann i princip bara äta och vara lite på stranden utanför restaurangen. Man hade velat få lite mer tid på ön. Det var överlag korta besök på öarna, men kul att få se flera öar med dessa fantastiska stränder. Toppen att få åka longtail in i lagunen i mindre sällskap. Snorklingstoppet var toppen och där fick vi mer tid. Bekväm katamaran. Minus- mycket folk och båtar på alla öar.

I would have found this description really helpful in deciding if this trip is suitable. It’s a full day so collected around 9am from hotel and taken to the port. Free coffee and soft drinks plus pastries on arrival were a nice touch. It was very well organised all round. The catamaran was extremely comfortable with padded seating which was needed as on our trip the wind was high and the sea was quite choppy. The boat travels at speed and you have to remain in your seats

The islands are stunning and something you definitely should see if you’re visiting southern Thailand. The catamaran felt a bit crowded although the boat staff kept making a point about how lucky we were because their company had removed seats to make more space! The snorkelling was not great - I saw only three types of fish. We were not advised to wear our life jackets, and unless you had the presence of mind to do so, you could have found yourself struggling to stay afloat in very deep water.

The staff was very friendly, cheerful and helpful. No problem with that at all. The whole experience didn’t meet our expectations. The first part of the tour was just watching from the boat. The second part was a bit disappointing. The snorkeling spot wasn’t great, the coral was mostly dead. We arrived at elephant island with very little light and we just missed the sunset, or got 1 min of it. It should have been timed a bit better and chosen a better snorkeling spot.

Fantastic tour, knowledgeable, friendly and safety-conscious staff with well-maintained boat and equipment. We had a great time as a family of 4 (including x1 pensioner and x1 teenager), the snorkelling and Maya Bay were particular highlights. Food was tasty and regular snacks were given out during the day. A special shout to our organiser Yap who helped us navigate rebooking after our daughter got Gastro the day before the tour, and had excellent communication throughout, thank you!!
