The staff were good, however other than coming around with drinks there was no interaction, no information as we sailed about the coastline or area. Also don't appreciate the staff member coming round to everyone expecting a tip. It was uncomfortable, maybe an announcement towards the end for "any tips welcome" for when we leave the boat, not to come round individually to each and every person.

Der Skipper und der Koch waren sehr nett. Das Feeling, welches man bekommt, wenn an Board angefangen wird zu grillen, ist echt toll. Ich würde den Ausflug weiterempfehlen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Es wurde ein Halbtagsausflug angeboten. Tatsächlich waren wir 3h am Schiff.

No guide or comentry not a clue were we whent. Boring sailed 3 1/2 hours 3 miles eachway 6 miles in total, swim, BBQ food very nice. A good sunset on the return journey made the day, if it had been a cloudy day it would be a total waste of time. Not worth the £90 per person, expensive at half the price.

80 € fand ich für die VIP Catamaran Tour nicht angemessen, obwohl sie mir sehr gut gefallen hat. Wir waren nur 17 Gäste, was sehr angenehm war. Die Musik ( alle bekannten Hits) und die beiden Crewmitglieder gefielen mir besonders gut. Die Jungs waren positiv zurückhaltend, aber trotzdem sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, und das Essen, was sie auf engstem Raum zubereiten mussten, war wirklich sehr lecker. Zum Abschluss kamen wir noch in den Genuss eines tollen Sonnenuntergangs.

Found it to be a bit boring, I think because of time of day the experience started. Food was a slight concern as seemed to have been pre cooked as no cooking smells. No atmosphere on boat, music wasn’t very good, the boat itself very small for the amount of people. I’m sorry to say that no I would not recommend this trip

It would have been nice to have some form of “chat” from the men on the boat as to what the planning the morning was….we knew nothing. They were very friendly, handed out water, drinks and watermelon after the swim stop.

Booked for a Monday got cancelled moved to wednesday note posted under door saying cancelled moved to Thursday rang rep told him we had other plans as he was not at the hotel and would not be there Thursday as day off was hard work to get a refund but hotel manager gave us a refund in Tunisian dinar and not back on card with no receipt so had to spend before going home think this is unacceptable

Op zich een fijne activiteit. De duurtijd van de boottocht is zeker OK. Er wordt ruimte gegeven om te zwemmen en te genieten van de zonsondergang. De crew deelt koele frisdrank en watermeloen uit. Je krijgt echter niet wat de reisleiding je verkoopt: zo zijn er wel veel meer dan max. 25 personen op de boot aanwezig en dolfijnen ga je ook niet zien.

Tui reisbegeleider had ons verteld dat de catamaran met slechts een 25 tal personen was. Het bleken er minimum 40 te zijn. Op de boot zelf werd door de mannen aan boord niets gezegd. Wel op het einde ons bijna verplichten om een fooi te geven. Dolfijnen zijn er uiteraard niet te zien. Weinig of geen plaats. Er mocht gerookt worden op de boot. Dit was heel storend. Niet waar voor je geld.

Il faut arrêter de faire croire que l'on va voir des dauphins pour vendre l'excursion??. Le batelier est très bien et fait bien son job. L'accueil sur son bateau est bien également. Nous avons par contre pu assister à un magnifique couché de soleil.

I thought the trip was over subscribed, there were too many people crammed on to the catamaran to be able to enjoy it as much as we should have. I also find it frustrating that you can only book it with the rep and not on line, all excursions should be available to book via the app

- The Tui rep couldn’t speak English. Not entirely his fault as we couldn’t speak French either. Luckily one of the boat crew could explain to us what to do. + The boat crew on Sinbad were excellent, highly entertaining, nothing was to much for us and we had a great time. Would highly recommended the VIP trip with this crew.

The TUI guide was lovely. Catamaran was so basic, we paid for a smaller special sunset tour limited to 25 people. What a waste of money. We were back on our coach returning to the hotel and the Sun had not even set!! Not adequate seating to people. The water was so choppy the most people were wiped out with sickness on the way back. It was simply a trip out for an hour, stop and swim around for a bit and eat and ride back.

It was a typical Tui experience. Cram as many people on as you can and charge the earth for it. The experience itself was fine amd we all enjoyed it but very expensive for what it was. There's always one obnoxious family that has to spoil it - not Tui fault but less people would have helped matters.

