The bus never showed up. Tried and tried to get a refund but kept getting transferred to different numbers and emails for two weeks. No refund granted even though they ‘couldn’t provide’ the tracking gps from the driver to prove they never showed up. I’ve booked holidays through TUI multiple times but after the way they have handled this situation I won’t again. I had been very patient and polite but I am at a end with the situation

Nice little town only down side of it The old fortress has nothing to offer other than a nice view of town and see. Town itself is nice but little bit expensive. Otherwise nice little town. Didn't go new fortress because of we have visited old fortress. Nothing really exciting or interesting been to much better places.

Il ne s'agit que du transfert en bus. C'est rapide car pas d'arrêt mais c'est quand même 1 heure de trajet. Ca permet de voir l'arrière pays. Déçu pas Corfou, trop de touristes !! Les ruelles ne sont que des marchands de produits grecs ( made in China ?), tous les mêmes. Nous avons visité le vieux fort qui permet d'avoir une magnifique vue de Corfou . La matinée a suffit , on a trouvé un petit resto dans les rues intérieures,loins de la foule

Bus driver was okay but the bus was making alot of really annoying noises all to way there. Town was not far from where the bus parked so it was just a stroll threw the park. One thing tho make sure you know how to find the bus because the town is big and lots of different turns and shops. All shops sell the same stuff really but it was a nice day. Not enough time to shop tho. We only got 3h and 30mins.

Hotel excellant. However, found tui organisation poor in that we arrived Friday lunch time for 7 days. To be told the tui welcome meeting would 12 on the Tuesday. Quite frankly pathetic. The holiday would be nearly over and no use to us. You advertise representation at hotel. Considering the considerable sum we paid. We were very dispointed in is aspect

Abholung bzw. Rücktransport hat wie versprochen funktioniert. Leider dauert die Fahrt knappe 2 Stunden, da der Bus mehrere Hotels anfährt. Das ist nicht sehr angenehm.

Der Transfer nach Korfu Stadt (Hinreise) dauerte fast zwei Stunden. Wir dachten es wäre eine direkte Fahrt in die Stadt, dabei sind wir die Küstenstraße entlang... Dann hatten wir nur mehr 3 Stunden Freizeit. Bus war sehr schön und modern, hätte etwas kleiner sein können, weil viele Plätze frei waren. Preis war voll OK Bus war pünktlich, Fahrer freundlich und konnte sehr gut fahren!

Nous avions pris ce moyen pour visiter la ville de Corfou sans passer trop de temps dans les transports hors notre van a eu plus d’1h de ********** au retour. Le temps sur place pourrait être un peu plus long (+1h/1h30) pour pouvoir faire la vielle ville et la forteresse et le temps de déjeuner

Bus wasn’t in good condition, driver not the most pleasant! Journey going took 1 3/4 hrs, coming back 1 1/4 hrs. This should have been explained to us as it was a long day and we wouldn’t have booked trip! So not an enjoyable trip

Die Fahrt hat 1 Stunde 45 Min. gedauert. Vor Ort in Korfu hatte man 4 Stunden Zeit. Die Fahrtzeit war fast so lang wie der Aufenthalt. Es fehlt am Anfang, wenn man ankommt eine kurze Instruktion. Was wo ist und wie man sich orientieren sollte. Es ist nur der Bus Transfer. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger.

We could have done with more time due to us booking a boat trip while we were in Corfu town, so we didn't see much. But the Journey was comfortable and the driver was friendly enough, even though he did talk on his mobile phone for most of the journey

We spent longer getting there on the coach than our actual time in Corfu town, we spent about 5 hours on the coach there & back but 3 1/2 hours sightseeing. The weather on the day was incredibly hot, too hot for us to do what we had planned like shopping & sightseeing. Nothing that Tui could have done & I'm not one for complaining about the weather but it was on the verge of was it safe enough in the hear we had on the day, 40 degrees!

I didn't enjoy the length of time to get to corfu town after being told by the rep it would only take 1 hour it was took over 2 hours, not giving us enough time to enjoy the town more like the fort. I spent longer in a large coach which is not the best form of transport in Corfu, than I did in the town.

Fijn de transfer naar Corfu-Stad. Je werd afgezet op een gunstige plek vlakbij de oude vestig. Dit is ook de nummer 1 highlight van de stad. En vanuit daar zijn nog meer mooie plekken te zien en ook de winkelstraten. Corfu-Stad kun je prima zonder gids bezoeken en je werd op een prima tijdstip weer opgehaald.

The coach was 30 minutes late. The coach was in a poor state of repair. Loose seat backs, safety belts not working, next to no A/C. We arrived in Corfu town at 10.45 and told to be on the coach by 2pm. That's barely more than 3 hours to explore the town. No time for a decent meal or to see the fortress.

Bus took 2 1/2 hours to get to town as it stopped at almost every hotel, we felt extremely limited for time as we were told 4 1/2 -5 hours but only got 3 1/2 hours then the same journey back

Took 2.5 hours to get to Corfu and same on way home, eats into time available for exploring, Bus stopped at every hotel between Roda and Corfu town. Definitely not as advertised. We were advised it is 1 HR away. This may be true, but not on the bus supplied, if we had known this week would not have paid the fees to go. Corfu Town is lovely but time getting to and from is a nightmare.

