If you're in search of postcard-perfect sights and typical Croatian food, then this tour is just for you. You'll journey along the coast from Split, through the mountains and on to the coastal town of Omis. There'll also be a boat trip up River Cetina, where lunch awaits at a local restaurant.We'll set off in pursuit of stunning Dalmatian scenery along Makarska Riviera, gradually winding our way over the mountains to Omis. Hop on a boat to cruise your up the River Cetina, watching it carve through the deep gorge as it winds from the highlands down towards the teal-tinted sea.We'll disembark for a tasty lunch at a local restaurant, followed by some free time to relax by the river. After the cruise back downstream, it's time to explore Omis and its colourful history. You'll finish the day wandering the churches, fortresses and narrow streets – once walked by the notorious Omis pirates.

Die Tour ist total überteuert. Das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt leider auch nicht. Wir wurden zwar nach Omis gefahren, dann aber dort einfach abgeladen, durften uns dann ohne weitere Erklärung den Ort anschauen. Dann ging es im Boot zum Restaurant fürs Mittagessen. Leider wird nur noch das Erste der beiden Restaurants angefahren. Das Essen war nicht gut, eine Suppe, dann ein riesiger Teller mit Hänchenkeulen, dann als "Nachtisch" ein kleines Schmalzgebäck. Das konnte man vergessen.

3 photo-stops, first from a layby, and although the wiew was scenic, maybe stop 1 wasn't totally necessary. Second was at a small town, where after a short walk, there was a view towards a couple of waterfalls; third near a small chapel, overlooking the river/gorge towards Omis, which we visited for an hour or so. Perhaps needed a bit more time here, to climb up to the fortification. River cruise from Omis to restaurant was superb. Lovely local food for lunch. Very knowledgable guide.

Things i didnt like- it was advertised as a half day tour and it was 8+ hours not a half day There was there was 5-6 hours on the coach with only 2 hours of “tour” time The boat ride was packed so full you couldnt move and had strangers touching me The waterfall was pretty and Omis but not enough time and the tour guide was lovely

Our guide Tinkerbell first class service, beautiful woman ,very knowledgeable and speaks English very well, The coach driver had the patience of a saint ,how he managed to put the big coach down those tiny roads astounded us, very safe driver, The only minor criticism we had was when we where having our 3 course meal, which was very nice, we needed more space between guests. Thank you for a great tour

We had a great day , the tour guide was amazing . The stops were great for photos . Amazing views on the river boat and the restaurant was lovely . Omis town was really nice 1 hr40 mins walking around was a bit long for such a small town it was nice to see but we had walked round it all in 20 mins . We had a lovely day but thought it was quite expensive for what it was ppl in hotel they didn't book no trips as they were family's of 4 and said it was expensive for half a day trip .

The trip was expensive but we enjoyed it. Maybe not as bad if you're not in an all-inclusive hotel as we are. The description stated we would cruise up the river and back down it, but we only cruised up it. Also we were sat at the back of the boat so the views were poor. The guide and driver were excellent and knowledgeable and we had a couple of extra viewpoint stops on the way.

Had a lovely day on this trip. Tinkerbell the tour guide was fabulous full of knowledge and told some great stories. So knowledgeable about her country. Had some time to spend walking around Omis then lovely little boat trip to a beautiful restaurant and the food was amazing. Back at hotel by 3:45ish. Great day out. Can thoroughly recommend this trip.

The tour guide was wonderful, very welcoming. She was entertaining and extremely informative The stop offs were just long enough to have photo opportunities and the longer stay in Omiš was just right. The boat trip to the restaurant was delightful and we were sorry it wasn’t longer. A lovely day out with great company.

Kunnig guide som tog oss med storm . Berättade ärligt kändes det som kring ställen vi åkte förbi och skulle till Allvarligt men med glimt i ögonen . Maten var fantastiskt god . Restaurangen fräsch och trevligt bemötande.

Loved this excursion and highly recommend it. Really relaxing and Omis is a very picturesque town with a port. One and a half hours was just the right amount of time to explore the side streets, port and river-side, and make time for a drink in one of the many bars and browse the shops. The river cruise was fantastic (don't forget your camera), which took us to a restaurant for a delicious 3-course meal. Nothing negative to say. Tinkerbell was a great guide.

Comparing the all day cruise to Hvar and Brac at €50, this was not good value. Yes by road, but at €87, no. €65 would be more realistic.

Got much more than we bargained for with this trip, especially for the price! Our guide Zvonka a.k.a Tinkerbell was incredibly welcoming and friendly. She did an amazing job keeping the journey entertaining and informative throughout. There's a couple stops on the way to take photos at a waterfall and tomb on top of a mountain. The boat ride is picturesque and the three course meal at the restaurant with amazing food is fantastic value for money. Highly recommend this excursion!

