The Guadiana River's calm waters are perfect whether you're trying stand-up paddling for the first time or building on your experience. We'll brief you on safety and equipment, then the river's yours to explore. It's a sustainable, peaceful way to unwind while getting gently active, surrounded by natural beauty that helps you switch off and soak it all in.
