We received an email confirming the experience 24 hours before. The evening before i went to speak to a TUI rep to confirm the meeting point. They then informed me that the trip was cancelled which was hugely disappointing. We were informed it will be refunded. Aside from this conversation we’ve had no email or contact to say the trip is cancelled or will be refunded. Really sad as this was the highlight of the holiday and very poor customer service due to no contact.

This truly is a great experience. Negatives: hiccup over pickup from hotel. pressure to buy photos. Make this an Internet based choice after the cruise and not part of the experience. Water safety needs a qualified life guard. Positives: super boat staff and tour guide. Great driver. Boat crew, staff, pilots and captain were top notch. Onboard food exquisite and simple. Ability to pay in any currency and cash/card is flexible. Could do with being less vague as causes anxiety. Still, 10/10!

The last 3 stops were very idilic and the food was great. The boat was very clean and staff were very courteous from picking up to boating then arriving back at the hotel. We enjoyed the trip tremendously

Die 12-Inseln-Bootsfahrt vor der Küste von Göcek war traumhaft. Wir haben insgesamt 4 Buchten mit dem Schiff angefahren wo wir die Gelegenheit hatten zu schnorcheln und uns einen Eindruck von den wunderschönen Buchten (die man tatsächlich auch nur mit dem Boot erreichen kann) zu bekommen. Das Wasser war Mega klar und wir konnten viele Fische und sogar eine Meeresschildkröte sehen. Zu den jeweiligen Buchen hat unser Tourguide uns Infos gegeben. Diese Bootstour sollte man definitiv mit einplanen.

Es war schade das nicht kommuniziert wurde das der Ausflug nur auf Englisch war. im Hotel vor Ort wurde die Kinder Betreuung angebriesen, da diese nur auf Englisch war fanden wir es persönlich etwas schwierig. (Sie war aber sehr nett zu den Kindern!) Es fanden 4 wirklich kurze Badestopps von ca 30 Minuten statt. Zum Schnorchel gibt es nichts zu sehen. Essen an Board war nicht der Hit. Der Guide rannte zum Abschluss förmlichzum Buss. Wir waren am Ende ein wenig enttäuscht.

Bei einer 12-Inseltour nur zu 4 Inseln was zu sagen -> ausbaufähig. Die Inseln die wir gesehen haben waren schön, die Schwimmstopps hätten besser gelegen sein können. Die Getränkepreise auf dem Boot empfinde ich als Frechheit, 3,50 € für eine Dose Cola, welche im Supermarkt 0,50 € kostet, ist einfach frech. Das Essen war jetzt auch nicht der **********. Alles in allem eine Tour welche okay war, ich würde diese aber nicht nochmal buchen.

De tour heet 12-island cruise. Ik weet niet waarom het 12 eilanden tour heet want toen we de boot opkwamen gaf de tourguide direct aan dat de naam niet klopt en dat we 3 stops zouden gaan maken in een baai. Ook de TUI dame waar we het hebben geboekt kon niet veel vertellen over de boeking en wist niet echt waar ze het over had. Ik weet niet of we het hadden geboekt als de naam niet misleidend was geweest.

Perfect number of people for the size of the boat, not packed in like sardines. All staff were amazing, knowledgeable and informative. Plenty of time at the stops. Lunch was great, everyone loved the chicken. To be honest nothing I would change, it really was fantastic !!

Une des pires excursions que j’ai vécu .. Gros attrape touristes . On nous promet 4 arrêts baignades avec de belles vues pour au final nous arrêter 3 arrêts sur 4 au bord du rivage sans intérêt de paysage accosté à côté de 10 autres bateaux . Concernant le repas du midi , nous avons droit à une assiette avec royalement 10 pâtes , une petite salade et un morceau de poulet . Étant allergique au gluten , aucune autre proposition ´n’a été faite , je pouvais payer en supplément une portion de frites

Es waren 4 Schwimmpausen wie angekündigt, aber an überfüllten Orten wo mehrere Boote standen und die Menschen wie Frösche im Wasser auf kleinster Fläche schwimmen konnten. Hinzu kam dass an disen Orten nur Steine unter Wasser zu sehen waren, nichts besonderes. An einer Stelle waren wir ca. 1,5 Stunden, wo wir immer wieder gesagt bekommen haben, hier kann man Wassersport ( Bananensessel) machen, als hätten die eine Cooperation mit den Betreibern, also insgesamt leider sehr enttäuschend,!