Die Tour selber hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Leider wurde unser Ausflug mit deutschem Guide zum zweiten Mal abgesagt. Wir sind dann mit einer englischen Gruppe unterwegs gewesen. Die Reiseleiterin hat uns sehr wenig Informationen gegeben. Hätten gern mehr über Omis und die Landschaft erfahren. Waren enttäuscht.

Ausflug ins Hinterland war viel interessanter als erwartet. Sehr versierte Führerin, sicherer Chauffeur. Bootsfahrt auf Cetina war angenehm bei der Hitze. Den Hauptgang (Peka) habe ich in Dalmatien schon besser bekommen. Sonst war alles gut (Getränke, Suppe, Brot, Nachspeise, vegetarische Variante). Sehr netter Platz zum Rasten und Essen! Absolute Empfehlung insgesamt!

Not just a boat ride up the river to a place to taste the local cuisine. It was an educational tour of the hinterland of Omis, highlighting its unique history. A short introduction to Omis town and free time to explore independently of to shopping in the market. The boat ride was just that but the restaurant paid on an extensive lunch of the local cuisine and wines. Then a sedate journey back to the hotels, altogether much more than advertised.

Guiden var virkelig god. God til engelsk, og god til at fortælle, kunne sit kram. Havde forventet en lidt længere bådtur, det er trods alt også det turen bliver “solgt på”. Købte turen direkte af en TUI-guide. Vi kunne have sparet 10% i app’en. Det kunne guiden godt have nævnt.

This is a very scenic tour , but you don’t get enough time in Omis , for a very expensive experience to be back in your hotel by 3.00 pm is disappointing, General feeling on the trip is that TUI experiences are getting to expensive and yo get less for your money.

The whole trip was relaxed and well organised. A couple of photo stops were good as was the scenery. Perfect amount of time in Omis and the boat trip was enjoyable. Lunch was really nice in an amazing setting up the river. “Tinker belle” our guide was very informative and knowledgable with a love for her country Croatia. The driver was very helpful too. Jättetrevlig utflykt med kunnig och rolig guide (engelska). Kul att bussturen gick genom bergslandskapet till Omis så att man fick en uppfattning om hur folket lever i byarna. Fina foto-spots efter vägen. Trevlig båttur och mycket god lunch som ingick i priset! Turen rekommenderas och absolut värd sitt pris eftersom lunch inkl dryck ingick!

Zeer stipt: de gids hield de timing nauwkeurig in het oog, waardoor de uitstap vlot verliep. Uitstekende chauffeur. De trip toonde ons enkele mooie uitzichtpunten, alvorens Omis te bezoeken. Van daaruit vertrokken we op een boottocht over de Cetina-rivier, in een adembenemend decor. Het middagmaal was een traditioneel Kroatisch menu, dat je in een doorsnee-restaurant niet makkelijk aangeboden krijgt. Tijdens de busrit gaf de gids uitleg bij wat we te zien kregen en achtergrond over Kroatië.

The guide was fantastic, very friendly, professional, informative and helpful. Also very knowledgeable. Only criticism, we could have done with some more time in Omis as it was a beautiful place but it was only a half day tour. Lunch was wonderful in a stunning setting.

This trip is a little over half a day which made the value better. Coach journey through beautiful parts of Croatia with an informative and relaxed guide and brilliant driver. Had around an hour in Omiš and would have been great to maybe have 2. This would have given more time to explore and maybe have a coffee. Boat trip was good (ignoring the rain) although the boat was very exposed. Lunch was delicious and not to be missed.

Omis was a lovely place to visit, the guided tour was great very informative, would have liked an extra half an hour or so to explore the town. The only improvements for us would have been for the navigator of the boat to have not been smoking as we are none smokers and it blow in our faces, the veal was mainly fat so would have liked it to have more meat but the chicken was lovely and maybe a few less people per boat to allow for room as we were shoulder to soulder with peaple.

The whole experience was lovely. The restaurant for lunch was beautiful. It does seem strange to describe this as a half day trip when I was the final pick-up at 8.20 and the first drop off at about 4.00.

Turen startet ikke godt da opsamling stedet var beskrevet forkert , vi stod 3 gader fra det sted hvor bussen mente den skulle samle os op. Det gav en del problemer. Men fantastisk guide og tur. Fuld valuta for pengene.

Wide verity of food and drinks! Cocktails were served promptly. Views were incredible. Facilities were spot on. Evening entertainment always seemed like first come first serve with getting a table. If you were late you struggled to get a seat and outside was the only entertainment they had on.
