O que esperar
Take a deep, relaxing breath as you meditate while floating on the Med. This is not your average yoga class. You'll be working your core to the max, as your instructor guides you through simple yoga poses while balancing on a stand-up paddleboard. The session blends fitness, mindfulness and a connection to nature that's hard to beat – especially as classes are held when the sun works its magic, at dawn and dusk.

The sunrise sessions are held on Mondays and Thursdays in May, June and July at 6:30, in August at 7:00 and in September and October at 7:30
The sunset sessions are held on Tuesdays and Fridays at 18:30
Please be aware that if the sea is too rough, the session will be held on the sand
Please bring drinking water and swimwear
Not suitable for wheelchairs
Not suitable for guests with poor health
Not suitable for expectant mothers or guests with back problems
Not suitable for guests who can't swim
Not suitable for families with small children
Not suitable for those with reduced mobility
Bring a towel
Bring bathing gear and sunblock
Bring biodegradable insect repellent
Bring a hat
Children must be supervised by an adult (over 18 years) at all time
