TUI Northern Lights Snowmobile Tour

The additional / optional €20 wavier fee was disappointing, the fact you pay for 2 adults but then it's 2 adults on one snowmobile was disappointing and not 2 separate snowmobiles and if your child is tall enough you have to pay additional as they are classed as an adult just to sit behind you.

Good experience, a little stop start initially. Its not a thrill seeking experience, more of a gentle ride through the woods

The guides were very friendly. The experience was amazing even if we were unlucky and didn’t see the lights. To make the experience even better during the snack and fire stop it would have been nice if the guides encouraged the adults to swap places at the fire to ensure all children were able to get to the fire. Maybe not a guide problem and more of a selfish human problem. Overall a great experience

The stop off for a sausage and berry juice was too long and everybody started to get cold. The long stop is not necessary. The cost per person is also very expensive.

The staff were fantastic and the trip was nice. The trip could be improved if the numbers were reduced. There were about 15 snowmobiles with approximately 50 people including children (who were carried in a sled behind the staff’s snowmobiles) this led to the convoy moving quite slowly at times and extended stops when crossing roads. The main issue was later when we came to the main stop which was quite long (perfect for seeing the northern lights) the staff lit two fires but as there were so many people it was very difficult for the children to get close to it. Trying to keep them moving was increasing difficult as they were quite tired at this point. So less people and a bigger fire would have been perfect. Also an option when buying the tickets to choose one or two snowmobiles per couple. We paid for 2 adults and 2 children but there was no option to have a snowmobile each whereas if we had purchased the tickets separately for the same price it would have been one each.
