Zwischen dem 1. August und dem 30. September wird die Maya-Bucht aus Gründen des Ökosystemschutzes für Besucher geschlossen. Während dieser Zeit wird die Bucht mit einem Ausflugsboot aus respektvollem Abstand erkundet
Kinder müssen über 1 Jahr alt sein, um teilnehmen zu können, während Erwachsene unter 60 Jahre alt sein müssen, um an den Schnellbootfahrten teilnehmen zu können

Onödigt lång intro med frukost, för att vi ska handla produkter? vi kunde fått våra armband och gått till båten. Alldeles för snabb båttur som blev omäbekvöm, vi fick sitta längst på bänk och hlrde inget sv vad guiden sa pga båtmotorerna. Minska antalet utflyktsmål, blev bara stressigt.

Bussen som skulle hämta mig från hotellet kom inte. Jag har kontaktat TUI och de lovade att utflykt avdelning ska utreda det och återkomma med besked om dem ska betala tillbaka eller boka om. Det har gått 5 dagar utan svar och jag har kontaktat TUI flera gånger och fick samma svar att dem håller på och utreder det. Jag har några dagar kvar på resa och kan inte boka utflykten tills jag får besked som ingen vet när det ska komma. Jag är väldigt besviken på TUI, aldrig mer

Super fin tur. Man får set nogle rigtig fine ting i løbet af dagen. Og er dejlig udkørt når man kommer hjem. Min dag startede med afhentning kl. 7.30 og var hjemme igen ved 18 tiden.

Enjoyed everything but it was just so busy / too many boats and people it spoilt it having to queue everywhere. Also the swimming: mist people wanted to swim in deep water but I am not comfortable in deep water so couldn’t swim as I was over ruled.

Our boat broke down which meant we had to limp to an island for an unscheduled stop while we waited for a replacement boat. The staff rejigged the schedule as best they could but given the time we’d lost it meant the scheduled stops were all a bit rushed and we didn’t get back to the marina until after dark. There was no compensation offered.

We just finished the trip With sawanu. Worst trip. Full packed . To Many people Rude staff - they yell and Push me and my son. And everything was not included like you told me. Pay Extra extra extra for all. Super stress no time to enjoy. I been to Phi Phi 3 times This was worst trip ever Sorry to say 0 starts I Will give bad review

Maya Beach hätte man auslassen können, ist nur ein Schlange stehen ohne das man etwas davon hat ausser Fotos mit vielen Leuten! Dafür lieber einen 2. Schnorchelgan! Tolle Guides und leckeres Essen

Too many stops so you didn't get time to relax and enjoy them for very long. Not point to the viking or monkey islands as you stay on the boat so there is a lot of driving round. Staff were great and very attentive as one of our party was ill

Tolle Landschaft mit einem wirklich sehr engagiertem Team, was sich um Alles kümmerte. Leider sind die Ort mit vielen Booten und Menschen bevölkert. Dafür kann die Tour oder das Team aber nichts.

The stop at Mayer Bay was a little disappointing due to the amount of people there and my experience of being asked to wash my feet before I entered the toilets only to find the most disgusting toilets I’ve ever visited was the only downside of the whole day Oh, rest was amazing as where the crew

The speed boat was dangerous and the most uncomfortable ride on a boat I have ever experienced. The beach we went to we were not given long enough on there. I have never been so scared in my life as the journey on the water. Had I known it would be such a dangerous boat ride I would not have booked it.

Ansicht ein schönes Erlebnis,aber leider war es am Maya Beatch so überfüllt das man sich vorkam wie in der Berliner U-Bahn im Berufsverkehr....... Das Schwimmen am Bamboo Beatch war leider auch keine Spass da man im Knietiefen Wasser mit Schwimmweste nicht schwimmen konnte.

The problem with this excursion was it was way too busy. Firstly the boat was packed ( not a criticism) but it was claustrophobic…..there was nowhere to put anything. Then there are all the extra add ons….it should be all included. The weather wasn’t great and the sea was choppy so we couldn’t stop anywhere and that was disappointing. Where we did stop we were cordoned into roped off areas to swim and snorkel with constant boats coming in and out. Nothing was relaxing

Heel leuke dag, prachtige plekken. Goede verzorging / ontzorging. Enige suggestie is om Bamboo Island te schrappen, is niet interessant en is heel beperkt omdat je enkel met zwemvest in overcrowded en zeer afgebakend gebiedje mag zwemmen. Soort verwarmd peuterbad. Kun je net zo goed iets eerder terug zijn in de jachthaven van Pukhet.

