Rio secreto foi perfeito em todos os sentidos, super recomendo. Ja Tulum foi uma decepção, esperava bem mais da parte arqueológica maia, a unica parte que salvou foi a vista da praia, não recomendo esse passeio que chega a ser entediante. Tulum somente praias compensa fazer. O serviço de guia em ambos foi impecável.

Great tour. Rio Secreto was amazing and our guide, Tainara, was fantastic. I’m not a strong swimmer at all and didn’t struggle, if that helps anyone. At Tulum, instead of lots of free time, it’d be good if the guide continued to take us around, especially as ours was clearly so knowledgeable but only had so much time to share that. Also, TUI should flag in advance that you will be charged at Tulum for taking in even just a small ‘professional’ camera. Fortunately my guide flagged in time!

Hector our guide was great. Really good in the Rio Secreto - he made sure everyone was ok before we started and was so helpful getting everyone through the caves- which were spectacular! The photos were v expensive for what they were, and while I appreciate the photographer had a difficult job - they were digital pictures so why so much money? Tulum was ok but we could have stopped after lunch. Take water in a non plastic container.

Nous avons été déçu que le programme soit inversé surtout que la météo est souvent ok le matin et la pluie Arrive avec le vent en fin de matinée. Ca aurait été donc mieux de garder comme a annoncé tulum le matin et Rio secreto l'après midi. Nous navons donc pas pu profiter de tulum car il pleuvait des trombes deau . Le repas netait vraiment pas terrible. Nous aurions préféré manger dans un petit restaurant typique a tulum. En revanche nous avons adoré Rio secreto !

Leider stimmt die Angabe der verfügbaren Sprachen beim Buchen nicht. Die Tour ist nur freitags in Deutsch, sodass wir sie spontan in Englisch gemacht haben. Das hat zwar ein wenig mehr Anstrengung gekostet und es mögen Informationen auf der Strecke geblieben sein, aber die Tour lohnt sich.

ANNA notre guide était parfaite et incroyablement disponible, à l'écoute et à la hauteur d'un vrai guide. Ce que nous avons moins apprécié c'est le prix des photos 135 dollars pour le pack à télécharger en plus ou 35Vdolards pour une photo. Aberrent !!!!! Compte tenu du prix de l'excursions, nous aurions apprécié une photo offerte en souvenir. Car aucune photo n'était autorisé du coup aucun souvenir a rapporter en photo. Voilà, sinon très belle excursion et repas très bon !!!

The details regarding the travel time and distance were incorrect, it was much longer than advertised and advised by the tour operator. This trip was not suitable for children as there are hardly any stops for toilet breaks and it was a very long journey. On the way back we were made to wait for other groups from other trips to join our bus to be dropped back to their hotels. No choice was given to the customers and this mean't we got back to out hotel even later.

We had a wonderful time from beginning to end. The bus ride to the Rio Secreto was smooth & air conditioned. Our female tour guide was very helpful along the way & very knowledgeable. I had an issue with my eyes & she was so concerned & kept checking on me. She gave me an option to go back to the hotel or go to the pharmacy in Tullum which I did & ended up getting the medicine I needed to start feeling better. Of course Tullum was hot but she still made sure to try to find shade when possible.

Rio Secreto was absolutely amazing & has been the highlight of our trip. Our guide Fernando was lovely & explained lots of detail about the caves. Swimming underground through the river is an experience not to be missed. Tulum was interesting but paladin comparison. Plus despite the description saying otherwise, we did NOT visit Tulum first. We arrived at the hottest part of the day which was unbearable & we cut the visit short as a result.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette excursion. Notre guide Mathia était à l’écoute, professionnel, interessant et prévenant. La grotte souterraine est vraiment sublime et la visite de Tulum enrichissante. Le seul point négatif et pas des moindres c’est le prix des photos à la grotte. Impossible d’avoir les tarifs en amont seulement sur place à la fin de la visite et c’est hors de prix ! Dommage, nous n’avons aucune photo de cet endroit magique.

We went to rio secreto first although it would gave been better the other way round as it was so hot in Tulum. Our guide Jen was absolutely brilliant she made the whole tour very interesting and enjoyable. The caves are a must do. They're really beautiful. Het busje naar en van Tulum reed soms wat hard op chaotische Mexicaanse wegen, en was niet de beste kwaliteit. Tulum bezoek was wat gehaast, maar zeker de moeite waard. Rio Secreto is het hoogtepunt, lunch en alle spullen inbegrepen (handdoek, waterschoenen, kluisje). Eerst 10 minuten rijden door de jungle, en dan omkleden in een omkleedruimte. Door een indrukwekkend grottenstelsel waden en zwemmen is bijzonder, echt anders dan een cenote. Water is 25 graden koel, je moet wel goed ter been zijn

It needs to be made clear on the list that swimwear is needed It needs to be made clear that you have to pay ‘tax’ on top of the price when you get there Our guide, Ambar was excellent Make sure that people know they need to take water, I nearly passed out due to dehydration at Tulum as you can’t take water in and I had only had one drink with my lunch Overall a great excursion

Rio Secreto was really enjoy able and a fantastic experience. However the negative element was the cost of the photos they sell, particularly when they weren’t that good. The photo cost spoilt the excursion (120 dollars for the photo’s, about 2 were any good). Tulum was another ruin, but no real tour guide overview. My recommendation would be to book the Coba and Rio Secreto excursion (best bits of the 2 excursions).

