Turkije staat bekend als een winkelparadijs. En op deze ochtendtrip vanuit Kusadasi ontdek je waarom. Je bezoekt een goudcentrum, een Turks winkelcentrum en de bruisende kraampjes van een lokale markt. Met zo'n programma komt zelfs de meest fervente shopper aan zijn trekken.Je gaat eerst met je gids naar een bekend goudcentrum, waar vast iets glimmends je aandacht trekt. Dan is het tijd om je onderhandelingstechnieken uit te proberen bij de volgeladen kraampjes van de markt van Selçuk of Kusadasi. En je hoeft je er echt niet voor te schamen: de kooplui verwachten het zelfs van je.De rest van deze shoppingtrip heb je de tijd aan jezelf om langs alle verleidelijke winkels en stalletjes van de bazaar te struinen. En je maakt een pitstop bij een superstore – perfect omTurkse cadeautjes, souvenirs en - natuurlijk - Turks fruit in te slaan.

Winkelen in Turkije is leuk en interactief, met vriendelijk personeel dat je vaak uitnodigt om rond te kijken en over prijzen te onderhandelen. Dit is een oude lokale traditie en maakt deel uit van de culturele ervaring. Hoewel er tijdens deze tour mogelijkheden zijn om te shoppen, zijn aankopen helemaal optioneel en hoef je je nooit verplicht te voelen om iets te kopen. Kein deutschsprachiger Guide. Besuch Juwelier und Süßigkeitengeschäft würde uns nicht vorab gesagt. Wir wollten keine Verkaufsfahrt. Wir wollten nach Kusadasi und nicht nach selcuk. Alles würde uns vom Promoter anders verkauft

Galata Quality krijgt onterecht veel slechte reviews, we zijn zeer goed geholpen door hun. We hadden onze twijfels na het betalen van het voorschot , maar dankzij hun ongeziene service en de geruststellende woorden van jullie top vertegenwoordiger Engin hebben we toch de ring gekocht en zijn heel gelukkig nu. Engin verdient echt een bonus na wat hij allemaal voor ons gedaan heeft.

Le marché était top par contre les 2 autres magasins (bijouterie et autre) moins intéressant surtout bijouterie prix non abordable... Vraiment le plus décevant c'est que l'on nous dit d'avoir un guide français et celle-ci ne parlait qu'anglais... d'où difficile de comprendre ce qu'elle expliquait.

Wenn man eine Shoppingtour in Kusadasi erwartet, dann möchte man nicht noch 20 Minuten weit weg zuerst mal in einen Schmuckladen gefahren werden, danach in einen Delikatessenladen und dann außerhalb des Stadtzentrums auf einen „Markt“, der dann wie in einer Tiefgarage gelegen ist, total überlaufen ist und man im Endeffekt nichts von der Stadt sieht. Sowas geht überhaupt garnicht!! Sind dann alleine weiter und haben diese Halle verlassen. Totale TUI Abzocke, so mal der Bus 4€ p.P. Pro Weg kostet

If you were not down for breakfast at 7am the scrambled eggs and other breakfast food runs out and is not replaced so tough you get none. There is a night club two doors down that blasts and I mean blasts music with a drum beat that penetrates the whole hotel resulting in no sleep until 3am. We were informed there was entertainment on the night which did not exist. The initial room we were allocated was on the ground floor and when overlooking the balcony were could smell cat poo everywhere.

Excursie geboekt om naar de markt te gaan in Selcuk . Er is ons niet op voorhand meegedeeld bij boeking dat we ook naar juwelier en snoepwinkel gingen . Juwelier was erg opdringerig ! Toen we binnenkwamen “ stormden “ ze op ons af om ons ook maar iets te verkopen aan heel erg dure prijzen . Twijfel je om iets te kopen ? Krijg je zomaar 200 € korting op ring ! Mensen informeren bij boeking dat er nog stopplaatsen zijn voor de markt . Esra was een zeer lieve en goeie gids !

Driver was a disaster. On the way to the venue he got lost twice looking for hotel pick ups. He stalled the bus three times and semi grounded the bus in a hotel driveway. Before going to the market we had to endure to 'sponsored' stops. The driver missed the first meaning we had to do a u turn and waste even more time travelling. On the way back our guide left us with the driver while she went off to do another tour. Same thing happened. He forgot one drop resulting in another u turn.

Wir haben eine shoppingtour auf den Markt gebucht und ich genau so verkauft bekommen. Im Endefekt haben wir einen Halben Tag unserer wertvollen Urlaubs verschenkt. Wir sind wirklich sauer und enttäuscht!!! Es ging mit dem Bus von einer Edelbutik zur nächsten, größtenteils Gold und buty. Nachdem wir uns so beschwert haben, wurden wir widerwillig für 1,5stunden uf einem kleinen Basar abgesetzt. Es hat uns einen Tag Urlaub zu nichte gemacht.Der TUI Mitarbeiter im Hotel ist eine absolut Katastrophe!

Uns wurde vorab nicht gesagt das wir bei irgendeinem überteuerten und sehr schlecht bewerteten juwelier anhalten und reingezogen werden das gleiche nochmal bei einer factory. Der Wochenmarkt war auch nur irgendein kleiner bazar weil uns nochmals nicht mitgeteilt wurde das dieser wochenmarkt urplötzlich ausfällt

Für jemanden, der vor einem Besuch beim Bazar noch eine Führung durch ein Schmuckgeschäft und ein überteuertes Süßigkeiten Geschäft machen möchte ist es super. Ansonsten dauert die Tour 5h, wobei dass eigentliche Shopping Ziel in Kusadasi nur knapp 2h beinhaltet. Die Verkaufsveranstaltungen vorher werden in Selcuk angefahren, dies wurde im vornherein durch den TUI Mitarbeiter auch nicht so angepriesen. Beim nächsten Mal lieber mit dem Taxi zum Bazar.

