Der von TUI angepriesende deutschsprachigen Guide konnte so gut wie kein Wort Deutsch und hat dann auf gebrochen Englisch versucht uns zu führen für uns leider kaum verständlich. Darüberhinaus wenig Information über Gebräuche und Kultur den Ausflug hätten wir uns Sparen können sehr Schade

Our Guide Rose was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The phuket old town night market was very busy and very hot but still worth visiting just to experience it. Rose took us to a beautiful cake and coffee shop- a lovely cool break.

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass wir uns viel Zeit nehmen konnten und die Reiseleiterin überaus herzlich war. Weniger gut war, dass sie kaum Deutsch konnte und wir dadurch nur wenige Informationen bekommen haben. Zeit für ein Mittagessen fehlte leider, dafür hat der Besuch des Kaffees auf Kosten der TUI leider nicht gereicht. Von Phuket selbst haben wir dann auch nur die Straße mit den Gebäuden im Kolonialstil gesehen. Mehr von der Stadt zu sehen, wäre toll gewesen.

Jättebra utflykt, bra chaufför. Bekväm buss/transport. Kunnig och påläst guide, erbjöd fin service och gjorde att vi fick uppleva det lilla extra på varje stopp. Lagom program.

We booked this tour specifically to see the Big Buddha. When we reached the site, we were told that the Big Buddha was closed due to works due to a recent landslide. All we could see of the Big Buddha was the back, we couldn’t go around the front at all. If we had been told this when booking we wouldn’t have booked the trip. There was only one female toilet which had no hand washing facilities and contained a bin overflowing with used sanitary products. The stench made me wretch.

The guide was excellent (Bob) however, you could only see a little of the Buddha due to a land slip, which was disappointing. The temple visit was ok. The guide was very knowledgable. The cashew nut factory was ok very brief and nit very interesting at all. The code shop was pleasant. The night markers was disappointing very very busy, expensive and so commercialised. Plus there was an awful long time travelling in the van, which we now realise is standard for this area.

We vonden de reistijd en het ophalen van al de mensen erg lang We weten dat het naar Phuket stad een uur reizen is maar door het ophalen was het bijna 2 uur en dat is niet leuk dit gelde ook voor het terug rijden naar het hotel

Our lovely guide and driver showed our small group of 5 the main sites and beautiful views from the hill next to the big Buddha . A highlight for me was the wat chalong temple where we were shown how to make a wish. The tour felt very personal.

Die besichtigten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind toll. Die schlechtere Bewertung gilt ausschliesslich folgenden zwei Dingen: Reiseführerin die kein Deutsch kann (nicht ihre Schuld sondern von Tui, welcher es "falsch" verkauft & Extrem lange Autofahrt (2h für 45km) aufgrund der schlechten Verkehrsverhältnisse auf Phuket mit Stau ohne Ende, vor denen uns niemand vorgewarnt hat hier aber Alltag sind

De gids was vriendelijk en gemoedelijk, doch je moest zeer goed opletten om iets van zijn Engels te verstaan. Het bezoek van de Big Buddha had het hoogtepunt moeten zijn. De site gesloten. We nemen geen genoegen met "dat we dit hadden moeten weten". De TUI-consulente had onsdit moeten melden!

Great tour especially the old town part. The one issue we did have is the booking provided us with a pivk ul time of 8.10 the driver arrived at 7.45 which was his instructed time.

Our tour guide was knowledgeable and charming. She provided real insight to local customs and culture as well historical and practical information. She ensured our party’s safety at all times. The sights we enjoyed were fascinating and we were treated to coffee and desert at a local establishments which was unexpected.

The guide gave little information about the sights. We could have gotten more information about each sights and not only what we could read by ourself. The Big Budda was closed and we could not see it - this was extreamly dissapointing - selling a unawailable sightseeing. The stop at the nut factory was an unnesessary and unintetesing and to pushy for selling the nuts. The guide was polite but had poor English knowledge and did not understand simple question such as; who was budda?

Chaufför - bra LG - trevlig, otydlig i när, var, hur, för dålig på engelska, väldigt lite information/guidning under turen Önskar att det fanns en mikrofon på bussen och att guiden använder tiden till att prata om Thailand. Nu blev det väldigt kort. Det var mer en transport från A till B och så vidare. Mina medpassagerare var i Thailand för första gången och jag hörde hur de efterlyste mer information. Som reseledare och guide själv kan jag bara bedöma helheten som mindre bra.

Bob was an absolutely wonderful tour guide! Super friendly and had loads of insightful info about Phuket to share. Showed us the main tourist spots but also a couple of places personal to him that gave the tour a homely feel. Highly recommend this tour! 5 stars from me!

This tour is sold on Night Market however you spend only 1.5hrs there. It was so busy you can only make it up 1 street in that time! Also taken to Big Buddha which wasn’t on the itinerary, good to see but it wasn’t expected. Cashew factory, very pushy for sales. Temple, no guided tour once we arrived, beautiful but we didn’t know what we were looking at or their significance. Guide was friendly and knowledgeable but very hard to understand, others in the group couldn’t understand him at all.

Die Tour war gut organisiert, der Guide wusste viel zu erzählen, auch über die besuchten Sehenswürdigkeiten hinaus. Leider war im Tempel und in der Altstadt nicht viel Zeit, sodass man sich nur einen groben Überblick verschaffen konnte. Ärgerlich fand ich, dass der Big Buddha nicht besucht werden konnte bzw. dass der Ausflug dort hin führt. Da er ja schon seit 2 Jahren nicht zugänglich ist, sollte er aus dem Programm genommen werden oder zumindest in der Beschreibung darauf hingewiesen werden

The big boudha kan je momenteel niet bezoeken aangezien het terrein gesloten is sinds aardverschuiving tijdens regenseizoen. Hierdoor kan je enkel op de parking de boudha deels bekijken. Bezoek aan de cashewnoten fabriek is eerder een winkel voor toeristen opgezet als een "fabriek ". Old Phuket is het ene souvenirwinkeltje na het andere. Niet meteen onze smaak van excursie, maar dit is een persoonlijke interpretatie

The amount of time touring the old town should have been longer and the guide should have given us more information. Just showing us a map and telling us to walk around the block which we did on our own is not really a guide to the old town of Phuket. The café where we had the drink and cake was very good. The visit to the Temple again was good, and to Big Buddha was limited due to the grounds being closed. There was heavy traffic and delays entering and leaving Phuket due to the traffic volumes

Ala was a terrific guide who gave us good information throughout the trip. We loved the traditional Thai afternoon tea and the temples. It was a good time to see the night market before it became too busy. Would recommend this trip .

The tour could be improved by not doing the coffee shop stop. This took 30 minutes which could have been better spent at the night market. Others a very good tour. Guide very knowledgeable.

Leuke tocht met bijzondere highlights. Gids was niet goed te verstaan, sprak meestal in het Engels terwijl wij duitse gids hadden. 4 woorden Duits gehoord. Verder goed georganiseerd.

We enjoyed seeing the Big Buddha and Phuket Old Town. Our guide was very insightful and friendly. We felt the Cashew nut factory was more of a shop than an experience, so we don’t feel we would have missed out not going there. The temples were stunning and it was really interesting learning a bit more about Buddhism.