Todo excelente! Maravilloso! Lo que más nos gustó fue la experiencia en Río Secreto: fue alucinante! La guía (Imelda) 10 puntos. La fotógrafa, estupenda también, cordial y atenta. Lo que menos nos gustó fue el precio de las fotos, nos pareció excesivo. Un poco menos costosas, y nos hubiéramos llevado todas. Algo para pensar. De todo modos, felicitaciones!

Les deux points d’attraction étaient très bien. Notre guide Jero très bien également. La pause déjeuner est par contre plus que moyenne. C’est une étape très rapide sur le timing, à peine trente minutes. Mais vraiment la restauration est très limite en terme de qualité.

Ambar was a wonderful guide. Rio Secreto was a very unique experience. Tulum is nothing like it was 20 years ago as you can’t access as much as you once could. I understand why as the site is an important historical site but it does detract from the experience. Plus it was so hot!!

Die Bilder zum Schluss sind erheblich überteuert. 100 Dollar sind einfach zuviel. So hat er bei uns keinen Umsatz gemacht. Bei 25 oder 30 Dollar hättest du von jedem etwas eingenommen und unterm Strich mehr verdient als so.

Tout était parfait. Seul point négatif les photos. Elles sont très mal cadrées et hors de prix. 20 US dollars une photo. 180€ le pack ! C’est vraiment du vol! Dommage nous n’avons aucune photo mais de chouettes souvenirs !

Der Guide Karina war absolut super, allerdings war die Reihenfolge der Tour eher schlecht, denn man musste in der sengenden Mittagshitze durch Tulum, während man Vormittags im Rio Secreto war. Auch die Verpflegung zum Mittag war eher mäßig, als ein mexikanisches Highlight. Was definitiv auf den Checklisten vermerkt werden sollte ist, dass in Tulum ausschließlich Sportflaschen / Isolierflaschen erlaubt sind und alles andere abgenommen wird. Auch ist die Mitnahme von Handtüchern nicht nötig.

Sehr, sehr toller Ausflug - vor allem Rio Secreto ist ein must seen. Unser Guide in der Höhle und auch später in Tulum - Omar - war fantastisch. Er hat viel erklärt und sich um alles gekümmert. Würden wir jederzeit nochmal machen!

Die Tour in der Höhle hat es in sich. Ganz ehrlich haben wir es uns nicht so körperlich anstrengend vorgestellt. Man musste gut aufpassen, da der Untergrund nicht ganz einfach war. Und einige Stellen in der Höhle sind schwierig zu überwinden. Allerdings ist es sehr spektakulär und der Guide hat sich sehr bemüht, das wir alle sicher durchkamen. Was ärgerlich ist, ist die Abzocke mit den Bildern, die man für ein horrendes Geld erwerben kann. Und das nur als Link...

Der Rio Secreto war ein besonderes Erlebnis. Handy/Kameras dürfen nicht mitgenommen werden. Ein Fotograf begleitet jede Gruppe. Leider sind die Fotos von nicht sehr guter Qualität und kosten 30 Dollar pro Stück. In Tulum hat man ca. 1 Stunde Aufenthalt. Im großen und Ganzen reicht das aus, wir hätten uns für die Besichtigung jedoch etwas mehr Zeit gewünscht. Karina hat eine sehr gute Tour gemacht und war sehr nett.

Rio Secreto war toll, Fotos müssen bzw können gekauft werden, da man nicht selbst fotografieren darf.120 $ für den Fotolink, nicht wirklich ein Schnäppchen. Tulum ist interessant ,aber nicht wirklich was besonderes. Unser Guide Karina war toll. Sie hat alles super erklärt.

Nous avons aimé l’expérience de la rivière secrète , le temps du repas est très court , les photos très chères( 120 dollars ! Et 30 pour une seule même pas imprimée !) et pas le choix car on ne peut pas en prendre ! Sensation d’arnaque désagréable ! Pour tulum il est important de préciser en avance qu’il faut prendre une gourde en Alu car sinon interdiction d’avoir de l’eau en bouteille plastique .

