The kids had a lovely day beside the hot sun which no one has control over. It was great. The TUI Rep, Rebecca was very helpful in making sure we get a rescheduled after the bus drove past our stop on the day we were supposed to go first. She did very well in communicating with me and kept me updated on all changes made for the refund and rescheduling. Thank you so much it was all worth it.

Interesting zoo and something different for us to see on our holiday. The visit only needed three hours, hence it felt a little contrived that everyone ended up in the restaurant. The timing also led to us walking around in the hottest part of the day. That said, we enjoyed the visit and thought it was good value.

Das Zoo Erlebnis war sehr schön. Die Mitarbeiter dort sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Was fehlt, ist eine Beschilderung am Anfang wo es zu den Lemuren geht. Der Bustransfer war auch 10 Minuten zu früh da und fuhr zurück auch 10 Minuten zu früh los. Das könnte für manche problematisch sein.

I think the return coach could be slightly later, maybe an extra hour at zoo would be perfect. Price of the trip and onsite prices are reasonable.

The best part was the bird show and the interaction with the lemurs. Many of the animals were sheltering from the heat and not visible. Coach transfer from the Athena beach took 40/45 minutes and then you queue for entry tickets.

We really enjoyed the zoo, particularly the feeding the lemurs experience. Plenty of shady spots to grab a drink at a reasonable price. The museums were an added bonus for historical and cultural insight. Fabulous trip and we would definitely go again when visiting Pathos.

Driver was miserable and abrupt Positive the lemur experience, staff appeared caring, the zoo was clean and tidy. Negatives oh that poor lonely elephant, elephants are herd animals, she looked so sad, paying €50 to go in her enclosure to have pictures taken made her look like a performing circus elephant, no giraffe, lions seemed to appear ok, 2 zebra, didn’t see white rhino, lots of bird exhibits. I get that this is the closest for some to see these animals but this was not conservation

We enjoyed our time spent there but was left in a 30 minute queue to see and feed the elephant which resulted in our 11 year old daughter to collapse during the waiting time which ruined our experience. As a result we will not be returning

Lots of animals locked away or had died. Majority of cages contained birds and some areas like penguins were very smelly. All litter bins were full and not emptied not enough seats around the zoo

It was value for money, the zoo itself was ok although we thought some of the enclosures were quite small for the animals. As for the guide/staff, the driver gave no guidance other than instructed us to be back at the bus at half 2 and he shook his head a lot at people and told people off, he seamed quite angry with the world.

Świetna wycieczka, ZOO bardzo ładne, zielone, bardzo dużo ptaków. Lemury są number one! Pokazy ptaków i edukacja przy okazji, też fajne. Niektóre zwierzęta mogłyby mieć większe wybiegi- surykatki, lub być bardziej otwarte- pingwiny, ale jak w każdym zoo, coś jest do udoskonalenia.

Sama wycieczka do Zoo była całkiem ciekawa , zwłaszcza dla mojej 5-cio letniej wnuczki . Samo zoo , to przede wszystkim mnóstwo egzotycznych ptaków . Zwierzęta ( mogło by być ich więcej ) też były dość ciekawe. Cena adekwatna do atrakcji , można sporo zobaczyć ( zwłaszcza ptaki jeśli ktoś lubi ) , Na miejscu restauracja ( niekoniecznie ze szczęśliwą obsługą ) , lody i przekąski . Atrakcja dla dzieci i dorosłych jeśli ktoś lubi faunę i florę .

Coach driver was friendly and provided a great service. Zoo was enjoyable but lots of birds. Elephants and big cats were the highlights. Lions were far more active than in other zoos we've been to. The time from drop off to pick up was just about right to give enough time to see everything.

. dont get long enough in there .dropped of at 11am .. had to leave 2.15 for the bus .. we had walking aids ..so did not see everything .. also loads of biting flys .. ..my friend got bitten over 15 times.. me also .. . We should have been told about it .. then we would have covered up more

Another fantastic day , driver was friendly . Gave 8s clear details on return time . Beautiful zoo, where you can feed lemurs , the elephant . The bird show was very informative and good fun . Lovely cafe areas and nice food in the restaurant . The your length was plenty of time to do everything .

Tbh, a lot of the animals I felt really sorry for. Most enclosures didn’t have a lot in to keep the animals entertained. It’s like they have to sit and stare at the same 4 walls as their cages were practically empty. It was depressing to witness. Gift shop very minimal. Bird show was enjoyable tho!

Loved the lemur experience. However, the size of the pens for the animals was a little small and what will stay with me is not the fun parts but the poor parrots sitting alone in boxes with no enrichment. This is essential for smart birds and they will be miserable. Not all the birds, but enough to make me sad

The zoo was mainly birds and the park was small. 3.5 hours was not needed. Everyone was back to the bus early. Most of us were in the cafe before going to the bus. The bus left at 1425.

The price of admission was very good, but the cost of hiring a mobility scooter was extremely expensive, so we didn't bother. The penguin enclosure seemed a little small as did the reptile house. We paid for the bus from Pathos, but that only left 3 hours to look round and that wasn't enough, so we didn't get it. A choice of times would be good

Thoroughly enjoyed our day out at Pafos zoo. Got picked up outside of our hotel and the driver was lovely, also get taken back home again afterwards. A lot bigger than we expected and the animals are so cared for despite some silly reviews I had read before visiting. We did the elephant experience while we were there and again amazing! Everyone who works there are so lovely and you can really see how loved all of the animals are. Had a fantastic time. Would definitely visit again.

