Malta's sister island is just a short boat trip away. You'll set off by ferry and explore Gozo's natural beauty spots with this full day excursion. Visit Dwejra Bay and historic sites such as the Citadel and Ggantija Temples.Arriving at Gozo in just 25 minutes, we'll disembark and head straight for the Ggantija Temples – a UNESCO World Heritage Site older than the pyramids of Egypt. You'll then visit the Citadel of Victoria, where 360° panoramic views show off the island's landscape. Next up is lunch.In the afternoon, we'll visit the fjord-like bay of Xlendi as well as Dwejra Bay to see Fungus Rock and the nearby Inland Sea. You can't fail to be impressed by the island's lush countryside, its serene atmosphere and how different it is from the larger island of Malta.

Our guide and driver were incredibly well informed, helpful and responsive. All questions asked were answered. The only downside is time. But the opportunity to visit a UNESCO with such a knowledgeable and helpful guide is not to be missed! I highly recommend it. Not sure why there were no seats or covers on the ferries toilets for the chaps though? 🚽

Brilliant Gozo tour and the Citadel was stunning! Johnny was a top-class guide: fun, engaging, and full of great insights. We loved the narrow streets. Massive shout-out to our driver, Pene (I think!) and his absolute skill getting us through Gozo’s tiny, twisty streets. The only tiny downside was the wait at the bus stop at the ferry terminal, however, that was no fault of our guide and it was because one of the buses containing 2 remaining guests was late. Other than that, highly recommended!

We couldn't fault Kevin's expert driving and Niknea (not sure we have her name right) delivery of history and knowledge of the area, excellent! We were a party of 50+ in numbers which was a big party for one person to oversee, felt this was a safety issue perhaps. The 3 course meal was disappointing. The trip was a good insight to the island, however slightly rushed with the time constraints.

Great guide leading the tour as always. As an introductions to Gozo it was great. There is so much to see in the Maltese islands and a tour like this is a good way to get a feeling of what you may want to look at in more detail another time.

The trip was too rushed. The guide walked quickly and didn't wait for everyone to get off the coach before walking. Getting on and off the ferry was difficult and we couldn't see Nika once we left the ferry. So many people, we couldn't hear the guides instructions, I didn't feel the guide was really looking out for the wellbeing of her group. To improve, I would cut the time at each destination by 5 minutes so the guide has time to ensure all of her party are with her.

Trip started off with a lot of hanging around but once on Gozo it improved, the guide was ok, we experienced better on other tours and they can make or break a tour. Food was appalling and TUI need to do something about it, I would avoid the food if you can, generally ok the trip to Mdina was far superior

The experience would be better if the guests were provided with ear pieces to enable us to hear the guide more easily when walking rather than having to stand close to others. Time to access to the Citadel church would have been a bonus. It all felt a little bit rushed

The guide was very informative. The day was quite long and tiring but enjoyable. The food provided for the lunch, though basic, was very good. The chauffeur drove with care. I would have liked to have seen a bit more of the farms and seen how they manage to farm in the conditions of heat etc

We had to wait an hour in a crowded terminal because of some sort of ferry delay with no real explanation from our guide who seemed a bit flustered by it all. Obviously, we lost time and much of it was rushed. We would have liked more free time, particularly at the temple. The lunch was awful and not worth the money.

Erstmal war die Tour richtig schön. Was auf Malta wohl jetzt normal ist, ist der schleppende Verkehr. Unser Bus hatte 30min Verspätung. Am Hafen zu Gozo haben wir dann unseren Guide Zled kennen gelernt, Super Typ hat richtig Spaß mit ihm gemacht. Er hat viel erzählen können und war auch richtig aufmerksam. Die Gruppe die wir erwischt haben war leider zu Fuß nicht mehr so stabil was in Victoria zu schwierig führte. Das Essen war so lala, man ist satt geworden aber mehr auch nicht.

The tour was lovely unfortunately the 4 people from our hotel, Double Tree by Hilton, were picked up from our hotel but at the end of the trip we were supposedly told, although she didn’t use the microphone on the bus, that they weren’t dropping us back to our hotel, but somewhere near by, as we didn’t hear this we had a twenty five minute walk back to the hotel, as the coach driver refused to go back. A very disappointing end to a good day. Tui really need to tell people about this

The tour was rushed from start to finish. The pickup was half an hour late and on Hozo there was no bus so we had to wait another half hour for one to arrive. It was difficult to hear the guide as he had a quiet voice, and when off the bus there was no microphone so only those at the front could hear. At every stop he said we needed to hurry do we didn't miss our lunch appointment and then the ferry, which we were told we had to dash for, although some people were struggling . Ok but not great.

Het eiland Gozo is leuk met de citadel en het inland is leuk om te verkennen. Boot tocht is leuk. De ochtend met de tempel is zo gehaast dat je geen tijd hebt om fatsoenlijk om je heen te kijken. Van het museum bij de temple hebben we niks gezien en er was geen tijd om naar de wc te gaan. Onze gids was alleen maar aan het jagen en op zijn horloge aan het kijken. De gids had geen oog voor langzame mensen en als andere mensen zich daar niet om bekommerd hadden was ze verdwaald geweest.

