Positives On time pick up and driver friendly with good air con coach. Arrived at right time so less hanging around. Show excellent value for money and worth the 4 hours in total coach travel. Negatives and I don't like Negative responses from my customers in my job. But the rep on board was poor. Reading off a Tablet, nothing about which coach no to look for, where was the pick up afterwards. Had to prompt her. Pleasant but had no drive engaging with her passengers.

The show was amazing. I didn't like the constant people trying to sell stuff. Started in the que outside and continued throughout the night. The captains table tickets are not as exclusive as I was led to believe. Don't see there was much difference between that and standard ticket. Tables were crammped and seats uncomfortable

The site gives the wrong bus stop you state bus stop, BUS STOP (39012) LAS GA VIOT AS which on Google maps and other map apps it is the wrong side of the road the bus stop is actually bus stop 39013 due to this mistake we nearly missed the trip but the experience of the show and transfer was great!

Can not fault the service from start to finish, communications was first class. Great family entertainment the kids absolutely loved it. Only tiny issue was as we were a family of 4 we had two other sat in our booth so was a little interdatin asking for them to move so we could get drinks/ take kids to toilet. Way back coach dropped us off at our hotel which was a nice touch as it was late and dark and we had kids with us. Thanks

Enjoyed the show but disappointed as I paid extra for captains table .. never had a dedicated waiter ( had to fetch own drinks ) told my boys they would receive sign autographs for pirates ( never got it ) email when I got to room and they said it was down to the rep to sort this out for us . Couldn’t understand what I paid extra for as was difficult to see . And got no extras . Was told from TUI rep boys would get light saber ( didn’t receive one ) but the show was amazing . Don’t pay extra

The Pirates Show was outstanding. The meal was inedible. Not just our table but every table around us, if you could call it chicken went back barely touched. What really annoyed me, is TUI offered a transfer option, and to enter your hotel name. Then it turned out that the bus stop was 15mins walk from hotel in the heat, and not a hotel collection as one would assume on booking. I felt scammed by TUI. I won't trust booking on TUI app again.

The show was fantastic. The performers worked so hard. Set and costumes were magnificent. The dinner was surprisingly good and I was so impressed with the way everything was run at the venue. Great atmosphere. The whole operation is run with military precision. I purchased a quarter deck seat and the rep made a great show of saying we had all been upgraded to Captain's table. I was seated right next to the stage on the side but had to move back a bit as I actually couldn't see as well.

This show is exceptional and a must for anyone visiting the island. The cast are phenomenal and the staff are very attentive. Food is basic but tasty and warm. The only slight concern was the use of fire and pyrotechnics. They do walk amongst the crowd with fire and you could feel the heat when they pass the tables. There are also a lot of drapes on stage for the aerobatics and I just hope that they have enough precautions in place for any possible accidents.

Better than shows I’ve seen on the West End & Broadway. My son was absolutely captivated. The food was good and so were the seats - we had quarter deck tickets. Only downsides were the 45 min queue to get in and the constant upselling - sweets, drinks, toys etc. All in all would highly recommend.

Pirate Adventure show is a must to see! This was our 4th visit and we sat on the captain’s table. Our experience was second to none :-) Barbarossa has always been our favourite and he did not disappoint :-) we love the storyline and the acts :-)

Show was great. Felt there was too much selling of items such as toys, hats etc that are destroying the planet. Also photos were expensive and wasteful if not bought as they were already printed. Bus was a nightmare, waited for 40 minutes, no phone number on vouchers to ring. Eventually got 2 taxis as there were 5 of us and couldn't get 1 to fit us. Bus arrived at the show around 20 minutes after us. Bus home was fine

Really good show. Rep said doors would open at 5:45pm, we queued until 6:30pm to be let in with small children. Not informed there would be no food provided one of the children with us who was under 2.

The transfer was smooth and on time, the show was brilliant and the service was great. The food was just chicken and chips so could have been better for the money paid. I would also say that people going for nostalgia reasons from 10+ years ago, it isn’t as good ??

Fantastic. What an excellent trip. Pirate show and the acrobats were amazing, from start to finish with exeption of one rude member of staff outside could not fault any of it. Don't expect much from the food/drink side of things in these sort of events from past experience but even that was great.

Transfer to the show didn’t show up, it wasn’t until I called up I was told they no longer pick up from our hotel, the reps at the hotel knew this but didn’t mention anything when it was told to them, they then informed us taxis don’t turn up often as the fare isn’t worth it to them, we then arrived late and the meal etc was rushed and they didn’t know where to sit us and vvip was dealt with over us who were vip we were left stood outside, performance was amazing though just all the other bits.

Actual show was amazing and the food was ok . Form getting off the bus to getting into the venue was a while and it was very hot day waiting in the sun delay was due to.people.in front of the lines tickets not ready and then delayed further for photos being taken as you go in again waiting in the sun. When seated they for got about our tables food and had to ask as the show started then they forgot about kids icecreams . Again more photos at table during the meal which we had to get done aparent

Fantastic show. Very talented acrobats. The only thing that let it down slightly was the length of transfer owing to number of stops on the bus which led to us driving slower routes versus main freeway.

