Simply head there during the opening hours, when a welcoming staff member awaits your arrival. To drop off your luggage, present your ID or confirmation email to the staff. They will then securely store your belongings for the day.When it's time to collect your bags, return to the same location within operating hours. Show your ID or email once again, and your belongings will be swiftly returned to you. This streamlined process ensures that your exploration of Surfers Paradise is unencumbered and enjoyable.

After booking, you'll receive a Musement voucher and a confirmation email from Stasher instantly or within 10 minutes after you book the activity. If you don't receive it or can't find it in your inbox, contact the local operator directly
