Die Tour war sehr gut organisiert. Alle drei Events haben sehr viel Spaß gemacht und wir haben viel Interessantes von Paris erfahren. Paris ist eine sehr schöne Stadt und der Ausflug hat uns inspiriert bestimmt noch einmal dort hin zu reisen. Weniger hat uns gefallen, dass die Führungen nicht in Deutscher Sprache durchgeführt wurden. Man setzt voraus, dass jeder Englisch kann.

Trip was very good.The only problem was the weather was really bad no fault of your organisation and due to the age of the bus rain pouring in at times from the plastic roof.Also the seats are wooden so any bumps or jolts in the road you slide all over the place making the bus journey uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful time with all three tours!
Adriana(sp) was very informative and helped us see all of the special things while on the Eiffel Tower.
Afterward we went on the bus tour and Nina was an absolute delight. We had a great time talking with her about everything.
The boat tour was fun!

Fijne en duidelijke uitleg door reisleidster voor Eiffeltoren. Top wat je niet mag missen. Persoonlijk vonden we de bustour wat minder door reisleider. De cruise over de Seine was magisch in de avond, je hoeft deze niet op dezelfde dag te doen , hadden wij wel voor gekozen.

El recorrido debería ser seguido y no tener que esperar y volver después, ver la Torre Eiffel y a continuación el tour o al contrario.
Creíamos que sería un tour en autocar, el bateaux y al bajarnos ver la Torre Eiffel, todo continuo.

Wir hatten eine völlig falsche Vorstellung, denn auch beim Eiffelturm mussten wir anstehen zwar „nur“ ca. 45 Minuten, aber dennoch. Die Dame von Musement begleitete uns nur durch die Sicherheitskontrollen, dann ging sie. Die Bootsfahrt konnten wir machen, wann wir wollten. Die Bustour um 16.30 Uhr

Personale assistenza puntuale. Ottimo il saltafila. Giro in bus buono ma traffico impossibile. Alla fine abbiamo rinunciato al battello perché faceva troppo freddo ma il biglietto è valido per un anno.

Nicht ganz so abgelaufen wie erwartet. Start war 15:15, Dauer lt. Voucher ca. 4h. Die Busrundfahrt startete erst um 19:00, also haben wir davor die Bootstour gemacht (für die man ein flexibles Ticket mit 1 Jahr Gültigkeit bekommt). Eher 6h einplanen! Bus und Boote sehr in die Jahre gekommen…

der Mitarbeiter hat uns Karten für die Eifelturm Besichtigung und Karten für die Flussfahrt auf der Seine in die Hand gedrückt und uns auf Englisch erklärt das erst Tour mit der Besichtigung des Eifelturms Beginnt. Die Busfahrt war schwach. Die Reihenfolge war laut Beschreibung anders geplant.

The tour guid was not visible and easy to lose them plus meeting point directions could have been better. Your guid should hold up a flag and make sure they stop and check if anyone is missing from time to time. We lost my niece and also another family lost their kid but found them later. L

Hotel sauber und gutes Frühstück. Mitarbeiter sprechen nur französisch oder englisch. EndRechnung war falsch, hoffentlich erfolgt die Rückbuchung. Rechnung wurde erst einen Tag später per Email verschickt. Tour: Eifelturm und Stadtrundfahrt waren gut, Bootsfahrt konnte nicht in Anspruch genommen werden, da zu wenig Zeit für zuviele Fahrgäste an den Anlegern war.

Bei der Ankunft schon das erste Ärgernis....unsere Koffer sind verschwunden...der von meiner Tochter kam dann nach dem wir es gemeldet haben mit fast einer Stunde bei uns an....meiner blieb aber verschwunden....die Rundfahrt die wir gebucht haben war auch nicht das was ich erwartet habe...der Treffpunkt wo die Rundfahrt starten sollte war sooo versteckt und auf dem Ticket sehr schlecht beschrieben das wir schon sehr genervt waren....wo die Guide standen war absolut nicht ersichtlich das das unser Treffpunkt war....sie hatten weder den Namen der Agentur dort stehen noch trugen sie ein Kleidungsstück mit dem Logo der Tour das man erkennen konnte das man da richtig ist...alle anderen Anbieter hatten dies....zwei ältere nette Damen haben nach Nachfrage von uns dann bestätigt das wir richtig sind....nach den Namens-Check bekamen wir die Tickets von Eifelturm und der geplanten Schifffahrt auf der Seine in die Hand gedrückt mit der Erklärung das wir die einstweilen aufbewahren sollen....dann folgten wir mit ein paar anderen Leuten einer von den zwei Damen die uns zum Eifelturm brachte und uns zeigte wo wir rein müssen....und wie lange wir Zeit haben bis wir wieder am Treffpunkt erscheinen sollen und dann war sie weg....nach der vereinbarten Zeit am Treffpunkt wurden wir in einen Bus eingeladen ein Tablet in die Hand gedrückt ohne irgendwelcher Erklärung....und bevor wir nachfragen konnten war der Guide schon aus dem Bus verschwunden und wir unterwegs.... nach der Rundfahrt mit dem Bus erklärte uns der Guide den Weg zum Hafen und zeigte uns auf dem Ticket (was wir ganz am Anfang bekamen )den Namen von unseren Ausflugsboot.... Eigentlich habe ich das ganze mit Guide - Begleitung gebucht!!!!! Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Tag .... aber diese Kombitour ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen....lieber eine Rundfahrt auf einen von diesen Hop on Hop off Bus buchen ....da bist du auch auf dich allein gestellt weißt es aber von vornherein und hast garantiert weniger Stress weil man sich ja ganz anders auf die Reise einstellt....

The Eiffel Tower and river cruise was really good but the city tour in the mini van is not suitable or comfortable at all. You cannot see the sites and the handpad was not synced properly so you did not know what attraction site you are expected to see or pass.
No ventilation in van and stuffy.

Die Organisation am Eiffelturm war gut. Die Cityrundfahrt war nur mäßig informativ und vom Kleinbus aus war nicht viel zu sehen. Am Ende wusste der Busfahrer nicht, wo die anschließende Seinetour startet, so dass wir erst suchen mussten. Ein Begleiter bei der Stadttour wäre wünschenswert gewesen.

Visit of the Effeil Tower was OK. The city tour with the bus consisted merely in a bus tour without a guide but with a tablet which was not working. We were expecting an open roof to enjoy the views. It was so boring that we almost fell asleep. Cruise ticket is valid 1 year they say, not true ...

Our family of three enjoyed this tour immensely. Our guide, P.J. was extraordinary. He truly made the experience worth it. It was so obvious his love for his community and his extensive knowledge of food, wine, culture, and people. Do NOT eat before this tour, as you will be so well-fed. A+++

Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden, gut organisiert. Im Vorfeld ist leider nicht klar, wie lange die Busfahrt und die Schifffahrt geht. Ist dann jeweils 1 Stunde. Informationen auf der Busfahrt vom Band eher dürftig, zu viel Musik, zu wenig Inhalt.
