The lounge it self is fine BUT Tui did not pass our booking onto the airport, so they were not expecting us for VIP or the lounge. Had to wait 20 minutes for the airport to sort.

We booked this through a TUI rep directly and everything went smoothly. Someone met us outside the coach, took our bags and very efficiently straight through to the lounge. No issues at all. The food selection wasn’t exactly great, very standard. The cakes were so dry! You only get 1 voucher pp for beer or wine. Lounge was nice but busy at first but still managed to get a seat.

So easy to use, I was guided and rushed through check in and customs and within 20 minutes was sat in lounge with a glass of wine and a lovely buffet in front of me. Lounge area was comfortable with plenty of seating

Deliver what you say you are going to deliver! We had to wait 30 minutes for the service and we could have done better without it going through security Really disappointed and we are so frustrated and disappointed

I was not treated how I thought I should of been It says I should of received fast tracking but I was not and when I asked staff they acted like they did not know what I was talking about. Didn't feel it was a special service at all...tbh I want a refund

Total rip off. We were unable to use the lounge as they wouldn't admit us as it was too full. We got sent with vouchers for another eating place at the far end of the terminal. There was confusion about that they were providing to us instead. Our relaxing airport experience was far from it. No WiFi access, no support through the airport and multiple back and forths across the terminal, escalating out autistic daughter.

Having used the service last year, we couldn't fault it, so decided to use the service again this year, however, we were not met when we stepped off the coach and had to go to the information desk where we were advised that they didn't have receipt of our booking. The TUI member of staff did stay with us the whole time whilst it was sorted, but the airport hadn't received instruction. It was however rectified and we were able to use the facilities that we paid for.

The whole experience was incredible. A perfect finish to a fantastic holiday. Met from the coach at the airport door and fast tracked through security, check in and passport control (whole thing was no more than 20 minutes). The lounge was comfortable, clean with a great range of drinks, snacks and cakes. Free WiFi and charging if you need it.

The vip fast track services really was as good as as advertised and literally had us go through everything with no queues at all which at dalaman airport is pretty important !
Lounge was fine , not the best in the world , but overall well worth the money particularly if the airport is busy

Probably the worst lounge I’ve used. No screens visible to show flight times, status and gate numbers. Air conditioning wasn’t working. WIFI was not working and staff generally unhelpful. Food and drink offering pretty awful. Never again.

Transfer to airport delayed meaning we only had about 40 mins in the lounge. Arrived and kept waiting at desk for 10 mins as they couldn’t find our booking. There was general maintenance going on in the lounge with loose wires sticking out of the floor and walls and the sound of drilling - not very relaxing. Food and drinks on offer ok. Asked for the free WIFI code and told that there was no WiFi. No screens in the lounge to check if we had a gate to go to or boarding time. Had to go downstairs

The transfer did not pick us up. The hotel had to order a cab. When we got to the airport no one was there to meet us. We waited in the cue to check in our luggage then someone came to meet us. Other than that it was a good experience.

It was amazing. Exceeded mine and my partners expectations, from meeting the guide at the airport entrance to settling down in the comfortable lounge took around 20 minutes. We zoomed through with ease and the member of staff who accompanied us was so pleasant and professional. This is a definite must have and when we return to turkey next year will be booking this again. Thank you all so much

This was a brilliant experience, it wasn’t cheap but we loved how he were met off the coach and taken to the front of every queue at the airport. We were then escorted to the lounge which was lovely and peaceful. We enjoyed lunch with a glass of wine before we flew home. Would definitely book this again .

We were met outside of the airport then we were taken straight through because we were a bit early they still checked our luggage in everything was done with ease &we were Taken to where we had to go all through security &to the lounge we would definitely recommend this experience never been through an airport so quick
