Blue mountain, very unsafe, uneven underfoot no handrail or chain rail, to help, guide went up to fast, Unacceptable time scale had to wait to have lunch, was picked up at hotel at 06-50, didn't stop off for lunch till 3pm, then had to wait, good job we took some food. Rep who sold us the tour, didn't tell us anything about this, except its a full day, my sister Mary Mosley is diabetic & needs food, besides this trip was good, but more exploration needed,

De gids Vivienne was super! Ze zette de toon en maakte zich hard dat we een goede dag hadden. De chauffeur Delano ook. De reis was mooi in elkaar gezet met leuke elementen. Al met al een mooie reis. De touroperator Aliyah was ook aangenaam en vertelde ons goed welke tours er allemaal waren.

Excellent trip, long journey but enjoyable. Maureen our tour guide was friendly knowledgeable. Our driver was excellent and he is to be commended for taking on such a tiresome journey. Would have loved to see view of Cuba but now know that we could only do this from the Portland end! Emancipation Park amd Bob Marley museum tours were excellent only negative is I felt the tour guide for the museum seems to rush the tour. Overall excellent tour and would recommend it.

Be aware this is a very long travel day when booking was picked up at 06:00am and did not return until 21:00pm. Coach was full only seat was on wheel arch with nowhere to place my feet. Safety and comfort of passengers completely disregarded when travelling. The driver hit a wall with the back of the coach coming down Blue mountains which was terrifying as the roads are steep and narrow. Andrea our guide was lovely but if I had known the full itinerary probably would not of booked the trip.

journey took 4.5 hours when It states 2.5hours, we stopped at a coffee making tour which I wasn’t aware of and wasted over an hour there, the lunch was dreadful, the driver was erratic at driving and I currently suffer from PTSD and various neurological issues due to a previous car accident in 2022, no seatbelts worked in bus & we were in Bob marleys house for around 30 mins, you weren’t allowed to take pictures inside the house either, very disappointing, I would like to request a refund

We were really looking forward to the trip Jerome the guide on the bus and Keith the driver were fantastic enjoyed blue mountains wonderful views we were disappointed with the guide at the Bob Marley museum as we were interested in looking at record collections and pictures she seemed to make the experience very rushed I know they are to a time schedule but you barely got to look around properly we found this very disappointing when paying for experiences like this and a long travel time for it

Everything was excellent, content just right. The price was expensive and the bus could be a more comfortable and newer model, there's barely any legroom. Our Tuivrep, Sashia was very helpful and informative what she said we got, her demeanour and attitude was pleasant and it was a joy speaking with her. Thank you Sashia.

Wir hatten einen Verkehrsunfall! In Kingston. Der Fahrer hat die Spur gewechselt und mit der linken Seite ein Fahrzeug gerammt. Der Bus hat den linken Frontscheinwerfer verloren, Flüssigkeit ist ausgetreten. Die linke Front durch den Aufprall komplett ramponiert. Nach einer halben Stunde Diskutieren hat man dann die Tour einfach fortgesetzt. Auf meine Frage, ob man denn wenigstens den beschädigten Bus tauschen würde, wurde mir nur gesagt, es sei alles in Ordnung… unfassbar! Nie wieder!

Niet echt vriendelijke reisleiding. Eerder afstandelijk. De busjes zijn niet veilig, maken veel lawaai, weinig plaats om te zitten. We hadden een ongeval, gelukkig geen gekwetste personen. Heel weinig empathie naar de toeristen.

Well Nikki was a professional guide, sense of humor, informative, and caring. Leon driving is questionable. From the back of the van, he seems wreakness. A customer made a commit about wanting to see his mom again. Leon flared back. Nikki tried to de-escalate. Leon said shut up woman. This is the going. The whole mood changed. He driving up hill in the wrong gear. Now driving up to the Blue Mountain Coffee was not an easy task. We made it up & back with a bad tire. This was stressful

I would have liked more time at Bob Marley museum and a shorter time at the coffee estate or gift shop. We had no free time to enjoy it given how much we payed for it. The bus provided struggled to go up hills en route to and from the Blue mountains. I thought the engine or gear box would seize. In the end the bus broke down an hour from our hotel. The driver, Leon, had to get a replacement bus. We got back to the resort at 9:35pm just in time for dinner. I was told that it had brake failure

The tour guide was super amazing! Lots of information and history explained as we traveled. Spoken in a way that made it easy to digest. The Bob Marley guide was excellent too, so was the Speaker at the coffee plantation although he spoke too quickly. The downside was the transport! Picked up at 6am and dropped off at 9.30pm, travelling in a minibus with very little leg space, if you are tall was a real killer! I am 5ft 9. Definitely need better transportation!! Otherwise a good trip.