We did this trip last year, it wasn’t as well organised this year but still good fun. We had more TUI staff which interacted more last time. Although the member of staff was nice this time around, she was on her own and didn’t interact as much. Which I don’t think was her fault. Still a great time was had. A lovely day for everyone, whether you want to swim in the sea or chill on the boat. We would certainly do it again. I think the cost is still good, but it was about £30 more than last year.

Dommage que les explications n’étaient pas en français ni en néerlandais. J’ai voyagé avec Jet air dans le temps, les guides parlaient en français et néerlandais. Nous avons payé comme les autres personnes, je trouve cela dommage, que nous n’avons pas pu bénéficier d’explications.

Es wurde so gut wie gar nichts über die Inseln erzählt. Die ganze Bootsfahrt war ausgelegt schnell zu den 4 Badestops zu fahren. Die Crew und das Boot waren super, jedoch der Guide von TUI das ganze Gegenteil. Wie gesagt, bis auf die Badebuchten, weiß ich leider nicht wo die 12 Inseln sein sollen. Es wurde ja nix erzählt. Sehr sehr sehr Schade. Die Bucht wo das Essen gereicht wird, war sehr vermüllt.

Es war alles sehr lieblos. Niemand hat vom Personal Deutsch gesprochen, niemand hat den Kindern beim Schwimmen eine Schwimmweste angeboten, das Essen war nichts und die angefahrenen Buchten waren auch hässlich.

Unfreundliches Personal. Getränke an Bord waren viel zu teuer. Die Preise wussten sie nicht und haben dann immer herumgerechnet. Aber es haben doch nicht sein das ein Effes und ein Wasser 11,-€ kosten. Das los Tee R es nichtmal am Münchner Flughafen… genauso habe ich einen Espresso bestellt. Dann kam ein Doppio. Ok, kann passieren. Aber als ich dann gesagt habe ich möchte nur einen normalen hat man zum diskutieren begonnen. Hab’s dann bezahlt und bin gegangen. Das Mittagessen war so naja… etc…

Great day out and well organised. The guide lady was fantastic and showed real enthusiasm. Only issue I would say is the food and drink, the meal was lovely but we were told the children would receive chicken nuggets (which they did not) and you had to pay for french fries. Also no free water on board it seemed.

Wycieczka spelnila moje oczekiwania. Poznalam piekne wyspy na Morzu Egejskim. To byla uczta dla oczu! Woda zmieniala kolory blekitu, w oddali czekal lad z coraz to inna plaza. Byla mozliwosc kapieli, opalania sie na statku, a takze zjedzenia pysznego posilku. Mam mnóstwo wspanialych wrazen i pieknych zdjec.

Boot und Crew waren wirklich sehr gut! Was die ganze Tour aber total vermasselt hat, war die große Anzahl von Engländern an Bord! Deren Kinder wurden ohne Ausnahme sich selbst überlassen- haben sich geprügelt und geschrien und somit für eine unerträgliche Situation gesorgt! Es bestand leider keine Möglichkeit, die Tour zwischendurch abzubrechen.

Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die Tour allgemein. Es war top organisiert, das Essen war sehr lecker und ausreichend. Nicht so gut war dass die Preise an Bord so teuer waren, ein Eis 5€ und dass wir nicht alle 12 Inseln gesehen haben bzw die Tourguidin nicht alle 12 Inseln vorgestellt hat. Wir würden es aber wieder machen und weiterempfehlen.

The boat was clean and comfortable, food was average with limited choices, no alternatives for children. No drinks at all included not even water. The guide did not appear familiar with the tour, she repeated information serveal times on the coach and didn't interact with guests.The tour is advertised as family friendly with children's entertainment this is not the case, there was no games,music,no face painting as per the pictures. The only staff the interacted with when we asked for something

Erg leuk om een dag te doen. In de bus begon het al met een reisleider te veel over omgeving wist te vertellen. In tegenstelling tot eerdere reviews was er deze keer animatie aan boord voor de kinderen. Lunch was prima en op de boot waren genoeg lig- en zitplekken. Drinken is niet inbegrepen, maar ook niet ********** duur. Omgeving van de boottocht is schitterend.

Korte rit naar de kleine, mooie haven van Gocek. Veel ruimte op de boot. Ideale manier om de eilanden te bewonderen en om te snorkelen. Drank op de boot is te betalen, maar valt mee qua prijs. Lekker eten. Top-uitstap!

