Die Busfahrt war angenehm ,die Reiseleitung super viel Info und Sevilla war ein Traum Wir haben einen schönen Tag erlebt und konnten uns alles Fußläufig anschauen ,hatten von der Reiseleitung eine Stadtkarte bekommen wo die wichtigen Wege gekennzeichnet waren ,das war eine große Hilfe. Ich hätte gerne mehr Zeit in Sevilla verbracht. Wenn eine Tour angeboten würde die erst mit einer späteren Rückfahrt endet , hätte ich mich für diese entschieden. Es hätte gereicht wenn wir um acht Uhr im Hotel angekommen wären.

Nous avons réservé un Transfert vers le centre-ville de Séville auprès de la représentante TUI de l'hôtel TUI BLUE Isla Cristina Palace (n° réservation MUS12868281). Notre voucher indiquait un passage du bus vendredi 12 sep 2025 à 8:35. Hors nous n'avons pas été informés que le bus avec guide français passait à 7:35 et il est donc parti sans nous !!! Heureusement la guide anglais/allemand du bus de 8:35 a été très professionnelle et a accepté de nous prendre en charge.

Pros - guide informative. Interesting city to visit. Plenty of time to experience the city. Cons - TUI rep didn't verbally tell us about needing ID for the Royal Palace. It was written on our confirmation print out in very small print - unreadable without glasses. Rep didn't inform us about needing to cover shoulders and knees to access the Cathedral. Both places we wanted to visit as part of the expirence. Very disappointing for the cost of £190 Euro's.

Een mooie dagtrip naar Sevilla. De buisbegeleidster gaf hele goeie uitleg over hetgene we konden bezoeken. Hou wel rekening met een langere transfer door de vele opstapplaatsen aan verschillende hotels. Het is een aanrader voor wie graag shopt. Vele mooie winkeltjes en een groot shoppingcenter. Wie wil kan ook enkele culturele bezienswaardigheden aandoen.

Toll ist, das nicht nur die große Tour angeboten wird. Uns hat der zweite Sevilla Ausflug Shopping super toll gefallen. Die erste große Tour in Sevilla vor Jahren war sehr informativ und auch sehr schön.

Due to location of hotel this was only way of getting to Seville. Guide on the bus there was excellent in explaining things and going through landmarks on the map of Seville. As it was only drop off nothing more you could have done.

Demande et paiement du transfert en français, reçu par mail la veille une info me disant qu’il n’y avait pas assez de monde donc pas le choix, ce sera en anglais. Difficile dans le car quand on ne parle pas notre langue pour comprendre les explications pourtant nombreuses. C’est dommage que les francophone soit toujours lésée ! On nous a rapidement amener au centre de Séville à pied et de la, débrouillez vous, on se retrouve dans 5h au car pour le retour. Pas bcp de commerces locaux.

I liked the reasonable transfer time to Seville, roughly 2 hours from Isla Canela. Seville is a beautiful city, fairly compact so easy to see the main tourist attractions. Guide on coach was very good and informative. No dislikes - I had just under 6 hours to explore on my own. If you want to see inside the cathedral or Alcazar palace I'd recommend booking online before you go

Wir waren nicht shoppen , sondern wollten Sevilla auf eigene Faust entdecken. Das hat auch gut geklappt. Die bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen nah beisammen, so daß wir die Plaza de espania und die Kathedrale (von aussen) besichtigt haben. Für Alcazar hatten wir online-Tickets. Eine wundervolle Anlage. Zum Abschluss noch ein kurzer Besuch in der Stierkampfarena. bevor es mit dem Bus zum Hotel ging. Die 5 Stubden reichten auch noch für eine Pause in eine Tapas-Bar.

Pick up was prompt both ways. Our guide on the coach was Fernanda. She provided us with maps that she had highlighted with points of interest and the pick up point and gave us lots of helpful tips. I’ve been to Seville before but still got some new and helpful information. We had about 5 hours in Seville - if you are going to visit the Alcazar I would recommend booking tickets online - they are allocated a timeslot and when we got there we were too late to get a suitable time.

we spent a total of 6 hours on the coach getting to and from the destination and we were not the first pick ups. Considering the relatively short distance to Seville from our resort, perhaps a rethink is in order regarding combining all hotels in the area and beyond.

Der Transfer hat super geklappt. Der Bus war pünktlich, klimatisiert und bequem. Die Reiseleitung war sehr umsichtig, höfflich und engagiert. Wir haben die Shopping Zeit gebucht und auf der Hinfahrt noch ein paar hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt bekommen. Vielleicht kann Tui die Tankstelle für den WC-Stopp auf dem Hinweg mit unterstützen, damit diese mal erneuert oder repariert werden können.

When we got to Seville, we were taken into the square as a starting point. Fernanda provided advice on how to get to places as well as the best ways to enjoy our day. Da wir die kulturelle Führung durch die Stadt bereits vor einigen Jahren gemacht haben, nutzten wir nun erneut nur das Busshuttle als Transfer um Sevilla wieder selbst zu erkunden. Das war wieder sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Leider ist der Preis hierfür aber erneut gestiegen. Wir würden uns wünschen dass der Transferpreis im kommenden Jahr nicht nochmals angehoben wird.

Belle excursion qui nous permet de découvrir cette jolie ville ! Des paysages très beaux à voir et des guides très compréhensibles et passionnées ! Seul petit point "négatif" est que nous n'avons pas assez de temps libre pour faire beaucoup de choses surtout lorsque l'on ne connait pas la ville... mais nous recommandons tout de même l'excursion !

Hotel pickup on time, comfotable coach, guide was very informative with helpful tips to make the most of the 5.5 hours of free time in Seville. Return trip was delayed by 45 minutes due to two passengers getting lost and needing to be tracked down and collected from elsewhere in Seville. Need to have a clear policy on leaving people behind if they miss the departure time, as it inconvenienced the remaining coach load of guests and impacted on some people's plans thereafter.

The pick up coach was prompt and well organised. It was a bit confusing when we were dropped off to change coaches as we weren't aware of this at the start. It was fine though and went smoothly. The guide Fernanda on the main coach was brilliant, very pleasant personally and gave lots of interesting information. Drop off and pick up in Seville were amazing as was the driver. We had a great day.

Es wäre schön, wenn man mehr Zeit in der Stadt hätte. Eventuell würde sich eine frühere Abfahrt lohnen (noch nicht so heiss, mehr Zeit für Stadt und Shoppen, da es gegen mittag wirklich voll wird überall)? Nanda war eine wirklich tolle Reisebegleitung und hat tolle Erklärungen und Empfehlungen für uns gehabt :-)

Finde den Preis mit 58 Euro pro Person etwas hoch angesetzt und wir mussten zwischendurch einmal den Bus wechseln, was natürlich wertvolle Zeit kostest. Ansonsten würde ich die Tour weiter empfehlen und unsere Reiseleitung hat uns viele Informationen rund um Sevilla mitgeteilt. Die Stadt selbst ist einfach nur Traum.

If you are travelling without a car then this is a good way to get to Seville and much more cost effective than a taxi or similar from our resort. The guide was excellent and knowledgeable and the fact we were taken to an easy starting place and shown the way back from there was great. The travel is long due to pick ups and drop offs but you can live with that. The thing you can't live with is a coach with no aircon when its 36 in the city and its surroundings. Very disappointing indeed!
