Great
It was very well done. I think we were too many people, however. Sometimes it was crowded on the platforms, or we were lined up on the swing bridge. Staff is wonderful, and so helpful. Thank yo.

We enjoyed everything about this excursion. The only reason why we didn’t give it a 10 was the staff weren’t as personable on the actual zip lining trail. However, Donald our photographer was excellent and we’d give him a 10. Super personable and it was a pleasure to have him with us the whole time.

This was mine and my daughter's first time zip lining - and we had a blast!! After the first time getting hooked up to the line, I never felt unsafe and was given all the instructions we needed to successfully complete each zip line. The best part, however, were the staff members. They were so incredibly helpful and friendly and really took the time for all participants in the group. I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone, experienced or new to zip lining.

Staff was amazing, explained all the details, what to do and don’t. They were ready to help if needed. Friendly Staff. Me and my husband are in the upper 65+, and first time experience. They make us very comfortable, that makes us at ease and completed the course without any doubt or problem. An exciting first and last time experience. Thank you for all the help. People who were there with us was wonderful and encouraging. Feels like a team work ( the dream team). Overall very thankful.

First time zip lining. Very manageable course for a beginner. Only negative was that i was told someone with mobility issues could do this no problem. This is nit true. There is a fairly steep and uneven surface to walk up. My husband had to stop after two lines as he was not able to walk the slope. He would not have come if we knew this. I checked before hand and was assured he could do it which was not so.

We enjoyed our atv ride so much. I was a kettle nervous on the zip lines as we are older but it was very fun. The zip lining went a little to fat for me...I just needed more of a break after the first 3 so I skipped 2 off the 7 lines.

Loved the zip lining and wildlife park at the end. We did this excursion on our first visit to CR back in 2008 and loved it then too. The zip guide still works there but was on a day off, back then you could go in with the monkeys in the sanctuary. I struck a bond with a young spider monkey who cried when we left. It was magical to see Moha again after all this time and she has grown beautifully.

The whole experience was excellent. The training and support from the staff was great and made it feel really safe. My husband is scared of heights but loved every minute. Great experience with fantastic staff well worth the money

The guides Nasser, Michael and photographer Daniel were exceptional! Appreciate them so much. Just wish experiences a little more affordable, so could do more (costly to get to Costa Rica).