Tui staff forgot our vip passes so had to walk around the venue to get them they completely forgot the free poster for child and were very cramped in our table food was cold so only ate a small amount not value for money Show itself was good but all other aspects let it down

Brilliant time had by all! The show was funny & amazing! The food was great, soft drinks on the bar were included. Transfers from Santa Ponsa were 20 mins on the bus, included with our ticket. Would we go again? 100% Yes we all would. You can buy Pirate booty bags for the kids at 20€. 1 Picture 15€.

The show itself was brilliant, the food was nice and the ice cream after the meal was lovely. We paid for quarter deck but our seats were right next to the cheaper seats so felt like we could have just booked the cheaper seats and saved some money. Having 8 on the table felt really squashed and I was craning my neck all evening to watch the show so left with neck ache. The show itself was excellent though and I’d definitely recommend

The show itself is ace, in fact it was my third visit over an 18 year period. What I don’t like so much is how, after spending in excess of £350 for a family of four, you still get pounced on from the moment you sit down, 20Euro for a bag of merchandise, 15Euro for a family photo. We were also sat behind a larger family so it was difficult for my 6 year old to see much. Finally, for the amount of money spent I am disappointed that you no longer get a photo with the captain unless you pay more

picked up by coach on time then at next stop sat there for 20 minutes with a driver who spoke no English then collected next passengers at next few drops only to go back to our original pick up to collect guide who ignored coach when we got on an hour after first pick up we went around again over an hour late arriving at venue

Having a guide with us on the coach was comforting and reassuring and also entertaining with the pirate jokes and quiz for the little ones! When we arrived the food was served really quickly which was fantastic after the long drive, and it was delicious too. The whole experience was something that we would definitely do again and recommend to others!

This excursion is by far one of my favourites I have been on the expectation was far better than I expected, we were greeted by a guide at the hotel who assisted us when we got there, we ordered main deck tickets which afterwards I was worried we wouldn’t be able to see as these were the cheaper seats however to be honest turned out to be a really good option we were seated on the balcony and had a perfect view of the whole stage. Highly recommend perfect family trip and amazing show!

The rep on the coach made the transfer feel like it took no time at all, keeping everyone entertained with fun facts about the island, pirate quizzes etc. The show itself was amazing!!! Well worth the money! The food was very basic but that didn't matter. The artists in the show were incredibly talented and I highly recommend to families as a must see.

The show was excellent but a little pricey for a family. Visited with kids age 5 & 7. We had quarter deck seats and were sat to the side of the stage so not the best view which wasn’t helped that we had a very tall man on the table in front of us so the kids and myself struggled to see as the tables were both on the same level. Cast were amazing and really interactive with guests. TUI rep Miki was excellent on the coach there and back, as was our coach driver Tony.

Whilst the show was truly amazing and the performances spectacular, there were unfortunately a few things that made the overall experience at the venue slightly disappointing. Given the cost of the tickets the food served was terrible and would have preferred to have had better options or alternatives, the whole evening was a constant up-sell be it snacks & drinks or merchandise & photos! The transfer to/from was incredibly long and this wasn’t explained well during the booking process.

The Pirate Show was fab. Our transfer coach did not come, or wait, as Rep Cecelia, stated they did before the show. My son and I had to walk 20 mins in 36 degree sun. Also the pick-up location is very vague, which does not help!

Absolutely amazing the show was just perfect our 4 year old sat watching in amazement. We had main deck seats and the view was brilliant. I thought the shop was reasonably priced and our guide jan from Luxembourg was so friendly and funny. Journey was 1 hr from sa coma. The cast of the show were so talented really haven’t seen anything so good in a long while. If you are thinking about booking you won’t be disappointed

The overall show was amazing. However I booked VIP tickets and felt my seat could have been a lot better. I had to keep turning around to see what was going on as some of the show was behind my back. The whole show was amazing from start to finish. We enjoyed it so much we went twice. Highly recommend going to see this. We will go again. Coach pick up was disappointing as it takes a long time. It added about 3 hours on to the day. Tour guide very nice but didn’t seem to know what she was doing. We weren’t told a tour guide would meet us at the hotel so we were on coach before her.

The performers were excellent. We had a fairly long trip from Camp de Mar, 1st to be picked up, last to be dropped off. Trip was fine till we got to Magaluf where we spent almost an hour picking people up. Same going home. Once we had dropped off round Magaluf and headed back to Camp de Mar, our TUI report the bus, fell asleep claiming he had been up since 8am, it was only 10pm! Wasn't interested in our experience.

The show and pirates where brilliant. However the only thing that let it down was the food. Very dry chicken and chips, could only eat the sweetcorn.

Show itself is excellent, really enjoyed it and recommend it. The actors/acrobats were excellent and very talented. The food was very good, not much variety but very well cooked and they do what they do very well. Seating was fine, but our side on position (quarter deck) faced away from the stage, so had to constantly turn around and crane neck to see the action. Photos - fantastic quality but they print them all and no deal to buy all, so they throw away the ones you don't buy.

Didn't like the 'hard sell' tactics inside the venue. Constantly pushing photos, drinks merch etc. Not very relaxing. Drinks machines broke, massive queues at the bar. Organisation was brilliant (food service and clearing away).

Great
Incredible show well worth the trip. None stop action and very well choreographed. Amazing performances by the cast who are exceptionally talented. Good view even from main deck seating. Long queues for drinks and toilets. Food very basic but ok.
