When arriving saw had large steps into dolphin pool activity said was suitable for people with mobility impairment so belived I was safe and would go down large steps took me over a floating pontoon which was unstable and unfenced I said I could not do it they persuaded me to trust them but very difficult walking with crutches over was no steps at end wanted me jump down I refused as unable took me back over pantoon to steps where people with children. had used should be Disability as well

Was very expensive for what it was alot of the staff was rude they provided no explanation on what to expect of give you information on what time you had to be with the dolphins so we nearly missed our spot, drinks were not included and worked out very expensive almost every staff member asked for tips in exchange for a sneaky photo with the animals

I enjoyed the dolphin experience greatly. However , It took a long time to get processed through , which caused us to rush our lunch & left no time to experience the sting rays . We could have done with another hour or two to fully experience the whole cove . So left a little disappointed. Also over priced photos & souvenirs!!

Fantastic swim with Dolphins, dolphin instructor staff were very encouraging with nervous people, me included! Toilets onsite need better cleaning, bit dirty. Zoo area needs a makeover only 1 rabbit and 3 sad looking parrots, one had quite bare chest feathers plucked out. Rather too long time spent there 8.30-2pm with not much to do.

The overall experience at Dolphin Cove Ocho Rios, Jamaica was extremely enjoyable and I would highly recommend it to others. The staff were friendly, the activities were well-organized, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The only downside was that the way the different packages were advertised on the TUI website felt misleading and lacked clear explanations. This caused some confusion when booking, so I’d suggest double-checking the details directly with the venue before purchasing.

Absolute joke! Over priced and wasn’t allowed to have a photo done with my daughter that I was told would be $50 at the start. Then told no. And took separate to most probably gain more money. Disgusting! Be very careful this is one excursion that isn’t what it’s made out to be. I paid for the silver package. So I know not a swim and more of an interaction. But highly disappointed. Also $10 a locker $5 a drink not even included with your meal. Greedy !!!

It says lunch included but the organization to get the food out could be better as we were told to sit down expecting a waitress to come out but they put a lot of food on counter and then just gave it out to whoever. We left ours due to not knowing how long it had been cooked etc as it was chicken and rice. The dolphins experience was very good.

It was good that a meal and a drink was provided. My daughters and myself thoroughly enjoyed the activities with the dolphins. The trainers are amazing with the dolphins. The dolphins are so welll trained especially Zeus, he was fantastic.. I will definately come back to Jamaica next year and visit Dolphin Cove again.

The whole experience was great however they didn’t seem to recognise the TUI gold swim they call it the Royal experience. We did get to do the Royal experience after convincing them we paid for the top package. A little bottle of water would have been good to have with lunch

Really enjoyed interacting with the dolphins then in the afternoon we joined a group in the water with a ray fish. They were very knowledgeable about the animals. I wasn’t impressed that we had a paid for lunch but could only have jerk chicken with rice and peas although they were cooking other food

Transfer was slightly late but that’s normal. Easy journey and arrival straightforward. They will upsell you from the second you walk through the door. The dolphin encounter was amazing, lots of hands on time and the guides/photographers are smashing! The staff at the cafe were helpful too. Really recommend this excursion!

Dolphin experience was amazing but considering not on our own and paid the gold package, it was a little over priced. Locker 10 usd no refund. Experience 300 gbp each. Amazing experience though. Staff lovely, although pushy for tips.

Het zwemmen was heel leuk, toffe ervaring, maar voor alles bij betalen , locker 10 dollar borg, en je kreeg in de plaats een sleutelhanger , u 10 dollar kreeg je niet terug, geen welkomstdrankje doen ze niet meer en bij het eten moest je u drinken ook betalen, wou je foto´s nemen in park met de vogels weer betalen , duur dagje

Problem with the area in which we had lunch as we were asked to leave when it was raining under the guise of other patrons wanting to be seated for lunch. However turned out to be local people who just wanted to come out of the rain. They did not purchase lunch and we were not given the opportunity to stay and was forced to stand under a shelter

We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. We originally booked the Silver package, but I upgraded to the Gold package a week before we went, and I would recommend it wholeheartedly. Well worth the extra to swim with two dolphins, with pictures included, plus food as well. Definitely, the experience of a lifetime.

The actual in water dolphin part was good, however the driver to get there and back only really spoke about showing gratitude and how he was under paid and needed us to tip. Felt really uncomfortable. The place itself was tired and wasn’t much to do fir the 5 hours we were left there

Laat ik voorop stellen dat onze dochter 50minuten plezier heeft gehad in het water met dolfijnen, maar $167,- + swim upgrade a $20,- = $188,- voor dochter. Ik ging mee zonder te zwemmen met Dolfijnen. Entree voor mij was $83,-. Dus voor een half dagje hebben we sowieso $271,- moeten betalen….los van de tips die ik gegeven heb en waar best vaak om gevraagd wordt. Er zat lunch bij in wat echt heel minimaal was(rijst/bonen/kip), drinken moest je ook nog los kopen. Park verouderd en 2 vogels gespot.

