The tour it's self wasn't what we expected . we couldn't hear or make out the guide yes supose hes speaking in 3 languages but I'm sure most of the time he forgot English so felt we missed out on some things as the driver was lovely very polite but I even think at one point he reminded the tour guide of something very poor

The guide was rude constantly telling as to ssshhh be quiet, he stopped us at every yellow door, every flag that had a star, doors with a hand, he then stopped us and made us look at number plates from different countries, we had to sit exactly where said on the bus no others choice, he constantly picked leafs and told us many numerous times they were from lemon trees, we had 1 hour at a shop as we were rushed through the market only to stop at every mosc door, awful experience

We mainly wanted medina part, the 1st part was boring & he just kept pointing out fruit trees & mosques & telling us to shh & listen!! when we got to medina he rushed us through yet again pointing out the mosques every 150m & when we got to where we had to be picked up told us we only had an hour to do medina & shop which wasnt enough time!! All english people wasnt happy & dont think others were

Die Tour wäre wesentlich schöner gewesen ohne den 2 stündigen Ausflug nach Hergla und die absolut überflüssigen Informationen über die einzelnen Hotels. Statt dessen in hergla kein wort und erst recht kein stop bei den Ausgrabungen, statt dessen Kaffeepause. Unnötig. Wir hätten statt dessen entweder 2 Stunden später starten oder 2 Stunden eher in Sousse sein können. Leider auch in Sousse nur wenige wirklich gute Informationen zu den historischen Bauwerken. Viell statt Hergla lieber Ribat anschs

The guide catered more to the 4 French speakers in the group out of about 30. We were taken past fake designer shops and no actual local stores during the madina part of the tour and deposited at a tourist souvenir type shopping centre for an hour. He spent 5 minutes telling us about car number plates. I expected to see more authentic local shops and produce not fake Nike trainers. Nothing mentioned of local textiles despite walking past a weaving mill and stopping outside a museum for a moment

What we did enjoy was walking around looking at some of the old buildings and houses and seeing the main city. What we dident enjoy was how smelly, dirty and over crowded it was. You will spend more time on a coach than looking about

We didn’t get told when booked that would be a walking guide in extreme heat in village also the guide when we was in medina was walking away fast whilst we was trying to look at things I think he needs an umbrella or something to put up so future people know what to follow also I don’t think that 1 hour is long enough personally scrap the village as many people fell sleep on the minibus when guide was talking and give more time in Médina for people to shop for gifts.

Our pick up didn’t arrive. We were at the meeting point at 8.10am so plenty of time before pick up time and waited till 9.30am which is an hour past pick up time. I was offered a refund but I’m still waiting to hear to confirm that I have got it

Enjoyed the visit to the Médina. Our guide gave us a quick walk round to get a feel for where everything was which was useful and pointed out a great place with a toilet and refreshments of needed. Didn’t enjoy Hergla as much as there isn’t really much to see and do and the time there was short. Would have preferred more time at the medina.

The guide knew i was using walking aids and asked if he was going too slow, I said no going too fast as able bodied people were struggling to keep up so he went at a faster pace. I struggled even more to keep up and so did others.

Wycieczka, w której uczestniczylam, byla dobrze zorganizowana: od transferu, przez zakwaterowanie, az po program wycieczek fakultatywnych. Przewodnik Pani Malgorzata byla kompetentna, pelna entuzjazmu i potrafila by zainteresowac grupe nawet mniej oczywistymi atrakcjami. Hergla soll einen Kunsthandwerkermarkt haben, wir haben 3 Stände gesehen mit Miniangebot. Es gab 5 schöne Häuser in Blauweis. Die Fahrt hat sich wirklich nicht gelohnt für das wie super der Ort vom TUI Guide ausgelobt wurde. Die Führung durch die Medina von Sousse war Mini, lag aber auch an der Hitze.

Great intro to a Berber Village and Tunisian history. A local area tour with a safe guide through a Medina without being hounded back onto a coach. The microphone or speaker on the coach needs replacing as it was hard to hear and understand the tour guide.

