The trip was well planed out, the staff aboard the boat are just lovely. The food they provided was amazing. The whole day was amazing. Even though the water was very choppy that day, the staff did an amazing job of keeping us customers happy.

Toller Ausflug mit gutem Guide. Interessante Infos über die Insel Kreta und die Bucht mit tollen Badestopps. Gutes Barbecue auf dem Boot - leider unterschiedliche Portionsgrößen - griechischer Salat ohne Oliven :(

The tour itself was okay. The boat trip was the best part and swimming in he sea. The food was good and the boat stuff were great. The issue I have is that when booking her were told the transfer would be one hour which was what we were interested in as had a young child. The trip there took over 2.5 hours and took up a lot of our day. We were told That we would be back by 4pm but didn’t arrive back until much later and missed out dinner reservation and was unable to rebook. So unhappy.

Het zwemmen vanaf het strand was heerlijk. Ook fijn dat we hier ruim de tijd voor kregen. De gids had duidelijk moeite met de taal. Maar was wel enthousiast en vriendelijk. Het eten op de boot was erg lekker en een uitdaging ivm de harde wind.

No safety announcements on boat. For a 4 hour boat trip we spent 4 hours on a coach doing pick ups and drop offs. Surely a few mini buses would be more cost effective? There was NO beach BBQ. We were just given cooked pork chops and salad on the boat. We appreciate it was a windy day and the captain had to stay with safety quide lines but the ‘Beach’ area we docked was inaccessible to half the people on board. I couldn’t go climbing over slipped rocks to get to a beach area. Let down trip

Das leidige Thema "Bustransfer". Hinfahrt knapp 2h, wobei die letzten beiden Hotels aufgrund ihrer Lage schon fast eine ½h Zeit gekostet haben. Nun hatten wir Pech mit der etwas stürmigen See, sodass ein Teil der Schiffstour gekürzt werden musste. 1. Badestelle 1h, wobei nach 25 Minuten alle wieder an Bord waren,warten bis zur 2. an Land(kein Sandstrand!) und über holpriges Gestein zu erreichen,auch 1h, dann Essen(war okay),danach zurück zum Bus. Insgesamt Dauer bei uns 8h.

Die Tour war sehr schön, es war bestens organisiert und das Essen war sehr gut. Leider waren die Deutsch Kenntnisse des Reiseleiters nicht so gut, sodass man nicht all zu viel verstanden hat.

Wonderful boat trip. Plenty of fresh lunch on boat. Price of drinks on boat was very good. We just found the walk from boat to beach a bit tricky - rocky uneven surface which could be impossible for some people with mobility issues. Overall an excellent experience with sufficient time to enjoy each part

The boat was much larger than we were expecting, unsafe steps & handrail very slippery fit entry in and out of water my daughter gained a nasty bruise from this and I didn’t feel safe using the steps so was unable to swim in the sea very disappointed

Zeitlich gut gelegene Tour für jeden. Badestop und Essen waren sehr gut. Auf den Schiff hat man genügend Platz gehabt und die Informationen von der Reiseleiterin haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Es ist keine Halbtagestour. Wir wurden um 9.20Uhr vom Hotel abgeholt, waren um.11.40Uhr am Boot, da noch viele Hotels angefahren wurden. Die Bootstour war insgesamt schön, dauerte auch die versprochenen 4Stunden. Essen an Bord war wie erwartet und hat geschmeckt. Mirabellobucht war eine riesige Enttäuschung. Strand ist mini für die Masse an Menschen, die da hingefahren wird. Idyllisch war es nicht. Zurück im Hotel waren wir um 17.45Uhr. Es war ok, aber wir würden die Tour nicht nochmal buchen.

The biggest challenge was the transfer- picked up 40 minutes late (without apology) and then nearly 2hrs making further pick ups. Three hours later we arrived at the boat for a trip that was shorter than the journey to wjr from the boat. The staff were nice though, and the boat was lovely.

De excursie was top alleen jammer dat de zwem stops kort waren. De lunch was stuk vlees met salade en feta, met een stukje brood en stuk fruit met beker drinken. Hier had wel een saus bij gemogen voor het vlees. Het vlees was super mals dat wel. Al met al was het een leuke excursie. De busreis was wel heel lang vooral als je snel wagen ziek word is dat een minpuntje

Alles super geplant gewesen. Abholung am Hotel, Transfer zum Boot. Traumhafte Bootsfahrt mit 2 Highlight-Spots mitten im Meer und am Strand zu schwimmen und zum Abschluss ein absolut solides Mittagessen. Das alles für nur 60€ pro Person.