The tour guide Nikki and driver Patrick were fantastic, very knowledgeable and both entertaining & enthusiastic. The Blue mountains were incredible to see and our guide Junior at the coffee estate was brilliant. The Bob Marley museum certainly didn’t disappoint either. Our only issue was timings we were told pick up at 6:50 but the driver was told pick up at 6:05 so we had to rush out of our room, meaning we forgot to grab hats and a couple of other things. But overall it didn’t ruin the day.

Het museum van Bob Marley is super leuk om te zien. Daarom kom je ook naar het eiland. (neem ik aan). Wel een lange rit, een hele lange rit erheen, als je in hotel Reggea RIU zit. Verder hoeft de koffieplantage niet voor ons, maar ja, dit is een excursie die je dan gezamenlijk moet afnemen. Je verwacht ook dat je vrolijk door Kingston wandelt, maar van de stad, zie en proef je verder niets. Je zit heel veel in de bus. Ik zou liever het museum en stadsbezoek gehad hebben.

We stelden ons in op een lange busreis. Deze was prima. Verkeer was rustig ivm nationale feestdag. Lieve reisleidster gaf veel informatie. Het koffieplantage-bezoek werd tevens een mooie klim in de Blue Mountain. Lekkere koffie en rumcake. De gids van Bob Marley-Museum was geweldig passievol Zij maakte de plek nog specialer. De lunch werd in een prima restaurant genuttigd. Het was een hele leuke dag!

We really enjoyed the information given as we travelled along the way. The guide was impeccably informative. At blue mountain the guide gave us lots of new ways to drink coffee and this was extremely useful. Great trail. Bob Marley was the pinnacle attraction for us and didn't disappoint, although it felt a little rushed. Above all a 10.10 experience. The vehicle could have been a bit more suitable as it was a squash and a squeeze and also uncomfortable to travel for such a long 12+ hr day.

Tocht door de Blue Mountains was prachtig, heel veel scherpe bochten in de hobbelige smalle weg waar best hard werd gereden, maar toch voelde het wel veilig. Tour in het Nederlands ging niet door ivm te weinig aanmeldingen, maar was prima in het Engels. Koffieplantage prachtig gelegen met mooie wandeling in de natuur vanaf het huis. Na de lunch naar het Bob Marley museum in Kingston. Heel bijzonder om te zijn in het huis waar hij woonde en zijn muziek maakte. Al met al een aanrader.

Our tour guide was lovely, very friendly and informative. The best parts of this excursion was visiting Bob Marley Museum, Amanda our host was amazing, loved this so much, wonderful experience and Blue Mountain, great views, knowledgeable host and good coffee. Nice amount of time spent at both. What let's this tour down was visiting Emancipation Park, very rushed, just about had time to take a photo of each statue before leaving. 10mins at the most, in and straight out.

A thoroughly enjoyable trip which was a memory that’ll last a lifetime, visiting the home of the great Bob Marley! That said it was a long long day, 10 hours on the road and if I’m being honest that was an experience in itself, let just say the locals aren’t the most patient on the road. A must do but be prepared for the length of the trip.

Kosten voor 2 personen €364 , dat is serieus geld. Nederlandse gids geboekt maar kregen een Engelstalige omdat er te weinig Nederlands sprekenden waren, dat zal vaker gebeuren... De gids sprak extra langzaam in de hoop dat iedereen het begreep maar helaas was dat niet zo. Kingston is slechts een fotostop van 5 minuten, koffie plantage was niet indrukwekkend, de gids liep hard de berg op en alleen voorste mensen hoorden zijn uitleg. Bob Marley museum was het hoogtepunt. Enorm lange zit in de bus.