Wat leuk was en interessant was de combinatie van cultuur zoals oud fort en diverse musea en de oude stad . Minder was dat in de oude stad veel dezelfde toeristische winkeltjes zijn wat ten koste gaat van de charme. Ook minder is dat de reis vanaf het verblijf 2 uur duurt omdat je bij de diverse hotels moet stoppen voor andere gasten op te halen. Dan kom je uiteindelijk in de oude stad aan en daar heb je ongeveer 3,5 uur om de stad en omgeving te gaan bekijken. En dan 2 uur terug in mijn geval

l'emplacement de l'hotel, la plage, la chambre propreté au calme, La restauration impeccable .l'accueil a l'aéroport de CORFOU. Transport TRANSAVIA; les moins : le manque d'amabilité surtout le personnel du restaurant principal. Les animateurs de MARMARA, font vraiment ce qu'ils peuvent mais interdit de faire les jeux apéro au bar cela dérange les Allemands ! certains jeux dans la piscine cela font trop de bruit ! que viennent faire ces gens là dans un club ? BON COURAGE A EUX;

The pick-up time at the point of purchase was 08-00.The actual pick-up arrived at 09-05. As we were just about to leave the pickup point. We were later told by other passengers that an e-mail had been sent, which we didn't receive even though Tui had two email addresses to use plus two phone numbers. The journey was uncomfortable, trip to short owing to late pickup.

Would like to be picked up at the hotel rather than walking to a bus stop. Also I asked the rep twice which side of the road we needed to be in . Both times she said at the bus stop . The coach pulled up in the other side of the road meaning we needed to cross a fairly busy road

l'hôtel est très bien, parfait. mais c'est surtout a l'équipe de lookea qui a été indispensable au bon déroulement de notre séjour. L'équipe lookéa a su nous guider ,donner de bon conseils,nous divertir. Le personnel de l'hôtel ne parle pas français. Uniquement anglais ce qui peut poser des problèmes de tout ordre. Mais je recommande cet hôtel tout de même car grâce à l'équipe lookéa vous passerez un bon séjour.

Il faudrait proposer le city tour en bus rouge au tarif groupe pour ceux qui le souhaitent Un départ à 14h est top tôt mais je suppose que les magasins ferment après ? Un conseil avec les choses à voir aurait été souhaitable du fait qu il n y a pas d office de tourisme

I would prefer to be picked up at the hotel rather than walking to the local bus stop. Other passengers were picked up at theirs. We didn't get the full four hours in Corfu. We later found a much cheaper option at a local firm.

This trip is no where near long enough to experience Corfu Old Town. We were picked up at 9.30am (moved from our original pickup time of 9.10am) so arrived in the Old Towm around 10.15am only to be told to be back to the bus for 2pm! Why so short a time allowed to visit???? It is simply a transfer service from A to B so surely more than 4 hours could be allowed to see such a town with many attractions???? On a positive the bus was on time, clean and the driver very polite.

The trip was fine and Corfu Town is a great place to visit, lots to see and do full of shops, bars, restaurants a d things to see, it is well with a visit if you are in Corfu and using the TUI bus is a great idea as it saves you driving all the twisting and busy roads leading to the Town and also saves the hassle of finding somewhere to park and you get 4 hours to explore. This is a great trip for the price.

Temps de trajet en bus de 2h à l’aller et 2h pour le retour, alors que l’on vous annonce 1h. C’est 2h de moins à visiter la ville de Corfou et vous pourrez rajouter 1h car le chauffeur vous récupère à 14h alors que vous deviez repartir à 15h. Manque de temps sur place. C’est décevant.

Le club est bien situé avec le village et la plage à proximité. Les activités sont proposées mais rien n'est imposé. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Le restaurant principal est un peu bruyant. Certaines excursions sont chères ou ont un rapport qualité prix insuffisant.

The trip was very well organised from beginning to end. We were very impressed by the depth and bredth of knowledge of our tour guide Alexandra. She appeared to have an encyclopaedic knowledge of all things Corfu!! She spoke passionately about her subject throughout the day, at the same time ensuring our comfort, health & safety. Overall we had a good insight to the different areas of Corfu visited including tasting local delicacies and food. Nothing we didn't like. Driver Georgios was a star!

By the time the coach arrived which was late. Could off got the free transfer by the hotel. There was 4 adults which went so a waste off money as far as I am concerned did tell the rep when got back might as well got the free one , was not very happy. No refund offered

Très belle ville Dommage qu on est su après que nous pouvions y aller en navette à moins de 5 euros au lieu de 20 euros par personne. On peut déjeuner local pita pour 4 euros

Average
TUI rep at hotel was helpful and informative. Driver was punctual and professional. Coach was modern, comfortable and clean. Corfu town was interesting, vibrant and beautiful. Would have preferred to spend more time in Corfu town. The cost of the experience was expensive in comparison to local providers.

A little expensive for a basic bus ride to Corfu Town. Only 5 euros if we’d used public transport