Abholpunkte gehören optimiert,man sitzt ewig lange im Bus bis die letzten eingesammelt sind.Bei uns war es so das wir erst 2.4 km von unserem Hotel zum Abholpunkt hin laufen mussten!Erster Stopp vom Boot nur 30 min Aufenthalt,dann 2 Halt total überfüllte Badebucht mit einer Stunde Aufenthalt.Essen war ok.Guide war sehr nett und war sehr bemüht.Würde aber diesen Ausflug nicht nochemal buchen.

No safety instruction on boat (sea currents were unbelievably powerful and this caused discomfort and genuine concern to those who chose to swim). Lunch underwhelming. Lastly the return hour was over an hour and a half late! Either have smaller cars to collect people or fewer stops on a 50 ppl bus.

Prachtige bootreis, leuke reisleiding, prima lunch en fijn gezwommen. Maar twee puntjes. Ik loop heel gemakkelijk, maar het paadje naar het strand was voor velen een uitdaging. Op en neer, nergens steun en losliggende stenen. Dit zou duidelijker vermeld moeten worden. Belangrijker, de drukte op het strandje. Het strandje is 2 m diep, 20 m lang? Er lagen 5 boten van gemiddeld 75 man aan wal. Een mierennest is zacht uitgedrukt. Door beide zaken zijn mensen niet van de boot geweest of omgedraaid.

Der Preis ist echt günstig für das was geboten wird, aber: die Gruppe war sehr groß und die Busfahrt lang mit vielen Stopps, muss man mögen. Der erste Schwimmstiopp war mit 30 Minuten zu kurz bemessen finde ich. Man bedenke wenn alle ca. 140 Teilnehmer ins Wasser wollen - das dauert. Das Essen war wirklich gut und mehr als ein Snack. Der 2. Stopp war an einem wirklich kleinen Strand welcher stark frequentiert war. Ging aber gut, das Wasser war toll und warm und klar, der Stop ausreichend lang.

De boottocht was leuk ondanks dat het winderig was. Het was mooi om alles vanaf het water te zien. De zwemtijd in de baai en bij het strand was helaas korter dan gezegd, ipv een uur in de baai was het een half uur en je kreeg bij het strand incl op- en afstappen van de boot een uur. Echter door de hoeveelheid mensen werd dit ook een krap half uur. De bbq was niet op het strand, het was een gebakken karbonade op de boot en dat was wel teleurstellend.

Lovely crew and reps. Food was good. Bar prices were fine. Really enjoyed the sea swimming and the views of spinalonga. Transfers were in a cab ???? It was my daughters 13th bday and everyone sang happy birthday while she drove the boat with the captain which made it special. Seats were uncomfortable and the departure was delayed waiting for one bus to arrive. The beach swim was rocky and very very busy with a loud party boat next to ours that was not the best.. Overall had a good time though.

Anfahrtszeit von 2 h bzw. Rückweg mit Bus 2 h - gehört in Beschreibung erwähnt. Wartezeit am Boot von über 1, 5 h bis alle Passagiere vor Ort waren. 5,5 h bis 6 h reine Fahrzeit bzw. Wartezeit ist für einen Halbtagesausflug schon etwas heftig!

Die Abholung am Hotel hat nicht geklappt, obwohl es so in der Email stand. Nach Telefonat mit dem TUI Mitarbeiter im Bus konnte geklärt werden, wo der Bus steht. Wir mussten ca. einen Kilometer hinhetzen, aber immerhin hat der Bus gewartet. Die Leute, die an der nächsten Station zugestiegen sind, waren über unsere Verspätung dann auch nicht sehr erfreut. Der Ausflug an sich war dann sehr schön, ist empfehlenswert.

Die Busfahrt hat gefühlt länger gedauert als die Tour auf dem Bot. Als wir an dem Marbella Strand ankamen, waren wir sehr überrascht, dass es weder Sonnenschirme noch Platz zum liegen gibt. Es waren zu viele Boote - zu viele Besucher! Nur Steine zum „Liegen“… Da haben sich viele Familien beschwert. Das Essen war OK.. Ich habe schon mal andere Touren gemacht und die waren auf einem ganz anderen Niveau.

