The submarine experience is very good overall, the port is a lovely place but not enough time is aloud in the port itself to enjoy it. The trip itself is good value for money and a good experience just needs more time to enjoy it.

From Tui Guide rep to end of the trip staff was incredible, really helpful and catering as we had a 2 year old with us. The submarine itself was a good experience with great views of local underwater life, if i had to comment with seating on stern and portside views of shipwrecks was limited and the submarine didnt pass by again for the opposite side to see, overall a really great experience

The overall experience of going in a submarine was fantastic seeing under the water and the fish and the Rex was a wonderful. The only thing that was not so good was getting the best home. We did not know what to do or where to go as there was no guide waiting for us.

The organisation of the trip was easy. The trip itself was excellent. Really well thought through with an interesting view of the seabed. Well informed and great fun for teenagers. Staff on board were helpful and efficient. Some interesting sights underwater. It would be nice to see more variety of fish but I realise that’s dependent on the day and what is there. A great trip and would highly recommend.

A great experience to go underwater in a submarine. Lovely to see a few shipwrecks. Spotted several different species of fish. The experience is over pretty quickly. A lovely touch to receive the dive certificate at the end. It was a very efficient service. Picked up promptly from our hotel and driven to the Marina. Safety video shown prior to boarding.

Picked up on time from outside our hotel, and after safety demo we boarded the submarine. It was very clear down there and we saw so many fish. The fish were not startled by the sub and lovely to see them nibbling at algae on the windows. The headsets gave a clear understanding of the experience and another screen should the depth. A very interesting afternoon.

The actual Submarine experience was really great but the bus on the way back wasn't. Before we were dropped back they started picking up the people for the next tour then because of the rules about drivers they changed everyone onto another bus that was filthy, the back of the seats were ripped and the seats were covered with sand, dirt and were disgusting. When I told the guide that the seats were dirty she just laughed and said " I know" .

I really enjoyed the experience. The only criticism I would have is that when we got back to the pick up point at the correct time we were not able to get back on the bus and some younger children and people with health conditions were struggling.

Der Ausflug an sich war super, lediglich die Organisation hätte besser laufen können. Der Bus hatte Verspätung, es gab keine Info darüber, war nicht erkennbar als Ausflugstransport von außen. Meine Nummer war falsch aufgenommen worden. Und es war vielen nicht klar ob man wieder abgeholt wird als Gruppe oder sich beim Bus wieder trifft. Nach einem Anruf beim TUI Service in Deutschland hat sich die Kollegin super gekümmert, danach lief es ohne Probleme.

Absolutely loved it. But, we forgot to collect our photo and certificates. I was with my granddaughter and was really disappointed that I didn’t get our photo. I mentioned it to our TUI back at the resort and on the last day of the holiday, a lady from the submarine safari team brought both our photos and certificate to our resort. I was overjoyed and now have a wonderful keepsake. Thank you so much for your kindness and care.

Great day out, bus was late picking us up so didn’t get time to spend walking around the area, the submarine was brilliant, good views and commentary during the dive, amazing day well worth the money, would be nice to have got the photo at the end as part of the experience, but still 10/10 day out

Zbyt ktortki rejs, jak za takie pieniądze. W cenie biletu powinny być również zdjęcia, za które trzeba było dodatkowo zapłacić, poza tym atrakcja uważam, że była bardzo ciekawa.

Great experience going down in the submarine because it's something most people will never experience. The most disappointing thing about it is the variety of fish that inhabit the waters around The Island. Mostly you see a variety of the fish Sea Bream which are relatively the same and only rarely do you get glimpses of other species.

The submarine was a great attraction, staff were helpful and friendly, supporting a member of our group to enter and exit the sub due to impaired vision. Only gripe would be possibly having a little more dive time.

Wir wurden mit einem Bus vor dem Hotel abgeholt und danach wieder direkt dort hin gebracht und mussten nicht erst noch 30min laufen Man hatte ein wenig Zeit sich den Hafen anzuschauen War interessant die U-Boot Fahrt. Würden wir wieder machen

The actual experience was great. Unfortunately let down by the sheer fiasco of return times being misinformed twice resulting in us having to leave a meal half way through when the guide found us to say we had just 10 minutes rather than the hour we were expecting. This meant that as well as leaving food and drink unfinished, we had no time to collect photos or certificates or to browse the shop. We feel very let down by this experience.

Leider war die Fahrzeit mit 45min viel zu kurz!!! Ich würde sehr gerne 2-3 Stunden mit dem U-Boot unterwegs sein, aber es wird nur die Minisafari angeboten. Insgesamt dennoch ein interessantes Erlebnis.

pick up point a long from our hotel, coach was 25 mins late, no apology or explanation. The guide gave ano instructions, just told to “follow me” when we arrived, no instructions on where to meet and what time for re-group after the trip. Safety & information for Sub trip was excellent, as were the sub staff. The trip was a little short (just under 45 mins) and bearing in mind we had traveled over an hour to get there, felt underwhelming. No time for dining or shopping at Marina afterwards.

The experience was great, really enjoyed going on the submarine. I was worried about going on the submarine as I get motion sickness. Claire the TUI rep reassured me. The only negative was that the trip isn’t advised in the app, we saw the bus at the airport and found the leaflet on the TUI desk.

Firstly the submarine is based in a beautiful harbour so any free time before or after can be filled. We saw stingrays and barracuda before we set sail. We had a comprehensive safety briefing similar to an aircraft. The sub is quite airy with good viewing ports. Commentary in most languages is through a headset. Voyage as deep as 30 metres and plenty to see. Overall I would recommend this to anyone. ( Be aware entry to the sub is down a vertical ladder. )

It was a shame we didn’t see very many or varied fish but that’s down to luck. The only downside to the day was the walk along the pontoon along the edge of the water to the sub which was very wobbly with no handrail or anything to help you keep your balance which was a tad dodgy for us older travellers especially for people with some balance problems and young children. Easily solved if you willing to do so🤷🏼♂️
