Pünktlich wurden wir vorm Hotel abgeholt und der Besuch zum Aquarium wurde für uns somit sehr entspannt. Das Aquarium ist ein absolutes Highlight und man hatte danach sogar Zeit, um kurz ins Shoppingcenter zu gehen. Wünschenswert wären mehr detaillierte Infos während der Fahrt über die Insel/Küste gewesen. Diese waren teilweise zu wenig ausgeführt.

Der Bus Transfer hat super geklapp t- Vor Ort hatten wir 4 Stunden Zeit für den Besuch des Aquariums. Das war ausreichend, so dass wir noch das Einkaufszentrum um die Ecke besuchen konnten. Das Aquarium ist sehr schön und ein tolles Erlebnis auch für Kinder.

Das Paket ist insgesamt gut. Die Zeit vor Ort sollte aber 1-2 Stunden länger sein, damit man alles ganz in Ruhe ansehen kann und ev. auch noch im erwähnten, nebenan befindlichen Shopping-Center umsehen kann.

Sehr freundlicher Busfahrer und Reisebegleiter. Das Aquarium hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hätten uns noch etwas mehr freie Zeit in Las Palmas gewünscht, aber das war natürlich nicht Zweck der Reise. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Tag.

De ontvangst van de reisleiding, was niet enthousiast, had er weinig zin in, Nederlands kon hij niet en Engels/Duits was matig. Trugweg heeft hij niet veel meer gezegd, behalve over het fooigeld chauffeur. Bezoek aquarium was prachtig.

Het was een leuke ervaring als jong koppel met een kindje. Veel uitleg gekregen tijdens de rit naar het Aquarium. Misschien rijstijl iets rustiger want mijn zoontje werd van links naar rechts geslingerd in de bus en ik ben wagenziek dus is niet zo aangenaam. Als ik eerlijk mag zijn mag de activiteit nog iets langer duren want het is leuk na het aquarium nog snel eens het shoppingscenter in te gaan maar dit hebben we amper 30min kunnen doen.

The aquarium was fantastic the allotted time was ample to allow time to go to the mall behind and grab food or shopping whilst not rushing through and being able to take in all of the aquariums sights, the only area for improvement was the bus, whilst the driver was fantastic the but ac was barely functioning, a small issue to be sure but an important creature comfort

Die Pünktlichkeit bei Abholung war einfach beispielhaft. Stressfreie Anfart, Eintritt ins Aquarium mit vorab gegebenen Informationen sowie pünktliche und organisierte Abfahrt ließen keine Wünsche offen. The aquarium was very impressive our 2 year old loved it, particularly the deep sea large tank with seating - we sat and had some lunch there. There was enough time to have a quick mooch around afterwards but maybe there could be a bit longer so you can have more time to visit more of Las Palmas or spend a little more time at the beach.

Het was een gezellige reis naar het aquarium toe. De reisleiding gaf leuke weetjes over Gran Canaria en over de plekken waar we langs reden. Er was genoeg tijd om de aquarium te bezoeken, namelijk 4 uur, en er was ook de vrijheid gegeven om de stad een beetje te verkennen. Zelf waren we nog het winkelcentrum vlakbij gelopen. Het is alleen wel een beetje duur, sinds je ook de lokale bus kunt pakken om naar het aquarium toe te gaan voor minder. Maar als je een reisleiding wilt is het een aanrader.

The aquarium was fantastic booked for me and my daughter (23) we both loved it.Our guide Miquel was excellent and very knowledgeable about the aquarium and the Las Palmas area overall.Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a trip out while on holiday.we were picked up and dropped off at Puerto Rico bus station which made it easier for us as we aren’t confident travelling to areas we don’t know.10/10 brilliant!

This is one of the best trips that I have ever been on with TUI. Commentary on the coach was interesting and informative. The Aquarium was spectacular - better than I could have imagined! We spent the 4 hours there - we weren’t interested in going to the shopping mall. There was enough to see with aquarium, cafe and shop to fill those 4 hours! Would definitely recommend, especially for families with small - and not so small - children.

Carmello (our guide) and Marcello (our driver) were both great. Our arrival and departure were spot on time, the driving felt safe and the bus very comfortable, and Carmello gave us a good run down of what we were seeing in the local landscape. We had 4 hours at the aquarium - my husband and I must really like fish because we didn’t have to burn any time at all! We just had a leisurely trip and a stop on the cafe and the shop and it was time to head back. Definitely recommend the trip!

Aquarium was fantastic. You only need a couple hpurs max. The rest of the time we spent at the mall which was pretty awful we felt the Spanish residents don’t like English. Despite being a small family we kept being followed around shops which we felt was very strange. I feel there should be a cheaper package where you go to the aquarium only.

Der Laufweg durch die verschiedenen Regionen der Unterwasserwelt . Das Große Aquarium ist das absolute Heylight . Auch die Wegführung war super . was leider nicht so funktioniert hat waren die Displays an den Stationen ( Übersetzer ) . Sonst war es super und wir werden es weiter empfehlen.

Ni sa att vi skulle ha tre timmar vid akvariet men det var drygt 4. Lite för länge när man åker med småbarn. Ni bör vara tydliga med vad som gäller . Tycker också att det var onödigt dyrt. Kollade på priserna om man köpte biljetter på akvariet. Guiden var svår att höra och var ganska oinspirerande att lyssna till! När jag köpte resan trodde jag att guide betydde guide på museet. Otydlig info! Men museet var fint!

The aquarium was very good, though also very busy. The one way system meant you could see everything but you can't go back.. Pick up and drop off all worked smoothly. The shopping centre next to the aquarium was a nice building but short of things to do. However, you were near enough to go into town if you wanted.

The aquarium is amazing and popular. I highly recommend a visit (especially on a rainy day). The main benefits of this TUI package are that we arrived before the aquarium became too busy and we reached the Nestor restaurant near the middle just in time for an early lunch/late morning snack. Our guide was brilliant. She prepared us for the experience, knew what she was talking about and pointed out interesting things on the journey. And we managed to spend some time in the nearby shopping centre.

Really this was a bus trip to the aquarium, which could have been done using Gran Canari's many excellent service buses. We had four hours at the aquarium but two wouls have been enough. There was a large shopping outlet we passed just outside Las Palmas where it would have been nice to stop.

Uns waren 4 Stunden Aufenthalt zu lang. Zwei Stunden im Aquarium haben wir nicht gebraucht. Aber rs ist sehr schön aufgebaut und interessant. Dann haben wir einfach die Zeit irgendwie rumgebracht. 1 Stunde weniger hätte uns gefallen

Toller Ausflug, megaaa Aquarium-super Erlebnis- einfach zu empfehlen! Großartig,!! Danach noch gute Zeit durch Las Palmas zu bummeln und sogar am Strand zu verweilen. Sehr nette Reiseleiterin, die auf der Fahrt alles gut erklärte. Guter freundlicher Busfahrer! Danke für dieses tolle Erlebnis!

We could not take part in the trip because thd TUI agent in Orquidiea did not clearly communicate where the pick up bus stop is. Although we asked twice to confirm. We were waiting in the wrong bus stop with our 2 year old from more than 30mins. As tourists, there should be clear communication to us when we book a package with TUI which was missing. And we were also not reimbursed our 108€ which was a waste. Such a pity!!