Super Tour, obwohl wir deutsche Tour gebucht haben und in der englischen Gruppe gelandet sind, war unser Guide der Hammer, konnte fließend vier Sprachen Englisch Französisch Deutsch und Arabisch. Es war informativ und gut organisiert. Wer gerne etwas von dem Land erfahren möchte ist da gut aufgehoben und was uns gut gefallen hat war die Dauer der Tour bis zu 4 Std war vollkommen ausreichend. Empfehlenswert!!!

The village was amazing and the guide was very good. Our trip to the Médina was not quite as good as we didn’t have time to explore and were then given a lot of time in a store at the end. Maybe just my thoughts but I would have liked time in smaller shops. Toilet stops took a lot of time!

Trips, advice, friendly & helpful TUI rep. Clean hotel, central, food was excellent .Hotel staff were very helpful . Pool was clean & entertainment staff was friendly & funny. TUI rep on the bus to Eifidua airport she was very helpful , I lost my brown leather purse. Lost & found man in airport horrible he wouldn’t let her see the purse that was found even though she argued in Arabic with him. Thankyou so much even though I did not find it she went up & beyond the call of duty.

Very interesting tour with plenty of time to take photos, learn about the area and even time for some shopping. The guide and driver spoke very good English. Felt very safe travelling on the coach. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend.

Tour guide was very informative and arranged a separate bus to take us back to the hotels as there were a lot of stops. No chance to have a good look around the medina or explore Sousse, was given 1hour 15 mins to look in a shopping centre which could have taken us all 20 mins and told not to go anywhere else.

The guided tour through the Medina was good and we felt safe with guide leading us. That said when we had free time when we wondered back into the Medina we generally felt safe and can't help think some of the concerns expressed by others are unwarranted. The coach transfer was a joke - far too many pick ups and was 2.5 hours before we reached Hergla - they even drove past one hotel and had to go back. Redeemed themselves by sorting out better transfer back to our hotel on a different bus.

We feel the overall tour would have been incredible if only a few things were considered. It was a Welcome tour, took you to multiple places. Make sure those with mobility issues are made very aware. We went on this tour and one woman couldn’t take part in the walking and had to stay on the coach. Next, check dates of tours as you offered us the date which was the second day or Eid, meaning no markets were open. Bring water with you, and stay with a group at all time for your safety.

Great little trip. The guide provided us with lots of information and suggestions about how best to manage the sellers at the market. The trip isn't too long but you are given plenty of time to shop around by yourself once you are shown around first. Be aware that I wasn't able to participate in the first part of the trip as there were loads of steps leading down to the main shopping place due to being in a wheelchair but I think buggies should be fine.

First timeTunisia and I can say we had a amazing time. It was brilliant. All the staffs are very friendly, helpful and just amazing. Went for my Husband 60th birthday with our friend and they decorated our rooms, had a cake made for him and everyone sang him happy birthday which he was surprised as he didn't expect it. Entertainment done by the activities team was very good. Sarah our tui rep was amazing and gave us really good tips that made travelling outside good.

It was nice to see some more of the area, but although the visit to Hergla was informative, the visit to Sousse only included a short 10 minute guide and then left for nearly 2 hours free time.. We would have liked a lot more information and guided walk around Sousse and then maybe just 30-45 mins free time. We could have made our own way to the Medina for a lot less, but booked the tour as we wanted the history and local information a tour normally gives you.

Absolutely wonderful trip to the Medina. Definitely captured all that Tunisia has to offer and more. Nidhal was a great tour guide; offering tidbits of information during our journey and making sure we were all well looked after. A special thank you to him for making me comfortable as a solo traveller

The hotel at Marhaba Beach was nice with very friendly staff. Hats off to the maids who cleaned the room very well! We both would have enjoyed it more if the food had more of a variety to it rather than being very much the same most nights. We would have liked to see more of a themed night for food. As for entertainment, again would have been nice if it started earlier rather that very late into the night.

A fabulous 4 hour morning trip, visiting Hergla and Sousse. Our guide knew so much about the history and culture of the area we really enjoyed this and would highly recommend.
