The water where we went snorkeling was to.choppy and the water wasnt clear, also in an area with only grey fish no tropical fish The pool for swimming was also murkey amd not clear as described

Algo que me parece un poco incómodo, es que entre la ********** de llegar y la ********** de salida no es claro cuánto se va a demorar uno recogiendo personas de otros hoteles y es bastante tiempo ! AdicionalNos dimos cuenta que el mismo plan en otros hoteles fue vendido por un valor menor creo que se siente uno incómodo así sean unos cuantos dólares de resto estuvo bien

This was a fantastic experience and so much fun! Wonderful, organized staff and great music!! The bartender was simply fabulous! He had the best personality and gave outstanding service! You need him on every excursion! Only suggestion-You should offer other ways to tip other than cash! Most people do not carry cash on a boat excursion.

Went to pick up spot 30MINS early made sure to let them know I was there still was left! Then Rosel with TUI paid a cab driver to take me to the excursion I’m guessing do I wouldn’t ask for a refund that was horrible once I got in the cab I felt uneasy the driver called the place they said I’d have to pay an additional 30$ I told him just take me back! Disappointing will not recommend!

I am confident to say that every person on the boat was extremely disappointed because we were given a fishing boat instead of a Catamaran as paid for! In addition, the DJ couldn’t plan the music because the stereo system malfunctioned; they were supposed to serve fruits and veggies and better eatables, rather we were given stale chips in a tiny paper tray! The overall experience with the type of boat provided for the trip was awful and a ripe of , and distortion!

We were sold a snorkelling tour, this was far from that. The number of boats moving around a small area with people is the water, not safe at all The demand for tip at the end was enough for me to not recommend this to anyone

El snorkeling fue poco tiempo y no se aprecio. En la piscina natural, ibamos a ver peces pero no habia nada. Si solo buscan tener una fiesta en bote y con bebidas incluidas esta bien.

While waiting at the hotel the bus to take us to the party boat was late. There was no one at the hotel lobby to tell us what was going on so I had to go find one of employees to find out what was happening. Also we didn't

The boat was really fun! The staff were awesome! They played great music and offered snacks. I will say they needed more snacks. The beach club was an awesome experience!!!!! I woukd definitely do it again. The snorkeling was good. The guests and my family had a great time together!

The boat ride was great but never received pictures from the camera man. Paid him $40 cash, he asked me for my phone and took a picture of the receipt. Then said you have my information and I will email you the pictures. Never received email and notice no picture of receipt was taken by him. Unacceptable for someone give him cash in hand and no product from excursion.

The whole experience from beginning to end was great. All if the team on board looked after us, kept us informed and made the trip so enjoyable. The party atmosphere was there from the minute you get on the boat until you are dropped to your hotel

Light snack was served on the boat. The guide told us about the first stop snorkeling and swim then when we got to the second stop they didn’t tell we had to go down to another boat for the party most of us stayed in the boat only a few went down to were the party was. Guide staff took their tip box around for people to tip them. Overall I’ll give a 3/5 comparing it to the ones I’ve been in the past.

The staff were really friendly and engaging, the drinks were plentiful and varied. The swim spot and natural pool were interesting with a variety of sea life to watch. The boat was more full than we expected but this didn't really cause an issue apart from some US guests being quite rude and demanding to the staff which was unnecessary. Good fun and good value

The pickup was onetime, the distance was a long drive. The catamaran was not large enough to move around on the parameters. Limited drinks, I don't remember seeing any snacks, maybe 3 songs played
