Baby strollers, dogs, large luggage, and backpacks are not allowed in the exhibition area. You can store your belongings in the cloakroom, which has available lockers
Restrooms, including accessible facilities and a baby-changing station, are available for museum visitors on the ground floor
There are three entrance options to the Prague Castle. Option 1 (fastest): Staré zámecké schody (Old Castle Stairs) entrance. Walk to or take a tram to Malostranská (tram stop). Walk up Klárov Street, where you will pass a small park area on the left, until you reach the base of the castle stairs. Climb up the stairs to reach the castle entrance. Option 2: Pražský hrad (Prague Castle) entrance. Take a tram number 22 to tram stop Pražský hrad. Cross the street and you will see the entrance and checkpoint. Option 3: Hradčany Square entrance. Take a tram number 22 or 23 to tram stop Pohořelec. Cross the street and walk down Pohořelec Street, continuing on Loretánská Street. In 10 minutes you will reach the Hradčany Square main entrance of Prague Castle
On occasions of state visits, parts of the Prague Castle or Lobkowicz Palace might be closed to visitors
