The staff were helpful and friendly but there were too many people booked onto the cruise which meant we were left sitting on a hard surface for the duration which was extremely uncomfortable, especially when the sea was a bit choppy. There were a couple of selfish guests who took up spaces on their 'well-padded' bench for their bags. Being foreign they didn't understand us when we asked to sit down. They should've been mad to remove them which would've made our experience more enjoyable ??

The lazy day boat cruise is a must. Staff on board the boat were attentive in all aspects from instructions about safety to ensuring we always had a drink. Pork with salad was delicious for lunch. We anchored for over an hour and you could swim in the sea or fish from the side of the boat. Overall a relaxing day sailing on a fantastic boat. The only downside was transport from hotel to nessebar and back had no air conditioning on a hot day, very uncomfortable.

Didn't enjoy any. 1st my diabetes 87 year old mum had to take her shoes of before getting on the boat. She wears special shoes. Had to walk a thin rope ladder thing to get on the boat. Mum was sick four times yet the captain still stood by her smoking I asked him to move but he then didn't understand English. The food was chunky tomatoes cucumber or chicken. There was no tour guide.

The boat was beautiful and very clean, looked like new. Loved that we could sit on the deck on cushions. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly (the captain was very funny too!). The length of the trip was just right and I enjoyed the swim. I don’t know if the numbers were low compared with usual but it was great that it wasn’t too crowded. Overall a highly recommended experience!

Rigtig god service, og sikkerhed kom tydeligt i første række! De vartede en op og der manglede bestemt ikke noget. Måske flere siddepladser kunne have været fint, men hvis man ikke har noget problem med at ligge på en madras, så er det perfekt.

Was left at the collection point (bus stop) for 1.5 hours, the TUI Rep (Vera) didn’t contact up to tell us the trip had been cancelled due to bad weather. We tried to call and text her several times but no answer. She had our numbers but said she thought the bus driver would tell us (who never came). Total waste of our time. We had teenagers with us who got up early for the trip. Totally unacceptable.

Balade sympa et tranquille à faire en toute détente. Petit repas, très minimaliste et boissons en suffisance. Super personnel d équipage. Pas contre retour en car pas très commode! Ne disait pas où il s arrêtait et on a loupé notre arrêt ! Pas voulu nous reconduire, retour en taxi,donc 15e de plus....??

Alltså det var en otroligt härlig tur, personalen var snälla roliga och väldigt service inriktade. En dam på båten svimmade och behövde gå av båten och väldigt snabbt och snyggt så fixade dom detta med bravur. Det enda jag har att säga som minus är att jag hade önskat att det kunde hållit på lite längre eftersom det var så bra ?? Vår tur höll på i lite mindre än 4 timmar.

Viel zu überteuerter Ausflug, der keiner war. Wir sind nur kurz umhergeschippert, dann haben wir angelegt und das wars. Für 4 Stunden in der Sonne liegen, ein überfettetes, geschmackloses und trockenes (Hähnchen) zu bekommen, nein, das war es nicht wert! Die Crew war sehr bemüht und ihnen war es sichtlich unangenehm, dass es nicht so war, wie beworben. Das Baden hat Spaß gemacht, das Schiff war sehr schön, aber das Wort Cruise völlig fehl am Platz!

They nearly forgot picking us up, but the rep at the hotel was ever so good and kept an eye on us. After 10 minutes after schedule the rep called the operator to sort things out. Unfortuately though when entering the bus, luckily it wasn't a long drive as not enough seats on the coach. This was the case for both journeys. Overall - the boat trip was a good day out. Great hospitality.

The sea was a bit choppy, so the boat basically came out of the port and moored up for the whole time. I know these things are determined by the weather, but I feel that they should have cancelled the trip.

Båten gungar extremt mycket, svårt att hålla balansen. Lätt att bli sjösjuk även om du i normala fall inte brukar att bli det. Ren och fin båt, trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Stora maneter i vattnet där man stannar och badar. Jättetorr mat, behövs salt/ peppar/ kryddor och SÅS, det gick inte att tugga och svälja, fanns inte ens ketchup. Turen är endast 3 timmar.

All staff were very helpful, the boat wasn’t overloaded. Well spoken English which made the experience 100% better. Crew were all really really friendly people…After coming to Bulgaria all inclusive the food that was served on the boat was the nicest food I ate all week. For how cheap it was definitely giving this experience 5 stars.

Båttur jättehärlig.Transport till och från båten var inte lika bra. Dålig information gällande var vi skulle hämtas upp. Visade infon i mejlet för både de i receptionen och för flera utanför hotellet men ingen kunde svara på var bussen skulle hämta. Blev taxi dit för att hinna med båten. Tom personal på båt tyckte det var för lite info gällande upphämtning. Hem missade vi att gå av för att vi inte visste hur det skulle se ut och ingen info från chauffören eller väldigt tyst info möjligtvis.

We had a fabulous trip. The staff on the boat were friendly and helpful, they worked non stop for the whole trip. The food and facilities were great. The bus was 15 minutes later than advertised collecting us so we were starting to worry something us gone wrong. But when we were collected we realised we were the last pick up so this made sense! It was a great relaxed trip. I would say it was more of a half day than a whole day. We were on the boat for about 4 hours.