Speed catamaran was nice and large and a smooth sail but you could only view a few of the islands from the boat rather than go on them. Maya Bay was far too busy to enjoy, poor toilet facilities. Unless you got out snorkelling near the boat you had to wait for everyone. Lunch was pleasant but only about 15 mins after your meal to look at the stalls so felt rushed. Bamboo island was pretty but expensive ice cream.

The speed boat was not for me. To rough and noisy. Maya was far to busy . The toilets were disgusting x I personally did. Not like the restaurant. Dark. Did not enjoy the food. My daughter was ill the day before a sickness bug. I reported it to the local rep . I went alone. But i requestef a refund for my daughters. It was refused . We booked two trips 6000 barts. I think as a gesture you could have refunded her. But a definite NO . She did not want to be ill

We visited some beautiful places & enjoyed swimming too. Unfortunately there was nothing special to see when snorkelling, possibly due to so many boats & people. Loved stopping at the beach for a nice lunch & walk around the shops. Then it would have been nice to make our way back instead of going to another swimming place, most people were tired by then. The day was to long, especially for tourists with limited time visiting the region. Though we did enjoy our day with the crew :)

Very well organised day out from pick up to drop off. Only downside was lunch as not much choice and most food was cold. Far too many people by this point having lunch at same time (not enough of an issue to put off as plenty of shops nearby for personal preferences). Bella our guide was amazing.

Die Mitarbeiter waren super,die Toure gut organisiert aber kein entspanntes Erlebnis schnelldurchlauf der Stationen durch zu vielem anstehen und warten.Der Busdriver hat sich geweigert uns zur Lobby zu bringen obwohl das gebucht war.Er hat uns unten an der Straße abgesetzt und wir mussten einen steilen Berg hochgelaufen.Trotz aufforderung hat er sich geweigert

We got off to a slow start as pickup was over half hour late. Traffic congestion and rain added to concerns. Arriving at Royal marina was a bit chaotic with lots of people crammed into reception area. Staff on hand were very friendly and well organised and once on board our boat the day got better. The natural beauty of the islands has to be seen to be believed but the cost is lots of people and sadly the amount of plastic in the sea does take the edge off what was a great experience.

Well organized. Complementary hotel pickup and drop off was a welcomed. The itinerary, islands visited and amount of time at each stop was just right. I only wish they had told us in advance that the long tail boat ride (although optional) was an added option. Not a deal breaker by any means though. Overall, tour guide and staff were wonderful. A worthy day trip.

Ich kann TUI nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr nette und hoffentlich Mitarbeiter, der Transfer zwischen Flughafen und Hotel und umgekehrt lief sehr gut. Dank TUI APP wurden wir 2 Tagen davor schon informiert.... Ja alles war sehr gut. Dort haben wir einen Ausflug gemacht und die TUI Mitarbeiterin hat uns kompetent beraten. Ich wusste nicht, was ich bemängeln soll, weil es gab nichts, was nicht gestimmt hat. Danke dafür!

Staff were very efficient n professional. We had a fun day. The crew explained the rules of the day and about the history and environment of the islands. It was what we expected for the day ???? The only issue we had was when a lady failed to return on time and we had to wait over 30 minutes as she was shopping?? and that cut into our time at the next stop for snorkeling.

It was a long, tyring day but a must do trip. Very busy because Very popular. Snorkeling stop a lot better than expected. Paid extra for the long tail boat trip around blue lagoon, which was worth it. The views were breath taking.

It was value for money. Excellent boat guide and staff. Weather wasn’t very good but you can’t foresee the weather. Only downside was the the taxi pickup driver and vehicle. He was very very ignorant and abrupt. The vehicle had a smashed front windscreen from left to right, which is not acceptable and a big hazard. The seats were ripped and dirty and smelly. I felt dirty sat in the seats.