We bought VIP catamaran sunset experience. The sea was far too rough and choppy to go out. When moored, some got off to swim. The coastguard appeared and we believe the crew were told to get people back on the boat. Rep asked the crew whether people should get back on too. About half of people on the trip were sick and didn’t have food. We were back before the sun set. The trip at 4.00pm was cancelled in the morning due to the conditions before we had even left for our trip. Red flags on beach.

Ich bin für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, Seth enttäuscht. Die die Fahrt gemacht haben waren super, super nett und umsorgt, aber von TUI habe ich mehr erwartet. Wir sind 1h ein Stück auf das Meer gefahren und dann über 1h zu baden und dann schon wieder zurück zu fahren. War wirklich sehr enttäuschend. Wir dachten die setzten auch mal die Segel, das der Catamaran im Wind fährt, aber nein leider nicht

Het was een mooie trip. Bij de boeking werd verteld dat er 25 personen op de boot zouden zijn, max. 27. Uiteindelijk zaten er zeker 50 personen op de boot waardoor je niet zoveel bewegingsruimte had.

C'était parfait ! JJ ( représentant de TUI), le capitaine et Ahmed étaient géniaux ! Hyper présents, à l'écoute, beaucoup d'humour. ils se sont hyper bien occupé de ma fille de 7 ans, l'ont fait piloter le catamaran, la chouchoutait....bravo et merci à eux !!! Lexpérience bateau en elle-même était très chouette. La nage libre, le repas en pleine mer, le retour avec le coucher de soleil...je recommande vraiment !

Waar voor je geld een 6 geven. We vonden dat er maar weinig drinken bij was. Ons werd verteld dat het inclusief eten en drinken was. Wij vonden het drinken wel erg weinig heen vaart 1 flesje water en de terugweg vaart 1 blikje soft drinken. Eten was wel goed.

The driver of the minibus didn't really engage with anyone and when at the marina it wasn't immediately obvious where we had to go. I guess booking through tui you would expect to see some kind of representative from tui but this wasn't the case. There were a lot of people in the marina asking us to hold various animals in exchange for money, not Tui's fault obviously but that was annoying! Lovely trip once on the boat though and opportunity to swim was a nice bonus.

Unfortunately, our experience on the catamaran was extremely poor. While the staff on board worked hard and tried their best to make the experience enjoyable, the whole excursion missed the mark completely and was very overpriced. There was not enough food on board for all of the guests which resulted in a two tier service and as my family were one of the last to be served we were left with the scraps. The experience was not good value for money and I would not recommend.

We were told food and drinks would be included and all we got was one small soft drink for a four hour cruise. This is downright dangerous and disgusting I would have bought my own drinks if I had been told the truth. The food was awful I was the last one to be served and I didn’t get a lot of the things others had. People were even getting second portions before we got our first. I am utterly disgusted with this trip and I am expecting a refund so please contact me.

1 keer hebben we een uur gewacht in de lobby, Toen is dit geannuleerd na meerdere keer bellen waar ze bleven. Problemen met de bus. 2e keer was de bus optijd. Toen hebben we 1.5u gewacht in de zon. Met een kind van 2 jaar. Omdan na meerdere keren vragen wrm het zolang duurde Terug na huis gebracht te worden. Defect met de catamaran. Niemand houde ons op de hoogte. Tijdens het wachten. Wij zijn daar afgezet en de chaufeur, en verantwoordelijke van de excusie waren spoorloos

Die Musik war uns teilweise etwas zu laut, hätten es gerne etwas „ruhiger/chilliger gehabt. Es wurde immer relativ küsten-nah gefahren, hätte mir gewünscht dass es weiter aufs Meer hinausgeht. Der Service an Bord war sehr gut, -der Sonnenuntergang wunderschön. Würden die Tour auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen:)

It was sold as a quiet catamaran trip. Leisurely cruise with a swim. It was over crowded, a Tunisian birthday party boat who played loud music through the boats speaker system. The Tunisian people took over the boat and you literally couldn't move anywhere from your seats It cost nearly £100 and was a horrendous experience

Wir haben für unsere Kinder 9+10 Jahre den gleichen Preis bezahlt wie für Erwachsene. 4 Stunden sind lange. Es war dann schon langweilig. Das Grillen hat ewig gedauert. Wir würden rief die kürzere Tour empfehlen. Das Personal an Board war super freundlich!!