The app experience was hopeless. When the bus didn't turn up on time, I had to call to chase it up, and it finally arrived well over 30 minutes behind schedule. When it finally turned up, we were given two different excuses for the delay. While the trip was fine thereafter, it does not mask the failures. The app is really useless.

Our guide John-Paul was extremely knowledgeable about everywhere we visited. Gave us interesting facts at every place, on our journey and also made it numerous. He was constantly checking that everyone could keep us and was very clear with instructions about where to meet up. Lunch was also very good . The only thing was we would liked more time to explore Gigantia . Overall a positive experience and value for money.

Persönlich war mir die Gruppe zu groß. Irritierend fand ich, dass die Reiseleiterin schon immer erzählt hat, bevor die Gruppe überhaupt zu ihr aufgeschlossen hat. Der Ausflug war ok, um einen Überblick zu bekommen. Ich würde ihn so aber nicht noch einmal buchen.

Alle stops waren zeer mooi, mooie bezienswaardigheden. Het zoeken naar de reisleidster bjj de bootopgang verliep niet soepel en kostte veel tijd eer er aan de overtocht begonnen kon worden. Dat was jammer en alles in de felle zon. Bij terugkomst van de boot, hetzelfde tafereel.

Very interesting tour with very knowledgeable guide. Tour highlighted places of interest and allows a certain amount of time for each highlight. Whether the time at each place is sufficient depends on the personal preferences of the individual and how interested they are in the subject matter. Lunch was fine in the local restaurant. Our guide accommodated all who wanted a boat trip at Dwerja. An excellent day out. Highlights places to return to for a further more detailed visit if desired.

Overall a good tour to see the sites of Gozo. History explained very well at all the sites by our excellent tour guide . We had a long wait queueing to board the ferry on our way there. A steep hill and lots of steps up to the Citadel so you need to be fairly fit for that but have the option to remain in the town. Really enjoyed our day.

We hebben een geweldige trip gehad met Matthew. In de bus begon hij al veel te vertellen over Malta en Gozo, en zorgde ook voor humor. Lunch is goed geregeld. Alleen water is niet inclusief, zorg dat je voldoende water hebt en anders koopt gedurende rit. Neem ook cash mee als je de boottocht wil doen, is 5 euro per persoon en ze accepteren alleen cash. Al met al een geweldige trip en een aanrader!

Wanted to see Gozo but the trip was limited to three places I feel there was more to see that wasn’t covered. Whilst the guide was knowledgable she did not ensure that all group was present when providing information. She did walk briskly and did not check that everyone in the group could keep up to her pace. Lunch was lovely and good value though some of the group were not happy that only wine was included when they did not drink alcohol and so they had to pay for non alcoholic drinks.

This trip was poorly arranged and managed from the outset. The guide, was confused as to when and where our transport would come from. The meeting time and time of departure was given as 0810am. All customers were there and the guide was not. When he did turn up he told us that the bus was coming by 0850am it still had not arrived. He had an argument with another guide about a bus he thought was his and could not get hold of anyone at his office to know what was happening. Very, very poor.

Die einzelnen Ziele waren sehenswert, allerdings konnten wir nicht mehr n die Kirchen was schade war. Es wurde uns eine kleine Gruppe in einem kleinen Bus verkauft, wir waren ca 40 Personen. Niemand hat uns vorher aufgeklärt, dass wir im Gozo-Terminal 45 min auf engstem Raum stehend warten mussten. Die wenigen Sitze waren belegt. Wir wurden nicht auf unendlich viele Treppen hingewiesen, 2 von uns konnten das kaum schaffen. Viel stehen in der prallen Sonne. Damit viel zu anstrengend.

Unfortunately we didn't get to the tour. The website had changed the date while I was updating the collection point and booked it for a time I wasn't in Malta. While it is my mistake that I did not notice the change, I am concerned about the fault on the website functionality and the booking not linking to when I am in the country. I'm sorry for the disruption to the Experience team, and have lost money in a tour that could not be taken. I have booked again for the right month.

Gozo is zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Mooi en groen eiland met veel geschiedenis en bezienswaardigheden. Als eerst hebben we de tempel van Ggantija bezocht, dit was op een hoog tempo. Daarna een markt, dit had niet gehoeven voor ons. De lunch in Mlendi was goed verzorgd. Het uitzicht bij de Fungus Rock was prachtig, we zijn met een bootje het water op geweest (hiervoor moest je wel extra betalen). De citadel van Victoria was prachtig. De excursie was wel op een hoog tempo.

the transport was ok the tour guide was good BUT far too rushed . the meal was not worth the money .. vegetarian option terrible and drink . the trip tried to cover too much and not enough time to see and do .

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and thought the guide was first rate. He mixed humour with knowledge and kept us all engaged. There was some chaos around arrival at the ferry terminal (and I appreciate it was very busy). The group - or some members of it were separated from the driver that brought us to the terminal and there was confusion about what to do and where to go. Once we were allocated to our guide everything went smoothly and we were well attended to throughout the rest of our trip.
