A mix up in that collection to go to Turkish Baths didnt happen till 3 hours after proposed collect time.Oggi assisted well to get it sorted. It is a very good visit.

Hamam was mooi, ophaaldienst was netjes op tijd. Voor het geld dat je betaald kan je natuurlijk niet de wereld verwachten, maar bij binnenkomst werden we na het omkleden 15 minuten in sauna gezet om vervolgens 15 minuten badhuis in te gaan, scrub en zeep behandeling te krijgen (beetje afgeraffeld) en dat was het dan eigenlijk. Weinig persoonlijke aandacht. Anders gewend bij de echte traditionele badhuizen.

Transport hat alles super geklappt. Anwendung war auch gut,doch anschließend gab es keine Liege oder Ruheraum,wo man noch ein wenig relaxen konnte. Sanitäranlage(WC) war nicht wirklich prickelnd.

Tour zou 2 tot 4 uur duren. Wij hebben aangevuld met een full body massage van €69 per persoon al met al werden wij om 2 uur opgehaald en 15.30 stonden we alweer buiten. Buiten de taxi om 1 uurtje binnen geweest, iets te prijzig naar mijn mening voor €170 met 2 personen

Vond de verzorging heel slecht en de communicatie van de mensen ook. En voor de eerste 15 a 20 min €15 is oké leuke aanbieding maar je krijgt er net niks voor en dan moet je voor een massage nog meer geld betalen. Nee was een tegenvaller.

Op de voucher stond dat het 2-4 uur duurde. 2 uur voor het basis pakket en langer wanneer je extra massage bij boekte. We hebben een extra massage bijgeboekt maar inclusief ophalen en terugbrengen naar het hotel waren wij er maar 5 kwartier verstreken. Voelt als afgeraffeld of verkeerde informatie.

Het badhuis was niet klaar bij onze aankomst, het Turks bad op zich was wel ok, daarna een massage bijgeboekt, de massagetafel stond naast een bouwwerf waar drilboren volop aan de slag waren. Na de massage geen tijd om even te relaxen, de chauffeur stond daar al klaar om ons terug te voeren. Dus van de massagetafel meteennaar de kleedkamer gebracht, naar de kassa, appelthee inde hand in het busje naar het hotel. Massage was wel goed, maar wij waren niet relaxed omwille van de tijdsdruk.

Das durch den TUI Reiseleiter vermittelte Hamam war super. Alles perfekt. Preis Leistung stimmten. Wir hatten ein Besuch des Hamam geplant und buchten noch eine Massage dazu. Zur Massage kamen wir jeden Tag, um den Abschluss unseres Urlaubs mit einer Kombi aus Türkischem Bad und Massage zu krönen. Alles war perfekt organisiert, sauber und hoch interessant. Wir haben anderen Reisenden es schon weiterempfohlen. Danke an alle beteiligten Mitarbeiter (Fahrer, Manager und Mitarbeiter)

Easy transport however staff took my details and personally messaged me on social media Beautiful place however the staff talk over the whole thing and paired myself and 14 year old daughter with a couple we didn’t know which was awkward. No consent was asked when removing my daughters bikini top & people in and out of massage area including men Expensive in comparison to our hotel spa which was brilliant.

Die gesamte Reise war gut organisiert Bei der An- und Abreise waren freundliche Mitarbeiter von TUI eingesetzt, die uns gut betreuten. Das Hotel war schön, die Lage topp. Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns gut erholt und werden noch einmal hinfliegen. Vielen Dank

Really enjoyed this for the second time, if visiting Kusadasi I would highly recommend, fantastic experience and treatments here will be a lot cheaper and traditional than your local hotel facilities. Plus it is great to get out. The building makes this trip just as special with stunning traditional features.

De behandeling was zeker ok, de communicatie was moeilijker. Turk Engels... niet altijd evident. Qua vriendelijkheid en beleefdheid en gastvrijheid TOP! In het algemeen zeker een aanrader. Wat mss nog een pluspunt zou kunnen zijn : Als je bij de inschrijvingen de prijzen van de verschillende behandelingen zou kunnen zien en al uitkiezen.

Really lovely hamman and massage experience. We'll go back for another. Recommend paying for oil massage as well as hamman, probably best massage I've had. Children also enjoyed a chocolate massage (oil). No drink supplied so take your own.

We didn’t like the fact that men and women were in the same room for the peeling/foam massage. Usually men and women are separated and it’s ok for women to take their swimsuit off. Because we were with male tourists we felt very self conscious and it wasn’t confortable to take our top off (we were wearing a one piece swimsuit, not a bikini). Also we asked for women massaging us and still they sent men. It was very uncomfortable and we had to wait there half naked for women masseuse to show up…

Op de heenweg werd de chauffeur aangehouden en gecontroleerd door de politie. Dit duurde ruim een half uur. Kan de beste man natuurlijk niets aan doen, maar daardoor werd ons badritueel heel snel afgewerkt. Geen tijd om even rustig bij te komen na de massage. Hup weer in de bus want die stond alweer te wachten. Beetje jammer…

We received a very warm welcome and everything was explained to us in detail. We were offered the opportunity to upgrade our treatment to include a massage which did not disappoint! We were taken to a place where we could change and leave our belongings securely. The sauna and salt room were amazing. Tne body scrub and hammam was sensational. Definitely recommend visiting!