The staff were very friendly, happy and relaxed atmosphere. Lovely party music. They played ‘we are sailing’ by Rod Stewart - which was appropriate and everyone was singing. The sunset was beautiful. They stopped for people to swim. They offered water/coke/lemonade and water melon. The latter was very refreshing. The toilet was undesirable but I suppose what was expected on a catamaran! The driver it extremely well at the end at departure as a local blocked the exit and had to do a very…..

We really enjoyed the experience, especially getting to see the sunset and the delicious food served. There did seem to be some organisation issues, our coach driver was unable to access the marina for about 30minutes where we were driving back and forth, we also spent around 20 minutes waiting for them to bring the boat around. Other than the delay at the start the trip was great, food was lovely and the coach was waiting for us when we returned.

enjoyed being on a boat having a different view, the crew were friendly and surprised with soft drinks and melon. The amount of people on board was too many for the size of the boat, there was no safety information provide. the location of the stop was not ideal as too far out from shore so water choppy and only anchored for 30mins. Overall we would recommend this only to get out of the hotel to do something not for the actual experience. we were disappointed.

Very enjoyable. Staff were lovely both on the transfer and on the trip. The captain and skipper made sure children were well behaved even if parents didn't ?? plus made made sure everyone kept rehydrated. There are quite a few people on the catamaran so just choose your seat wisely when you get on ?????. Would recommend!

Mooie tocht je ziet tunesie vanaf het water jammer genoeg geen dolfijnen gezien maar denk dat het lag aan de harde maar gezellige muziek aan boord. We werden voorzien van drinken en een stukje watermeloen. We kregen ook de kans om een verfrissende duik te nemen in het water .

De kapteijns van de catamaran waren top. Vriendelijk en professioneel. Verder werd er voldoende drinken uitgedeeld en was de watermeloen een lekkere snack. Het jammere was dat er onder water niks te zien behalve zand en een aantal verloren visjes.

The trip was 1 hour on the catamaran up the coast, then 1 hour at anchor for swimming, then 1 hour back again. Water and water melon was provided and the crew had masks and snorkels to use. Bus guide and crew were all very friendly and welcoming. A nice morning trip for a swim, but nothing more really

The boat had way too many people on for it to be enjoyable. Once you were sat down there was no way of moving around and enjoying the journey. The staff didn't say anything when we got on board, usually on boat trips you get a hello, welcome, this is what we're doing today etc. It was nice once we pulled up to swim but other than that, this is probably the least enjoyable boat trip I've ever done on holiday.

The captain and his guy were so lovely and friendly and made the experience very enjoyable. A couple of people were seasick and they were immediately attentive. They were also very safety concious when we were swimming off the boat. Loved every minute

Alles was goed geregeld goeie service en vriendeljjkheid. Drinken en watermeloen gekregen op de boot en stukje zwemmen op de mooiste plek met mooie uitzicht. Helemaal genoten en raad het iedereen aan die het nog niet heeft gedaan!

Quite a lot of pick ups before we got to the boat so took 1 and a half hours to get to the harbour, boat cruise was good, the problem was when we got back, my daughter cut her leg on a piece of equipment on the harbour so we had to go back to the boat and have it cleaned up, after that we went back to the coach but the coach had driven off without us. It was the middle of the day and it was boiling we had to wait over an hour to see anyone to try and get back to the hotel.

Der Katamaran war sauber und sah sicher aus, allerdings gab es nach dem Badestop zwei Kinder, die auf Grund der nassen Füße (wir mussten die Schuhe ausziehen) ausgerutscht sind. Eine davon hat sich stark am Fuß verletzt und musste behandelt werden.

A lovely relaxing trip which we thoroughly enjoyed although no dolphins. There was a couple of people who wanted life vests so they could swim but it wasn't made known that they were available. While swimming in the sea it wasn't made clear that if you went to the inside of the 2 entrances at the back of the catamaran that there were ladders and so many people struggled to get out of the water. It was only later that the skipper advised of the ladders which were not obvious Would recommend

Enjoyed the relaxed vibe and that the return journey was made under sail, not by motor. However, it was crowded, with those getting on last struggling to get a comfy seat. We were an early pick up and spent more time on the transfer coach than on the boat.

The catamaran cruise was lovely and had a really relaxed feel. It wasn’t clear or made clear what was going to happen, the onboard crew didn’t explain anything we just got on at and they set off. The comms pre trip were also a bit confusing as it gave a pick up time but also said to ask the rep for the pick up time.We had a lovely time though.