The Blue mountain and Kingston trip is not really worth the money, if someone is great fan of Bob Marley then may be happy with the museum, visiting Blue Mountain would be much better if we can stay there longer- overall the coffee production guide is interesting but nothing special. Generally we had huge issues with the transport bus , whole day trip without AC and on top of that the engine belt brakes so we stocked in Kingston - stressful experience.

What we didn't like was that the driver drove very fast, especially on the way to Blue Mountains. On the way back, it started to rain heavily, and the descent was also fast. Another thing we didn't like was that the stop in Emancipation Park was very brief.

Het voede bij alle stops erg gehaast. De gids vertelde enkel iets op de heenreis maar terug helemaal niets. We waren bijna een uur eerder terug dan gepland, dat uur hadden we graag besteed bij een van de stops. Bij de koffieplantage regende het … wat blijkbaar vaker gebeurd, maar er waren onvoldoende paraplu’s beschikbaar. Airco van de bus was stuk. Cafe /lunch was leuk maar er werd niets verteld over waar we waren

Von Kingston haben wir außer das Bob Marley Museum nichts gesehen. Die Blue Mauntains waren ein Witz, bei einer Tasse Kaffee und einem kleinen Stück Kuchen 45 Minuten Vortrag über Kaffee um dann an einem Hang 5 Kaffeesträucher anzusehen. Das hat weder etwas mit den Blue Mauntains noch mit einer Kaffeeplantage zu tun. Am Ende 160 Euro für ein Museumsbesuch und 5 Stunden Autofahrt bezahlt.

16-Stundentag, davon mindestens 13 Stunden in alten klapprigen Bus mit zu wenig Drehmoment für die Berge. Fahrer 16 Stunden im Einsatz, sehr fragwürdige Sicherheitsvorkehrung. Tour sollte von Negril aus gar nicht angeboten werden. Für das Gebotene (1 Stunde Museum, 1 Stunde Plantage, 20 Minuten Emanzipation-Park, 30 Minuten Mittagspause) viel zu teuer und zu hoher Aufwand.

Geweldige dag gehad tijdens deze excursie naar de blue Mountains en naar Kingston, goede begeleiding, de koffieplantage en het bob Marley museum waren zeer de moeite waard, de lunch prima. Houd er rekening mee dat als je verblijf in Negril is, je om 5uur vertrekt en om 21 uur terug bent, een lange dag dus!

The tui tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and entertaining , making the 2+ hour trip feel much shorter. My only suggestion would be to allow for a bit of free time at each location after the guided portion. For example, we hardly had a moment to purchase coffee from the plantation.

Long drive was expected but wish we had spent more time in Kingston seeing some of the sights. The stop in 0cho Rios was very disappointing as it was just an overpriced gift shop (more expensive than the Bob Marley muse). The trip to the Blue mountains and lunch were great but would have appreciated a glass of water after the mini hike. My daughter got a 1:1 tour as the guide did not wait to see if other guests were managing the walk ok. The highlight was definitely the Bob Marley museum.

There was no air conditioning in the bus! The driver drove like a madman. Twelve hours was too long for a trip. The actual content of the trip was good.

Museum was erg leuk om te zien! Maar park en koffieplantage waren niet de moeite waard. De trip vanuit Negril is eigenlijk niet te doen. We zijn smorgens om 5 uur opgehaald en waren ‘s avonds half 11 terug (zonder avond maaltijd). We waren blij dat we veilig terug waren bij ons hotel.

Trip duurde te lang pick up was 09:30 en we waren 20:30 terug. De koffie tour was veel te lang en de Bob Marley museum te kort. Geen duidelijke instructies. Dit was te vermoeiend en informatie die nutteloos was.

Interesting trip. Very good driver and guide. Overpriced. From Negril it was a 16hr bus tour, not 8hrs as advertised. With a 4am start it’s very tiring. It would have been better to have accurate information when booking in order to make an informed decision.

It was a long day but so worth it. Our guide, Jerome was absolutely amazing. So funny and very knowledgeable. The food we had for lunch was the best we have tasted in Jamaica. My family and I had the best time.

Guide was excellent host throughout the day. Extensive knowledge and very entertaining. Coach driver very professional and excellent driver. Coach itself was a little limited for room but understandable due to the narrow roads and tight turns up the Blue mountains

It was a long 13 hour day but a great experience. It was tiring but necessary. Good to hear and see more of Jamaica and to learn about the culture and history. Our guide and driver did a wonderful job.