Deze lazy day is echt waar voor zijn geld. De crew is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en stelt alles in het werk om je een geweldige dag te bezorgen. Drank is inderdaad onbeperkt, de crew komt regelmatig vragen of je nog iets wenst. Op een ideale plaats gestopt om te zwemmen en te lunchen. Mijn tieners waren ook zeer enthousiast. We hadden ook het geluk dolfijnen te zien.

We enjoyed the cruise very much getting a great view of the coastline.The boat itself is lovely and beautifully kept. Even the toilet is spotless. There is ample time for a swim if you fancy if not you can just chill on the deck and have a beer, wine or soft drink. The lunch is good, chicken salad with potatoes, bread and an apple. The crew are happy and friendly. Fantastic value for 4 hours of fun

Liten båt som var smock full med människor man fick sitta på golvet för det inte finns tillräckligt med platser. Hur tänker man på säkerheten då?! Maten ska vi inte tala om gurka och tomat för vegetarianer och då har man ändå betalat 1300 kr.

I attended this alone, was welcomed and looked after. The trip was well managed, and despite an issue with the boat, everything was kept held together by the crew. As a result, a very good value for money trip, with a lovely lunch and plenty of drinks.

It wasn't at all how I was expecting, or as I previously experienced. No entertainment at least for kids, kids got extremely bored and wanted to get back sooner. No snacks or ice creams for kids or at least possibility to buy if you wanted. It said that we gone receive fruits, was just an apple. The lunch was poor also, one piece of chicken breast with salad and bread, no other options. I've been before on other boat trips, much cheaper and by far better than this one. Would not recommend at all

People were great just my wife is disabled and I am not good on my feet. So was a bit scary getting on the boat, but staff helped. Evan going the toilet was awkward but managed. Boat was loverly and staff very helpful. Loverly time

Trip was excellent, the staff were fantastic and kept the drinks flowing and the lunch was lovely too. The day we went the boat was not very full so we had plenty of space. Only downside was the coach taking us back to the hotel was more fit for the scrap heap than on the road, seats were broken and the engine was making a noise.

From pick up to drop off everything was great, pick up was easy to find, bus was on time with air con, the boat was lovely, the staff were really nice and friendly. There was only about 20 people on the boat so it almost felt like you had the boat to yourself and wasn’t over crowded. The cruise itself was calm and relaxing, the boat had shade for those who didn’t want the sun. Food was ok, plenary of drinks available, Only thing I would say is that the food isn’t really suitable for young kids.

The trip was lovely and we all really enjoyed it. All the staff on the boat were very friendly and did everything they could to make the trip a good one. The food on board the boat was tasty and there was more than enough to go around. The only 1 negative was that they didn’t pick up from our hotel. We had to go to a bus stop outside another hotel. But this was minor.

Ihanan rento 4 tuntia merellä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja uinti-/kalastuspysähdys auttoi viilentymään kuumana päivänä. Näimme meressä meduusoja, mutta delfiinit jäivät valitettavasti näkemättä vaikka niitä kuulemma aina joskus on näkynyt. Kuljetus hotellilta oli jopa etuajassa ja kaikki sujui loistavasti kuljetusten kanssa. Retken tiedoissa luki kestoksi 4-8 tuntia, mutta olimme takaisin tasan 4 tunnin kuluttua lähdöstä.

Wir waren genau 4 Stunden auf dem Boot. Der Goldstrand mit seinen Bettenburgen wurde abgefahren. Ein 1,5 stündiger Schwimmtstop wurde vor genau dieser Kulisse gemacht, was wir als unschön empfanden. Schwimmhilfen für unsichere Schwimmer waren nicht vorhanden, jedoch gab es Schwimmwesten. Auf dem Boot gab es kaum schattige Sitzgelegenheit. Die Crew hat sich sehr bemüht und war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war durchaus in Ordnung. Würden es aber nicht noch einmal buchen.

Wir waren 4 h auf dem Wasser. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis. Preis-Leistung Top. Essen einwandfrei. Wir sind den Goldstrand fast abgefahren. Hatten dann in der Mittagszeit auf dem Meer für ein Bad und Essen gestoppt. War sehr ychön!

Es war eine super entspannte Fahrt übers schwarze Meer, die Mitarbeiter haben sich um alles gekümmert und waren sehr freundlich. Einziger negativer Punkt, es gab leider nicht so viele Möglichkeiten mal zwischendurch in den Schatten auszuweichen.

Coach pick up all went to time. Lovely boat with a great crew. Much fun had jumping in the water and swimming. Tasty lunch provided. It really is only 10 to 2 on the boat so don’t expect a whole day.

Härlig dag som kändes välplanerad och väl genomförd. De negativa detaljer som drar ner betyget är enbarrt att maten var rätt tråkig, guiderna hade gärna fått berätta lite mer om vad vi såg på vägen ut och att båtens reling kändes en aning otryck för barn. Annars, helt underbar utflykt!

Schöner kurzweiliger Abend.Lustiges Programm für Kinder. Organisation war super. Reiseleiter und Busfahrer waren top. Der Bulgarische Abend ist sehr zu empfehlen.
