Booked the silver experience through onsite resort TUI rep which was cheaper than app prices. Fantastic experience, great service. Only downside is photo package cost more than the experience for 5 adults.

An amazing experience. You get around an hour in the water with 2 dolphins. Kisses, hugs and playtime. They are so well cared for.

The experience itself was amazing, however we were highly disappointed with the price of the photos to remember the special day, the package for all the photos on a USB was nearly £350 which is disgusting

The service by Tui was extremely frustrating, took over 3 days to be able to book. The rep Oleg was new turned up on our welcome meeting, no details no book of information, was a wash out. No cover turned up as the bext few days he was on English training he told us. After try to use the app. Kasia was due to attend the hotel but we went up twice hanging arround and no show. But did text and apologised as she is looking after 9 hotels we was told !! But did advise on this trip,

I loved every second of it! This was my 3rd experience swimming with dolphins and this was by far the best one yet! I was on my honeymoon this time but when we bring our daughter with us, we will definitely be back for her to experience the is as well!