We enjoyed the swim stops. The holiday village guides on the boat doing face paint and a few games in the afternoon with the kids was a nice touch but I was expecting a bit more from them. This is a lot more expensive than the same cruise with other providers and I’m not sure the extra money was worth it for the kids being entertained for 30 mins during the day. I was expecting more for the kids throughout the day. drinks and ice cream on boat very expensive and no prices displayed.

Super fijne activiteit voor groot en klein. Prachtige boot, mooie stopplaatsen voor een frisse duik, lekkere lunch. Drankjes niet inbegrepen wel redelijk duur voor 35€ 3 frisdranken, bier en wijntje. Dat was het enigste minpuntje. Mijn dochter heeft haar kostelijk geamuseerd!

Trip didn't live up to the positive reviews. The face painting on the ship was extremely low quality. A black circle round the eye with a black line supposedly being an eye patch. My non-artsitic husband could have done better! Kids entertainment was minimal, just 10min slot where some games were played and a colouring sheet towards end. My son was disappointed and a little bored. Also, had expected snorkels for snorkelling but these had to be bought, and sold out before first island. Poor.

Very organised trip The tour guide was very informative. The boat was lovely and the staff very helpful. There was a good selection of drinks and snacks to buy and also the lunch which was included in the price was delicious. We had four stops which we could cool off with a dip in the sea.

One of the Turkish ladies on board had the most miserable face I saw all holiday. She never smiled once and made you feel very unwelcome! There weren't enough life jackets for kids which was worrying. We got one for our little girl but a couple had to wait for kids to get out of the water. Worrying if there was an emergency. Drinks were quite expensive and I never saw a price list as promised? The guide on our coach and boat was lovely and very helpful.

Die Tour war für Familien angekündigt und es waren auch fasr ausschließlich Familien an Board. Leider war die Animation für die Kinder nur auf Englisch, was für unsere ein Problem war. Getränke, Eis und Knabbereien konnten angeschrieben, mussten aber am Ende in Bar bezahlt werden. Das Mittagessen war für die größe der Kombüse wirklich gut (Hähnchen, Salat, Nudeln). Die Buchten selbst sind schöne Badeplätze mit schönen Schnorcheleindrücken. Einzig die Musikbeschallung und Lautstärke störten

I am 49 year old and have travelled a lot, but this was my best holiday ever with my son. I can't find any single fault. The place was immaculate and so clean, food was delicious, and most importantly the stff was second to one. They were so kind, caring and always there to help. This is a dream holiday and would like to gp back again and again!

Easily the most memorable trip you will take on your holiday. We’ve done it twice now and it was just as good as the first time. Beautiful locations and a good amount of time to swim and take it all in.

The boat trip and scenery was amazing. We could not hear the lady who was trying to give a brief history on the islands. Lunch was really nice. Swimming in the sea was great but there was no safety plan other than parents responsibility for children.

Die Organisation der Tour war sehr gut. Die Buchten waren traumhaft. Es wäre toll, wenn es an Bord auch die Möglichkeit zur Kartenzahlung geben könnte oder im Programm auf die Barzahlung aufmerksam gemacht werden würde. Eine Übersicht zu den Inseln mit wichtigsten Infos könnte z.B.: mit einem QR-CODE an Bord (mehrsprachig) abrufbar sein. Das wäre toll!

Mooie boottocht met 4 zwemstops in verschillende baaien. De lunch was prima. Helaas was er van activiteiten of spelletjes voor de kinderen absoluut geen sprake, ook geen schminken zoals de foto's suggereren. Naast het zwemmen was er voor de kinderen niets te doen en dan is met name voor de kleinere kinderen zo'n dag erg lang.

This was advertised as a family trip and whilst it was a lovely day the access to the sea was difficult for us with our youngest child. We couldn't jump and the steps were extremely difficult. It was disappointing when we saw other boat in the area lowering a ramp for access into the sea and although the boat had this facility it was never used and when i asked if it could be lowered itwas just a straight no. This was disappointing and I do not feel that this was family friendly for toddlers

Lovely boat trip with lots of swim stops and nice scenery. Felt really relaxing and nothing was ever rushed! Nice for family. Kids first boat trip 7 & 4 and they loved it.

The allround trip was a pleasant experience with great scenery. We went as an adult couple knowing it was a family trip. The organised activities for the children looked fantastic but could have had something for adults such as telling us what we were seeing. Swimwear stops were great as well! It may be an idea to add 15/30 mins at the end of the trip to look around the shops, get a drink or ice cream etc as some of us are not within easy walking distance to shops from our hotel