Good all round trip but a very long day. 5am pick up with a 8.30pm drop off and driver said this was good timing as this tour from Negril can take about 20 hours in total. Blue mountains are beautiful, Kingston is a great city and the Bob Marley tour was fantastic. The guide at the museum called Ricky is really passionate about Bob Marley and is an amazing guide. The included lunch was decent. Definitely recommended if youre willing to undertake a 20 hour day.

Enjoyed the tour immensely apart from the long journey but the guide Jerome was absolutely fabulous,very knowledgeable and not a bad singer either. Whatever question was asked he knew the answer. Would recommend him every time.

Guide Nicky was really good, gave us lots of info on jamaica. The blue mountains were beautiful and the coffee lecture was really interesting and informative. The Bob Marley museum was the highlight of the trip, brilliant. Lunch was good. The trip was a long day, 13 and a half hours in total but worth it.

Toll fand ich die Natur, mein Mann ist Musiker und daher war das Bob Markey Museum für ihn das Highlight. Der Besuch der Kaffeeplantage beinhaltete für uns neue Erkenntnisse. Obwohl unser Guide schon einiges erzählte hätte ich mir noch mehr Informationen zu Jamaika gewünscht. Unser Fahrer war top.

Tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable and driver very safe. Only didn’t give a 10 as we were located over back wheel arches and are knees and legs in bent condition for approx 9 hours. Coffee plantation guide and Bob Marley guide also very informative. Emancipation park very humbling and blue mountain coffee delicious, never think of coffee the same again. Finished off with shopping and ice cream and the guide and driver given well earned tip but didn’t ask throughout trip like others

We knew this when we booked, but travelling from Negril, it was a realy long trip with more hours on the bus than at stops. That said we did enjoy the trip, especially the Bob Marly museam

Guide was very informative, telling us a lot about Jamaica on our journey there. Coffee plantation was interesting and made me look at coffee in a new light. Bob Marley museum was more of an experience than just a visit

Very small old minibus we were squashed in. The guide didnt give us info about meeting/ how long we had erc. Our tui rep never informed us we would be hiking up the mountain to listen to a talk about coffee growing

Fantastic trip and well worth doing! Lil momma and old papa were brilliant guides and driver. The view from blue mountain's was breath taking and the coffee tasting. the bob Marley museum is a must! Thank you!

Kingston als Stadt haben wir nicht erlebt aber das Bob Marley Museum ist schon eine Reise wert.Den Freiheitspark fanden wir auch sehr schön.Die Bergfahrt war ein Erlebnis,die Kaffeeplantage war interessant.Alles in allem ein schöner Tag.Lobenswert unser Reiseleiter Willi

Hugh our guide was so knowledgeable and entertaining, frequent clean and free toilet stops, coffee and cake at the plantation were lovely before exploring the area. Lunch was delicious in a lovely restaurant up in the mountains. Bob Marley museum was fabulous and again a great guide, who had also been in the Bob Marley film, excellent day

Trotz entsprechenden Angebot war deutsche Reiseleitung nicht möglich, da kein Personal. Bob Marley Museum war o.K. Von Kingston City haben wir leider nichts gesehen. Auf der Fahrt durch die Blue Mountains zur Kaffeeplantage keine Informationen über Land und Leute durch Reiseleitung. Besuch der Kaffeeplantage war gut.

Im großen und Ganzen okay nur viel zu lange auf der Kaffee Farm eine stunde weniger und dafür mehr Zeit beim Essen und schade das es die Tour nur in englischer Sprache gibt

The excursion is great. The stops in Kingston were carefully selected but ambitious to cram it all in in the time available. Blue Mountain with spectacular with panoramic views of the mountain & Kingston. Lunch included was substantial and delicious. The final stop at Bob Marley Museum was great to round off the day. There were delays waiting for a guide at Blue Mountain that had a knock on effect of leaving Kingston in rush hour traffic. The tour guide was knowledgeable and really personable

The tour was fantastic, and good value for money, however, the trip is very long, and quite tiring, the tour guide(cornelia) was fantastic, she made us all feel very welcome and we had a great laugh with her.
