We were dropped off at border control and had to wait 30 mins before it opened - no TUI rep in the morning to explain what was happening. The boat was very old and slow. When we disembarked in Turkey it would have been helpful to hold up a sign with the time for return - instead everyone had to ask the boat crew which delayed the process. It would have been helpful also to have timings for the return to Pythagoria. The 3 TUI reps on return loaded passengers on the wrong coach which delayed retur