Unser Tourguide Carina war super nett, hat uns mit vielen Infos versorgt und sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Top ist auch die kleine Gruppe gewesen??was nicht ganz so schön war, ist das uns versichert wurde, dass das Wasser in der Höhle nur bis Brusthöhe geht und deshalb auch für Nichtschwimmer kein Problem darstellt, allerdings war es an der tiefsten Stelle 3m. Aber auch da hat uns Carina toll durchgeholfen und im Nachhinein würden wir es wieder buchen

Visite de la grotte en petit groupe. C'est très appréciable. Tout est bien organisé. Le guide était très gentil. Seul petit bémol, on aurait préféré faire la visite de Tulum le matin quand il fait moins chaud plutôt que l'après midi et la visite de la grotte l'après midi. Hormis ce bémol, c'était une très belle excursion.

There was one Italian couple in our group and the tour guide said everything in English and in Italian which made it confusing and felt like we missed out on some information and it was long to repeat everything in two languages. Also - there are free towels in Rio secreto so no need to bring your own. There wasn’t much swimming in the cenotes, but it was amazing overall! Tulum was VERY HOT. Bring a hat, light, loose clothing and water! Plastic bottles aren’t allowed in Tulum, so bring a thermos

Belle surprise pour cette excursions à Tulum-'maginfique site Maya et finir par le Cenote un réel plaisir Par contre le repas devrait être entre les 2 activités car déjeuner à 15h ou 15h30 quand on s est levé à 7h cela fait tard

L’expérience à Rio secreto était vraiment superbe. Isabel notre guide était très sympa et les explications très claires. La photographe était très sympathique aussi. Peut-être un peu ********** de photos à mon goût mais cela nous fera un super souvenir. Tulum est un endroit très beau à visiter. Seul inconvénient on a fait le visite vers 13h et il faisait très chaud. L’idéal aura été de faire l’inverse. La partie déjeuner était correcte mais sans plus.

L'expérience des cénotes était incroyables. La visite de Tulum était bien aussi mais il manquait un peu d'explication sur les difféentes ruines, nous n'en avons eu que sur trois. Le chemin pour aller au Rio Secreto était chaotique, des bosses, des trous avec un van non adapté, ça faisait tape-cul. Le prix de la photo à 30$ beaucoup ********** élevé pour juste avoir un lien internet, même pas la photo imprimée, décevant!

Me gustó el recorrido en Rio Secreto, la guía muy preparada.! Lo que no me gustó fue que la propia agencia TUI no tiene la organización adecuada, un mal servicio, nos quedamos sin visitar Tulum por una mala programación o comunicación entre ellos mismos

Rio secreto : magnifique. Seul regret : les photos personnelles interdites mais un photographe nous suit tout au long du parcours. Au repas, l'accueil du personnel pour payer les photos est très désagréable et le prix est exorbitant (120 USD pour un lien internet pour télécharger une quinzaine de photos). Nous avons donc payé 30 USD pour 2 photos et l'on se retrouve avec une seule photo ??. Tulum : visité l'après midi après le Rio donc très chaud. Ana, notre guide française a été adorable????

The trips are very expensive and the cost of the photos is extortionate!. The drivers were very pleasant however the vehicle was too small. The bus was full and the seats were uncomfortable because my knees were squashed against the seat in front. I didn’t enjoy this bit at all. That aside I enjoyed the venues and the tour guide Fernando was excellent.

Confusion at start - pick up driver no English - RTA on main road so itinerary swapped around - Guide at Cave very good, and explained confusion, he stayed with us throughout the day. Cave swim done first and absolutely amazing, all kit supplied including footwear, one of the best experiences of our lives - outstanding. Trip to Tulum in the afternoon and it was hot, very hot. A long day but so worth it. Mayan ruins and history are so interesting, take adequate footwear. Water supplied. Lunch ok.

Unser Guide Ambar hat alles wunderbar auf Englisch erklärt und auch Zeit genommen auf unsere Fragen zu antworten. Fahrer waren schnell und sicher. Nur die Fotos waren teuer mit 1 für 30$ oder alle für 120$. Der Fotograf Carlos war aber sehr gut und unauffällig

Flot tur til Tulum, guiden var dog lidt hurtig til at fortælle og gav os hurtigt tid på egen hånd. Fed tur i Rio Secreto og her var guiden til gengæld mere i hopla. Overordnet fed tur.

The caves were amazing and the guides knowledge was brilliant. The photo package was very expensive and they would probably sell more if it was reasonably priced. Tulum was compact and did not take long to go all the way around.

Enjoyed Rio Secreto, but didn’t enjoy the cost of the digital photos. We weren’t told the price beforehand- $110. We were not allowed to take photos ourselves. Enjoyed Tulum, but there was not enough time to listen to the guide and take photos. It seemed rushed. Overall we did not feel that it was value for money.

Retki oli kokonaisuudessaan hyvä. Erityisesti Rio Secreto oli hieno kokemus! Tulumissa oli sopivasti aikaa, ehti hyvin opastetun kierroksen jälkeen vielä itse kierrellä. Päivän ohjelmasta olisi ollut hyvä saada tarkemmin tietoa. Meille tuli yllätyksenä, että Rio Secretossa oli myös pieni pyöräily ja vaijerilasku luolaan.