Leider hatte man vorher extrem lange Wartezeiten, vor allem bis das Boot gestartet ist. Der gesamte Tranfer hat sicherlich 2 drittel der Zeit ausgemacht. Die Badestops waren okay -aber nichts besonderes. An der Festung ist man lediglich kurz vorbeigefahren. Der Guide hat die Bootsfahrt nichts zur Umgebung erklärt. Für diesen Preis würden wir es nicht nochmal buchen.

I enjoyed it very much, lots of information and two places to swim. The lunch was tasty and well cooked. The only downside was the people who smoked. If people are allowed to smoke onboard they could be asked to only smoke on the upper deck or at the stern of the boat if on the lower deck. This is only a suggestion but an area on each side of the boat could have non slip patches so that people who want to jump or dive from the boat would be safer when doing so.

The rep at the hotel told us the coach trip was a short trip to the next town along to get to the boat, it was not it took just over two hours, with a small child we would not have booked had we known that, she also told us beer, wine and juice was included, it was not. She said we would have a bbq on the beach, however lunch was served on plastic trays on the boat which was extremely difficult to eat as all passengers came down from the top deck so there was no space to sit down.

The boat trip was great but we were the first pick up and were sat on the coach (there and back) in total of five hours. Maribella bay is just over 23 miles from our hotel yet we didn’t get there until gone 1130am There were too many pick ups and the coach is too big for the size of the roads I’d suggest smaller coaches with less pick ups then we would have enjoyed the experience so much more

Der Rocky Beach war schön, aber sehr überlaufen. Aufenthalt dort war uns zu kurz, Taucherbrillen gab es zu wenig. Das Essen (wir hatten vegetarisch - ein Laberl, statt ein Kotelett) mit Tomatensalat, Nachspeise war eine Orange, dazu EIN Plastikbecher mit Fanta (alternativ wäre EIN Plastikbecher Wein gewesen), war definitiv eine Massenabfertigung. Das schlimmste war aber der Tansfer von und zum Schiff. X Hotels wurden dabei abgeklappert, das hat die An-/Abreise um gut 1h (gesamt 2h) verlängert.

goed georganiseerde boottocht voor het hele gezin, op de boot voldoende ruimte, geen vaste zitplaatsen, waardoor je van verschillende kanten de vaartocht kunt beleven. Het strand waar aangemeerd werd wel erg druk/ Mooie baai, heelder helder blauw zwemwater. Prima balans tussen varen en zwemmen.

In èèn woord, wat een geweldigmooieleuketrip!! Onder begeleiding van Marianne, die in engels en duits onderweg allerlei leuke weetjes vertelde in de bus. Op de boot heerlijk gezeten (veel schaduwplekken!) en na 2x zwemplekken heerlijk gegeten. Simpel maar puur eten, vlees of vegetarisch en een lekkere salade. Onderweg mooie dingen gezien en dan dat water... zo helder! Dat strandje is even een kleine klim, maar prima te doen op flipflops. Top excursie dus!! (Ik was ook met 10 en 16 jarige op pad)

Lovely boat overall, excellent swim stops, guides' local knowledge made the transfer quicker than expected. However the rudeness off other passengers was noticeable with their self entitled attitude when they forced there way onto the boat at the safety of others during swim stops, then tried to move our towels to take our seats!

Es war insgesamt eine schöne Fahrt mit dem Boot zur Mirabello Bucht. Perfektes Wetter und eine ruhige See sorgten für gute Rahmenbedingungen. Der erste Stopp zum Baden in einer Bucht war toll. Man konnte direkt von der Reling ins hellblaue Meer springen. Der zweite Stopp in der Mirabello Bucht, war an sich auch sehr schön. Nur sind die Bademöglichkeiten sehr begrenzt und teilweise sehr felsig. Dadurch das natürlich sehr viele Touristen dorthin gebracht werden wird es irgendwann sehr eng dort.

Uns hat der Ausflug nicht so gut gefallen. Die lange Busfahrt durch das anhalten an doch einigen Hotels war nicht schön, lässt sich aber wohl nicht vermeiden. Schlimm fanden wir die absolut überfüllte Bucht. Viel zu viele Boote/Schiffe für so eine kleine Bucht. Der erste Stopp zum Baden war auch nicht entspannt. Gefühlt sind wir Bus gefahren, um dann auf dem Boot zum Essen anzustehen und einen Blick auf eine eigentlich schöne Bucht zu werfen, die völlig überfüllt war.