Deutsche Tour gebucht, englische bekommen. Nichts über Land und Leute erfahren, aber dafür 2 Stops - die vorher vom Tui-Mitarbeiter nicht erwähnt wurden - beim Juwelier und Beautytempel. Typische Kaffeefahrt. Ich wollte lediglich auf den Markt. Da fährt mal besser selbst mit dem Bus auf eigene Faust.

Der Guide war sehr nett und die Tour hat das gehalten was verkauft wurde. ABER letztendlich war es eine 1A Kaffeefahrt. Das wir eine Schmuckfabrik anfahren um dort viel zu teuren (hochwertigen?) Schmuck als Wertanlage zu kaufen, kam schon echt komisch rüber. Die Fabrik danach… Öl, Süßigkeiten etc. Wir hatten vor der Buchubg EXTRA gefragt, ob es sich nur um die Fahrt nach Selçuk handelt, das der Mark in Selçuk so traditionell und einheimisch ist, dass hätte man auch erwähnen können. Nicht gut.

She visited our hotel regularly - she was always accessible, welcoming, friendly and so knowledgeable. Her advise about tours and locations in the area was invaluable. Good to get out an experience some of the local culture. Pressure selling at the jewellery shop we called in at was unbelievable. The pressure to buy was so intense we walked out as it was not relaxing.

Een excursie van 4u naar de plaatselijke markt werd opgesplitst in 2 uur markt en 2 uur gezever voor goud en leder te kopen, indien ik goud of leder wou kopen zou ik wel zelf naar een winkel gestapt zijn. Tui had minstens bij het boeken moeten vermelden dat dit zou gebeuren zodat we konden afzien van deze excursie. Zwaar teleurgesteld in deze manier van werken !!!

We went to Selkuc market not Kusadasi we found the market was brilliant as a fruit and vegetable market but there didn’t seem to be as many stools selling other products we had heard that the Kusadasi market was better and for the jewellery shop on the way FAR TO pushed my our liking

Dieser Shopping Trip ist eher eine bezahlte Verkaufsveranstaltung. Das Schmuckgeschäft mit sehr teuren Schmuck war gar nichts für uns. Die Verkäufer waren sehr aufdringlich. Auch die türkischen Spezialitäten waren nichts für uns. Ezra die Reiseleiterin war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Der Bazar hat uns gefallen. Es wäre wohl besser sich selbst ein Taxi zu nehmen und 2 Stunden shoppen zu fahren. Auch am Bazar sind die Verkäufer sehr aufdringlich aber das ist wohl normal.

Der Besuch einer (angeblichen)Schmuckmanufactur stellte sich als sehr unangenehme Verkaufsveranstaltung heraus. Man wurde ständig von ein oder mehreren Verkäufern bedrängt. Es gab keine Möglichkeit die Ausstellung zu genießen. Von Herstellung wurde auch auf Nachfrage nichts gezeigt. Wieso drängt man Pauschalreisende Schmuck für mehrere Tausend Euro per Finanzierung zu kaufen ? TUI hat hier einen Tiefpunkt erreicht, welchen ich nach 30 Jahren Reisen, vorwiegend mit TUI, noch nicht erlebt habe.

Nicht so besonders, man wird von netten Verkäufer umzingelt und auf nette Art und weise Produkte präsentiert mit dem Ziel unbedingt zu verkaufen. Preise sind natürlich extrem hoch, auf keinen Fall kaufen!

The Guide should have asked all on the trip to meet at the front gates of the market rather than in a street away from the place. It was a busy Saturday and there were a few elderly guests with walking sticks. We were okay but finding our way back was a little daunting as the streets were unfamiliar. That is the only suggestion for improvement

Wir wurden nicht informiert, dass der Reiseleiter kein Deutsch spricht. Die besuchten Verkaufsstätten waren fast eine Nötigung. Wir hatten keine Möglichkeit selbst zu entscheiden was und wo wir hingehen und sehen wollten. Wenn wir besser informiert worden werden, hätten wir diese Tour nicht gemacht.

De begeleiding via de bus was goed. We hebben deze uitstap geboekt via de TUI hostess in het hotel en totaal niet tevreden over. Ze kent duidelijk haar uitstappen niet. Er wordt alleen gezegd dat je naar de markt gaat maar niet dat er tevoren nog twee tussenstoppen waren, Goldshop en nog een andere winkel. Hiervan waren we niet op de hoogte en we hadden hier ook geen behoefte aan. Airco bus bij terugrit werkte niet, waardoor ik oververhit uit de bus ben gekomen en dag ziek ben geweest.

Didn't enjoy the market - just not authentic and not for us. Also, didn't enjoy the visit to the gold factory - felt pressurised. We were also left waiting on the coach for quite some time for some passengers (who were obviously experiencing the 'hard sell'), and in the end the coach had to leave without them.

The Market wasn’t as big as expected & the 2 stops before it weren’t very interesting for me. The market wasn’t actually in Kusadasi main town & when I visited the main town the following day the prices in the shops were the same as the market anyway & there was a lot more to do as your in the main town. The guide for the trip was very nice & she explained things thoroughly 10/10

Enjoyed the gold shop but didn’t enjoy the hard sell. Enjoyed the Turkish delight shop, great quality. Got to the market but it wasn’t Kusadaki it was Selcuk, but it was fine.