I would recommend dolphins cove , and will be returning . I would just not book through tui again as I was given the wrong information which could of had a devastating effect if I didn’t have the financial stability to fix the problem , which would have completely ruined my child’s birthday after me saving for over a year to go to Jamaica and to take him to dolphin cove . I received a £25 refund for the extra payment I had to make once I arrived at dolphin cove . Not happy at all

The dolphin experience was amazing however I paid to be able to access the whole place and it was very expensi the whole trip was very rushed no time to see nothing, the ques were very long, our time slot was 11:45 we didn’t get in the water till half 12 and we had to run to get the photos as we had to be back on the bus at 13:30, didn’t get no lunch, couldn’t go to the jungle or get in the pool, by the time we got through the ques only had time to have a drink and get changed very disappointed

The two problems we encountered were horrendous ques to get in there should be separate ques for pre paid and pay on the day it took 45 minutes to enter The other is that we were charged 10 us for a padlock and key but on return of the padlock we got a cup worth 50p max and no refund on the lock we asked at the time if we got the 10 us back and they said yes And this was the whole bus not just us this needs looking into on your end these two things spoiled an amazing day. An otherwise amazing experience was ruined by lack of adequate wheelchair ?? access despite the fact that the information on the website states there's wheelchair access all round. Had it not been for some of the staff who helped me struggle with getting my mum to the designated area for the dolphins show, she would have been excluded from this amazing experience all because of the poor wheelchair accessibility. Please be inclusive of all visitors despite the reduced abilities they might have.

We arrived at the booking area and it was very chaotic. Staff just too little of them and we waited over an hour. Our coach driver tried to help by organising the queues to try and speed things up. He was the best driver tour /guide we’ve had. On our way to the entrance we were given the choice of a padlock and key for a locker which we accepted and was asked for 10USD as a deposit and would be given it back on return with key. Not so as we were given nothing back. Very expensive some rude.

We decided to pay for the full experience including the stingrays and the sharks. All the staff did their best to give us value for our money. The interaction with the dolphins was great and we did lots of tricks with them. The only thing that spoilt it was the photos with the sharks. The dolphin photos were in with our package but they wanted another $150 for the shark photos. That was a real rip off.

1 hour wait to get in , TUI driver refused to extend leaving so we only got 3 hours in the attraction. Not even time for food. Waterpark broken, dolphin experience was amazing, not for the TUI price though, would recommend a private taxi and pay for entrance.

TUI Rep was v helpful but the time allocated for the trip was not adequate, We only had time to do the Dolphin swim, rushed lunch and no time left for the remainder of the activities (sting ray swim, mini zoo, lagoon, water slide etc) This was reported back to the TUI rep who advised we would be compensated for this but no contact has been received on this to date 30-03-24

Trainer was amazing with our 4 year old and they spent a good amount of time on their encounter. We enjoyed the mini zoo and going to view the sharks. We could have spent a lot longer there, as we’d of liked to do the shark encounter, and didn’t know our 8 month old could have gone in too. There was a bit of seaweed and leaves in the pool but couldn’t be helped as there were high winds which also meant no sea kayak or snorkelling with the stingrays.

It’s expensive, really expensive, for what it is… We booked admission-only, by accident (not a swim with dolphin) and had to upgrade when we got there for $180 on top of the £130 we already paid.. That paid for us to swim with the dolphins and get ONE photo. So work it out what cheapest option for you is when buying on here (do what we did, or pay the £222 each) ? Overall it’s pretty decent to swim with a dolphin, I can tick it off. But would I do it again? NO CHANCE!!

Soweit war alles sehr gut nur das der Busfahrer nicht an die Abholzeiten gehalten hat. Die Zeit war 14:45 Uhr angekommen ist er so gegen 16:30 Uhr zum vereinbarten Treffpunkt eingetroffen. Da wir kein Englisch sprachen mussten wir uns mit Händen erzählen.

I swam with dolphins on the gold package. The activity was great but there really wasn’t much more to this activity but it was sold as so much more. The food was poor and didn’t include a drink. Price for a drink was expensive but essential considering the heat. 1 photo was £30 which is extortion. The fee to attend as a visitor was also extortionate considering there weren’t much more to do other than watch those who had paid. If you buy something, you need to feel like you have value

We had the silver package which we were supposed to have had lunch but when we got around get some there was no chicken would have to wait 45 mins for that and then ran out of rice so we didn't have lunch and I think the cans of coke were to expensive as they were a 1000 Jamaican dollars which works out at £5.00 something and it wasn't a big can either other than that we thoroughly enjoyed every minute there.

