The Maya-Toltec style which you can appreciate here is the result of the cultural exchange between the different cultures of Mesoamerica.After visiting Chichén Itzá, you'll cool off in an impressive cenote (flooded cave) where nature and mysticism will bring you to a whole new dimension. Next, you'll go to the city of Valladolid to admire the colourful colonial architecture and discover the rich gastronomy. Explore the main square of the town and learn about the local customs.

A little pricey but once you arrive and realise how many taxes and fees are applied this makes total sense! Marco the tour guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable and the tour company communicated well and answered all my questions in advance - very happy with the service received! Note:. It was a long day in a car and whilst the length of the day is known it may be prudent to advertise how much of this is in a vehicle on bad roads…
