The waterpark is okay, but it’s very expensive for what you get. Overall there are only 7 big slides, a zip wire & a lazy river, on top of your ticket price you’re charged 15 dollars for lockers You’re not allowed to bring any water into the park so you’re forced to pay their prices. Food I understand but come on water, really? We were told to be back at our bus for half 4 even though we didn’t leave until half 5 which was a shambles. I recommend with caution, I wouldn’t return.

Do not recommend you pay all that money for 4 decent water slides the park is mainly a veiw they say 20 slides more then half are kids slides for kids under 8 years old and a mini wave beach...I could go to dominican republic beach 2oth waves for free, the food is 50/50 was cold when we got it but didn't taste too bad was just not enjoyable as it was cold but the aspect of going for water slides theres 4 actual slides slow medium and fast plus a mat slide not worth the money

We were told be the driver to all passengers our pick up would be 4pm only then to be told by staff it was 4.45 so having to wait in 30 degrees heat because your Tui driver gave out the wrong information in the first place!! Also service in the restaurant was unsatisfactory as food was missed off the order, and even had the cheek to come over to the table to check we were telling the truth, disgusting way to be treated ! Staff knowing basic English is a problem we found even in the hotel !

I would rate higher if the lunch and drinks were included in price. Its a little ridiculous that they take water off of you at the gate when weather is so hot and expect you to keep paying $3 per bottle of water, having a free water refill station would be a great addition to the park! As for safety I’m surprised we made it back to the hotel in one piece, I think the driver was in a hurry!

A great day out for the family ! Amazing value and loved every minute. Catered for gluten free which was amazing and tasty! Kids absolutely loved the water slides and staff all so friendly and tried as well as possible to communicate in English !

Point négatif : nous avons été obligés d être photographié hors que nous ne souhaitions pas être pris en photo , nous avons eu du mal à croire que c’était pour l’identification étant donné que ces photos étaient à vendre à la sortie du parc. Le parc est très cher pour le nombre d’activité souhaité. La nourriture est très cher et nous avons eu l’obligation de laisser nos petites bouteilles d’eau par cette chaleur à l’entrée . Point positif : le parc est propre et semble être assez sécurisé

We vonden het een dure excursie. En schandalig dat je nog 16 dollar moest bij betalen voor een kluisje. Er waren een paar zwemdingen dicht . Met ophalen moesten we een uur in het busje wachten voordat we terug reden naar het hotel.terwijl iedereen in het busje al zat.In dat uur hadden we ook nog kunnen zwemmen.

El dorado park is very clean and a lovely setting. Staff v. Friendly. However, it was EXTREMELY expensive - Disney prices with a 1/4 of the slides. Not a lot for teens (we had 3). We had been round everything in 90mins. Lots of things shut too like snorkelling. Also they check your bags as you go in and take all your water and food off you and put it in the bin. Park was very quiet so no Qs. Put as a thumbs up but borderline for us, I wouldn’t go back. Least fave excursion of the 4 we did

Enjoyed spending the day at this park but not everything was open and you had to pay extra for lockers. Also bought 2 ice lollies and a packet of crisps for $19 which I thought was very expensive. You are not allowed to take in any food or drinks.

Die Attraktionen waren gut aber für den Preis zu wenig. Das schnorcheln im Canon River war nicht verfügbar, wobei es angepriesen war. Bin nur deswegen hin gefahren. Getränke wurden am Eingang alle eingesammelt. Wollte mir dort eine Flasche Wasser kaufen, habe diese 3x bestellt, aber nie was erhalten.

Les toboggans nombreux et pour tous les âges. Malheureusement le revêtement brûle la peau. Le prix de l'entree très cher surtout un jour de pluie, la restauration est très très chère avec un rapport qualité prix zéro. Des hamburgers pour le prix de homard. Pas de pièces pour se rechauffer, le restaurant et les boutiques inondées par l'eau . Le car pour le transfert était vétusté , j'ai eu mal au dos pendant le transport et 3 jours après. Très bien sur le papier moins bien en réalité.

Nos gustó el trato del personal, muy amable, atento y servicial. Las atracciones excelentes, el parque está hermoso y todas sus áreas bien cuidadas. Ahora bien, entiendo que el precio para los turistas es alto a proporción con las atracciones disponibles. En total hay 7 atracciones disponibles, todas espectaculares, en especial el Zip line, de mis favoritas, no obstante es actividad destinada para estar fuera todo el día y en medio día haz completado el parque en su totalidad. En general feliz

Fantastic day!! 10am till 4.40pm, The price we as a family thought was ok! Taking into an account attractions back home are roughly the same price, food and water you cant take in, But the prices inside were reasonable and food was lovely!!! The park itself is massive! Rides excellent! Sitting on the lounges all day and drinks and food brought to you, if you u wanted it! Lockers again reasonable price for an all day event £8. We thought the day was amazing!! Must be promoting more!

More English speaking staff, as it was very difficult to order food and drinks. Service was a bit slow. The Lazy River was not opened until late, even when asking the staff they kept saying 10 mins and we waiting 45 mins. Some of the rides weren’t open ie. snorkelling and the auditorium, the interactive feature was under construction Apart from that the rides were good. Jack thoroughly enjoyed it.

The park itself is fun although a lot of the attractions still aren’t open Bags are searched on entry and food or drink you have including water is confiscated and the cost to replace is extremely high. The lockers were expensive (10$) and I was refused Apple Pay by an employee despite it being an option on the machine. The park opened at 10 and closes at 6 but the slides didn’t open until 10:45 and closed at 5:15. Other than that the kids loved it and were entertained all day. Very clean.

Be aware that the park does not open till 10. For looks, branding and glossyness and theme 10/10 - however there really wasnt much there. 2 big rides, 3 tubes, and a race slide. For the price it was not good value. No info given about pickup times so was a little anxious at the end of the day.. There seems to be some grandiose designs and ambitions but lots of unfinished building work in the park. Maybe one day it will be finished.

The rides were great, the large pool was really enjoyable and the waves were a great added extra. There were a lot of staff around, particularly on the water rides, which made us feel safe and well looked after. The food was quite good, but I would have preferred real chicken in the chicken burger rather than a patty. Overall it was a wonderful day and we had a great time.

11/10 ! Tout est parfait : très sécurisé pour les enfants, il y a vraiment toutes les activités, tout est très propre. L'ambiance relax est très reposante. Le parc est très grand mais vous aurez le temps de tout faire à votre aise. Un vrai paradis en famille.

Great day out with the family. Teenage boys particularly enjoyed it. Park has only been opened a few months so lovely and clean and fresh. I think they still have extra parts to open going forward as not everyone was available when we went but still had a great day. The lazy river is lovely and really long. Lots of places to eat and lots of dinners if you want to chill rather than going in the slides. Zipline is a must! Bring water shoes with you.

Safe travels. The only complaint I have and it not the driver fault for departing. Upon arrival the driver should remind the pick up time, so that everyone will be there and time, and if someone decides to leave before to tell them know. Since we waited 1 her for a family that left the park and the diver was not sure so had to wait for the park to close at 6. So we all waited for one hour for the irresponsible parties.