Mixed experience The trip included a long journey (up to 3 hours from the hotel, one way), but the bus ride was informative and the crew was very friendly. The boat trip had two snorkeling stops: 30 minutes in deep water and 1.5 hours in a bay. The highlight was spotting a beautiful trumpetfish at the second stop. The barbecue was average. Essen und Tour selber waren gut (4h). Der Transfer zum Hafen mit ca. 10 Abholpunkten (2h20) und Rücktransport mit den gleichen Hotels (2h20) war mühsam und zu lange. Die Tour wird als Halbtagestour verkauft. Abfahrt 09.20, Rückkehr 18.00 ist in meinem Verständnis eine Tagestour. Hätte ich gewusst, dass wir mehr Busfahren als Boot, hätte ich die Tour nicht gebucht.

Boat was overcrowded - we were packed like sardines. Food was substandard. I wouldn't pay 60 euros per adult for 4 hours again, this excursion should have been priced at 40 euros per adult.

Er was onze verteld dat er 60 mensen op de boot zouden gaan het was zeker 150 man. Veel te druk en onrustig met eten. Duwen en voor gaan met snorkelen en trappetjes af. Het eten vonden wij ook minimaal, als we dit geweten hadden, hadden we het niet gedaan.

Advertised as a BBQ on the beach. No BBQ on the beach. Food was served on the overcrowded boat. But more importantly, it was advertised as a 2-4 hour trip but actually pick up was at 9.15 and drop off has still not happened at 17.00. This is dishonest advertising on both counts. This shortcoming is known by yourselves as your operator but you cynically gloss over that in your advertisement

Hat sich gelohnt! Netter Service, Essen war einfach, aber lecker und ja, die Plastikgabeln zerbrachen auch an unserem Kotelett:-) Aber dafür haben wir ja 2 Hände! Wunderschönes türkisfarbenes Wasser, der Strand war zwar voll, aber da mussten wir ja nicht hin und im Wasser war mehr als genug Platz. Der Reisebus war auch modern und komfortabel. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Die Tour selbst war gut. Etwas nervig war die An und Abreise. Insgesamt 4 h im Bus verbracht. So wurde aus der halbtags Tour ne ganze. Auf dem Boot selber ging es an der Insel spinalonga vorbei zum ersten Schwimmstopp. Nach 30 Minuten schnorcheln kamen wir recht zügig schon zum zweiten schwimmstopp. Das barbecue am Strand fand auf dem Boot statt mit Essenstablets auf dem schoß. Ein Tipp: auf jeden Fall das vegetarische nehmen. Kotelett ist zäh und trocken und mit Plastik Besteck schwer zu es

Gute Organisation, freundliches Personal, guter Service. Kompetente Reiseführer, Sehenswürdigkeiten in verschiedene Sprachen sehr ausführlich erklärt. Das Essen an Board war auch gut. Die Tour kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Insgesamt ein schöner Ausflug. Der Bus kam eine Viertelstunde zu spät. Man bekommt einen guten Eindruck der Mirabello Bay, man startet in Elounda und fährt mit dem Schiff an der Insel Spinalonga vorbei. Nach einer halben Stunde der erste Stop zu schwimmen. Danach ging es an einen schönen Sandstrand der leider total überfüllt war. Ca. 300-400 Leute waren da in einem Strandabschnitt von 50m. Es gab dort einen Obstsalat für 5€. Die Preise an Bord waren sehr fair. Wir würden wieder mitfahren.

Fast 2 Stunden Anfahrt von unserem Hotel aus. (Anissa Beach) Da hätte uns die Reiseleitung auch drauf hinweisen können. Die Schiffsfahrt zur Bucht hat Spaß gemacht. Leider nur zwei Stopps.

Die Beschreibung des Ausflugs hat in unseren Augen mehr versprochen. An Spinalonga sind wir ohne Stopp nur vorbeigefahren und unter einem am Strand zubereitetem BBQ verstehe ich mehr als ein trockenes Schweinekotelett mit Brot und unmariniertem griechischen Salat was ich dann auf einem Tablett auf meinen Knien balancierend auf dem Boot verzehre. Diese paar Stunden waren für uns kein Vergnügen und hätte wir besser anders genützt.