Had an absolutely amazing day, from the pick up to returning to the hotel, me and my wife, swam, got pushed along and pulled along by the dolphins, we both got to hold on as well which made a great photo, got over 80 photos sent to us, also other interactions with them, we also swam with a stingray, there is also other animals there that you can hold, had an awesome day, highly recommended

The experience for my grand children was exciting and great. The cost for paying for a family of seven to do this was expensive and not value for money in light of how much time you had with the dolphins because we were in groups with other people sharing the time with them. Having the photo’s done was lovely as a keep sake.

The staff at reception was absolutely fantastic, so friendly. I was really made to feel welcome and think they deserve a lot of praise. The dolphin show was very entertaining and the chill out pool was nice too. Good food and a great atmosphere. I cannot leave out the bus driver, he was so warm and funny. Informed me of that I shared the same name as a business man in Jamaica lol.

Great experience at a decent price. Lots of activities to undertake after the dolphins, shark & stingray experience, water slide, kayaking, mini zoo, pool and jacuzzi, great for families. Nice food, but limited menu. We had a great driver in Marlon, very friendly. Only issue was trip was a bit short, could have done with at least another couple hours to get round all other activities, we didn't have time for the mini zoo. No Tui rep visible for pick up and none on the coach, so that let it down

The overall experience and staff at Dolphin cove were amazing very attentive, informative, & friendly The location was beautiful and clean and fully accessible We were never rushed and encouraged to participate in as many activities as possible The only things that let it down was the late return of the driver, there was traffic but a call to let us know would have been great The TUI team were not that great with little communication and interactions

Ontmoeting met dolfijnen (en pijlstaartrog) is echt onvergetelijk. De dieren worden gerespecteerd en wanneer een dolfijn geen zin meer had om mensen te ontmoeten dan werd die dolfijn met rust gelaten. De excursie is alleen echt heel erg duur (wat niet op Jamaica) en de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is daardoor matig, maar ja… iets met once in a lifetime….

Booked the encounter with the dolphin but felt it was very basic. I liked the fact there are more than just the dolphin to see the slide was good along with the other animals and the beach. Didn’t get time to eat as the check in process took around an hour to get in even though we had pre booked. Our brilliant tui rep helped us to gain a partial refund in site of this

Bring $100+ USD, trust me! I would have given a 10* if it was just a two hour excursion (dolphins, lunch and then home) instead I was waiting around for over two and a half hours after the dolphin swim (30mins) for the bus to come back to us at their scheduled time. This may have been due to people at the second hotel pick-up who may have had other activities scheduled so the rest of us waited around. Also, there was a school trip at the same time and they hogged the pool - glad they had a beach

Our driver collected us on time from hotel. From Bahia principe in runaway bay it took approx 30 mins to get y to dolphin cove. Arrived just after 10 and pick up was 14.30. Lockers where $10 and not big! Also drinks costly ( not included in lunch) Our dolphin trainer &photographer were fantastic, very friendly, funny & knowledgable. It was a tad annoying though how they reiterated leaving a tip. Mini zoo with holding iguana & parrots a bonus!

Excellent experience. Good encounter with dolphins. Trainers excellent. Only downside was lunch. Included in price however only if you have the jerk chicken and rice. If you want anything else you have to pay and drinks aren't included either.

Dolphin Cove was a fantastic experience.We did have trouble with getting a locker and they weren’t very helpful with that and we were late getting to the experience because of this.They got to start on time because of other bookings so it seemed a bit rushed.The Staff were great apart from this little hiccup.

We very much enjoyed the dolphin encounter. All the staff at the centre were amazing. We booked as a big group but on the app so that we paid separately. We were split between 2 buses one bus being told pick up is at 14:45 and our bus 13:30. We queued for about 30mins to get on within the premises. We added on a shark experience and then by time that was complete we only had about an hour and a half to get food and use the other facilities before pick up at 13:30. We didn’t see the mini zoo.

I really enjoyed this excursion, the transfer was longer than we were told but worth it when we arrived. No guide was given by TUI but the staff at the dolphin park gave us instruction and looked after us fabulously. I swam with the dolphins with my husband and two boys aged 9 and 11, my 9 year old was abit apprehensive but was encouraged by everyone, we all loved the experience. Lunch was provided only given 2 choices but food was delicious. Also took part in kayaking here and had a great day

The package was good value for money. The only downside was I booked the excursion through the app in the evening the day before, only to find out on the day after waiting for over an hour, that the information doesn’t get passed on after a certain time and I wouldn’t be able to go on the excursion, I would have to rebook.

The encounter experience is fantastic, as is being able to swim with the stingrays. The park is lovely and the encounter staff were brilliant. The problem was the food, we were meant to have a meal included but nobody knew what we were entitled to, so we ended up just buying something, which was dissapointing.
