Learn the in-depth history of this dish’s journey across borders and how it has evolved into the flavours that are now so loved.Join Shu, a professional ramen chef, in a real ramen restaurant in Osaka. Begin with a 15-minute introduction to essential ingredients and tools, then enjoy a 30-40 minute hands-on cooking session guided by the chef. Choose from 4 types of ramen, from broths made of soy sauce, chicken and even clams. Torch chashu, prepare toppings, cut eggs with thread, and boil noodles to perfection.While you won’t make noodles from scratch, you’ll cook in an authentic ramen kitchen and savour your creation alongside the chef!

Meet at the ramen shop directly (5 minutes from Namba station by train). The Google Maps link will be provided upon booking. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the start of the experience. Please know that if you are over 15 minutes late, you'll not be able to join the class.
