When travelling to Morocco, you might want to see a more authentic side of the country. Enjoy a pick-up from your hotel in Marrakech and journey through the Moroccan countryside via the Tizi N'Tichka pass (7,415ft), the highest pass in North Africa.
You will see all in one day a remarkable area characterized by beautiful landscapes, the famous, fortified city of Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which has been the backdrop for many films and also the Taourirt and Tiffoultoute Kasbahs which were the ancient residences of Glaoui (Old Pacha of Marrakech).

A long hot day but that was expected. 4 hours from Marrakech to Ait Benhaddau with good comfort breaks along the way. Twisty road through mountains so take travel sickness tablets if susceptible. 1hr at Kasbah then on to nice refreshing lunch at Atlas studios and then film lot tour which is very interesting. Travelling in July this is 40+ degrees so take plenty of water. Final stops at 2 other Kasbahs only 10 minutes stops for quick photos only before long return journey. Arrived Marrakech 8pm.

Door de rammadan waren wij de enige en hadden we de chauffeur tot onze beschikking. De rit was wel ver , bijna 4 uur en de chauffeur had niet evht een tijdsplan opgesteld. Maar de uitstap zelf is super en echt de moeite

Schöne Tour. Wir haben viel gesehen. Die Landschaft und die Filmstudiotour hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Fahrt von Marrakesch ist ziemlich lang. Leider hat der Fahrer/Guide kein Englisch gesprochen. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen.

Très beau périple mais j’aurais aimé pouvoir visiter Ouarzazate au moins la kasbah on est passé très vite le reste parfait la restauration le studio le voyage, mais un petit regret

Lange trip zeer de moeite waard en mooie overgang van groene westkant naar droge Sahara kant. Kasbahs waren hoogte punt. Suggestie: de chauffeur sprak slecht Engels; wat zou helpen is een globaal reis overzicht in het Engels zodat je De tijd beter kunt invullen
