Enjoyed the snorkeling. Lunch nice touch. Didn’t need the shopping part. Also 2 hours from Pick to finally getting to snorkeling is way to long.

Paid for snorkelling for my honeymoon, waited in the lobby of the hotel for an hour for nobody to turn up for us. There were also other people waiting. Apparently it happened the week before also. I’ve spoken to the TUI rep and made a complaint and now I’ve got to wait and see if I can get a refund. I read the reviews and this has happened before and no refund give as they put the lesson down as a no show. Totally unacceptable and wasted an hour of my holiday sat in the lobby waiting for someone

I was at the pick-up point ahead of time, but there wasn't a tour rep there, and they didn't call my phone to try and locate me. Went on the TUI FAQs, which said to use the contact number given on the voucher, but there wasn't one. Neither the voucher or the TUI booking area had the name of the tour operator, so I couldn't even ask around to see if they were looking for me. Contacted TUI, who said "they were there and marked you as a no show" and wouldn't discuss further, so I paid for nothing.

Out shuttle driver had to go 15 Minutes out of the way to pick up one guest outside of the hotel zone. The roads were very rough and this made for an unpleasant experience. The rest of the trip was very good. The snorkeling was nice, captain and guide were very helpful and friendly. We saw plenty of various fish and one sea turtle. Yes, I would recommend.

Communication with travel booker was lacking. He said $20 for park fee it was 25 Told we could use credit card. - guide said not today Told we would be on a van about 40 mins each way. It was 1.5 hours with so many stops each way on full size bus. Snorkel Guides were excellent. Lunch was was Excellent

Pick up on time , friendly guides good views of reef and fish . Tasty light lunch value for money. Just remember to bring your own water/drinks as they only provide you with a tiny bottle of water

Demasiado tiempo perdido en el trayecto del BUS, nos recogieron a las 9:35AM y tuvimos que pasar a dos hoteles mas para recoger gente. Mucha desorganización. Eran las 11:55AM y apenas estábamos subiendo a la embarcación para iniciar la actividad. El grupo que nos tocó era demasiado grande (21 PAX) y al momento de realizar el snorkeling había mucho amontonamiento de gente. NO lo disfrutamos NADA. Pésima experiencia.

The ride over there took two full hours, communication was very bad, it was awful. Then we arrived and the tour itself was absolute heaven! The captain and local guide were amazing, we learned so much about the fish and he found us some amazing onesie! The food delicious and the shopping afterwards a lot cheaper than elsewhere. It's worth going. Just get through the terrible ride up and enjoy an experience that will last you a lifetime!

We saw a turtle, bermudas, angelfish, damselfish and many more in the coral reef. The guide explained how to protect the reef while we snorkelled, show the best places to view and helped with our snorkelling equipment to make sure we got the most out of our experience. The family enjoyed our lunch by the beach, we had deconstructed chicken or beef fajitas and my youngest daughter had a lobster as part of the price. Shopping in Puerto Moerales was enjoyable but you have to haggle hard.

Das schnorcheln an sich war wirklich toll das würde ich immer wieder machen aber schade das aus so etwas dann eine verkaufsfahrt wird bei der man in einem einzigen Geschäft abgesetzt wird und sofort von unzähligen Verkäufern umzingelt ist. Es war alles völlig überteuert und die Verkäufer waren aufdringlich. Auch die versteckten kosten die noch auf einen zukommen könnten direkt schon mit in den Preis integriert werden. Großes Lob an das Schnorchel Team, die waren wirklich toll.

The snorkelling was fantastic but was ruined yet again by taking us to a pre determined shop were either the guide or tui get kickbacks instead of letting us have the time looking round the local shops, we were also meant to get drinks included we were charged $7, the activities really must stop trying to ram there partner things down our throats at every occasion

The trip was good, however, gonzalo who took out snorkelling was a bit intimidating with a couple of guests saying they were scared of him! The dock fee should also be included in the price you pay rather than a hidden charge that is only payable in cash

Small group of 6 so felt we were given time and attention. 2 hours between 2 sites. saw lots of different reef fish, rays, sharks. The guide was great and full equipment provided. Lunch was fresh and tasty, free hour in Puerto Morelos Please note the soft drinks provided was a bottle of water on the boat but had to buy drinks with lunch which we didn’t know before. We put reef safe lotion on 3 hours before but still burnt back of legs - needed a higher factor - tip!

40 Minuten zu spät abgeholt, Guide der eigentlich keine wirkliche Aufgabe hatte, unsympatisch und genervt war und im Bus geschlafen hat. Heimische Schnorchelführer super, schnorcheln an sich auch schön. Nach dem Mittagessen was ok war, 45 min Freizeit sich im Ort aufzuhalten. Waren 5 min vor ausgemachter Zeit wieder zurück und wir wurden zum Bus gedrängt da wie die letzten waren