Coach was quite late in collecting our group and it wasn’t clear upon arrival how we gained entrance. The zoo itself was as fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed the Lima encounter and elephant feeding experience. Would definitely recommend a visit.

DRIVER WAS 20 MINS LATE (NO APOLOGY OR NOTIFICATION) RETURN TIME WAS TOO QUICK MEANING WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS FAR TOO RUSHED . MASS AMOUNT GETTING IN AT TIME MEANT EVEN LESS TIME INSIDE . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY .

Good Zoo. However we were a little upset by the size of the enclosures and the cleanliness of the enclosures, especially for the larger animals. Not keen on the elephant being made to stand for pictures with paying customers. The Lemur experience was great and seeing the bird show was fabulous as it was very informative

Repetitive, more birds than other animals. Some pens a little too small for groups and larger animals . Couldn't rate a guide as none. Food was lovely though and the ladies in the restaurant were very pleasant and attentive. The lady in the coffee shop was really nice. The walk around was too much for us elderly. A nice little train ride or buggy ride around the animals enclosures would have added a nice touch to the park. More family orientated. Bus ride home horrendous, overcrowded.

Lots of different animals to see which was great however I couldn't help but feel sorry for some of them. They're engages appeared somewhat small and confined for the number of animals in the cages. Elephants are social creatures and can become distressed and lonely when isolated. Saw one elephant on its own very sad which I found very hard to watch.

Feeding the lemurs was the highlight for us - don't miss it. The place is very bird centric and there aren't many of the larger animals you often see. That said, the lions and tigers are great. The bird show is worth the time, might have liked a meet and greet with the Macaws. Small-ish place, easy enough to get around. Good for a half day visit.

We are both big animal lovers and even though I had reservations about going as we have been to other zoos where the animals enclosures were far to small, where as Paphos zoo i was pleasantly surprised that the enclosures were bigger than I thought they would be. It was an enjoyable day out and we managed to see a few animals and birds that we haven't seen before.

The zoo experience was great, bird show was fascinating and very well thought out. However the condition of some of the enclosures were dreadful, tiny areas for camels and cows and some birds were in tiny and uninspired cages, why couldn’t all the birds be in a large sanctuary? The larger animals like the elephant and lions were in more appropriate enclosures. They all looked well looked after but felt a little bad for all the birds in cages. They should be able to fly around in their enclosures

The holiday was lovely. The foods was nice. The Hotel was lovely. Staff was very nice and helpful . Only one exception to one staff. That staff wasn’t staff not going to stop us enjoying your holiday. The manager dealt with the issue to a great standard and overall we were all very happy and we had a wonderful holiday. We will definitely go there again..

Although Zoo's are not always popular, Paphos Zoo was very enjoyable. As with most of this kind of thing, it's not a natural environment for wildlife, however we enjoyed seeing many species and felt the staff were doing their best to keep the animals well looked after

Quite an interesting zoo, and a nice place to walk around and spend a few hours. Lots of exhibits to see, but, like any zoo, you may not be able to see all of them. There's a good bird show that's included with the entry, so be sure to remember to go. There are a few enclosures that need a bit of tlc and updating, but work is ongoing. Good for young families and couples who are interested in wildlife

More info on the coach, was told 30 min transfer but closer to 1 hour and 20. Had two trips booked that day so was tight for time due to incorrect timings given. Ahead notice of cash for experiences would also be good. But overall great zoo and value for money.

We didn’t go we booked tickets through the TUI app and we waited a hour for pick up and nothing picked up up my son is autistic and was so upset and I have chronic pain with a walking aid waiting a hour was to much I’m disappointed as I spoke to to online rep I haven’t received a email about rearranging a another date now I just want a refund

Not disabled friendly at all. €20 an hour to hire a mobility scooter, then could only go around the parameter of the zoo sticking to the tarmacked road. Most of the enclosures are far to small for the amount of animals especially the birds. Most of the bigger animals were either inside or out of view.

Unfortunately the experience didn't live up to expectations. Bus arrived driver didn't even get off the bus not even to help load my partners mobility scooter as she is disabled so had to get help from someone walking past, then the same when we arrived and leaving the zoo, bus was dirty what looked like black mould on the ceiling with water dripping from the fans, broken seats, zoo itself ok apart from half the main enclosures were empty but ones with animals full of animal waist, don't recomme

Zoo was good had lots of animals to see. Shame getting there and getting through to the zoo from Tui was not great. Coach turned up 30 minutes late without any notice on the app. Had booked a taxi when the bus finally showed up and had to cancel it. Pointless sending e-tickets when you still have to queue up to get a paper one. Should send the tickets through with a barcode as you can walk straight in and get your ticket scanned

Poor
Collected at correct time and journey to zoo was pleasant. Facilities (toilets etc) were pretty good. Zoo was set out well. Like all zoo’s it is a bit of pot luck if the animals decide to show themselves. Weather was extremely hot on our visit. Unfortunately there appeared to be 2 dead baby fat bellied pigs in view in an enclosure. We alerted staff who said they were aware however their was no urgency in the staff to tend to the problem.
