Collected from our hotel on time, taken to the port & met by a guide who walked us to the boat. Plenty of space to sit or sunbath. A leisurely sail around the islands with 4 swim stops. Lunch was excellent & drinks reasonably priced. Our crew were friendly, especially the hostess who was excellent. Back on land, taken to our mini buses & back to the hotel. A great day out & will do it again next year. Thank you!

We booked the trip last minute and really glad we did. The transfer from the hotel was on time. The staff on the boat were polite. Food is ok, nothing special but adequate for the price. Trip was good length and the scenery is gorgeous. For the money we paid it was worth it

They overcharge for everything , charge you different based on where you are from. As a fluent Turkish speaker I overheard on many occasions cheaper prices for drinks for the local/Native clients. We were charged for potatoe fries even though this should have been explained prior as it says meals are included. Then I overheard them not charging the Turkish natives for the fries. It should be better explained and fair for all.

SchönecBootstour mit 4 Badestops, vorsicht, die Pommes oder Kartoffelecken sind Reichlich und müssen extra bezahlt werden. Sind aber ihren Preis wert, nur direkt vorm normalen Essen reicht 1 Portion für 2 Leute. Ich würde diesen Trip jedem empfehlen der gerne auf Booten unterwegs ist und gerne an verschiedenen Orten ist um zu Schnorcheln , Baden, Sonnen oder Schwimmen.

There was no information about the islands we were sailing around and stopping at. The TUI rep was a photographer wanting to take endless photos and then sell at the end of the day - would have been better to have a rep giving information about the area rather than selling photos!

The transfer bus was packed and it was an uncomfortable ride. I think it exceeded the number allowed on the bus. Everything else was great, could have done with the little more shade on the upper decks x

We had a minor medical emergency in the sea at one of the stops and the photographer merely laughed.and took photos rather than help the passenger at his feet. Swim stops were too long, max 45 mins would be better. Lunch was ok but meat very 'dry' with lots left over for the rabbits. Fun to watch but a waste of money that could have been spent on afternoon snacks or tea/coffee.

The boat was in excellent condition and the crew were outstanding. The lunch good and a variety of drinks to purchase were available. The captain stopped at four great locations for swimming etc. The young lady in charge of food ordering was fantastic! Enjoyed our day very much.

Sold as a Tui boat trip for families. This was a blatant lie it was a Focus trip, boat, and crew. There were more single Turkish guys than English clientele, out to party, so the crew gave in playing loud music all day. The food was cold and overcooked, inedible. To add insult to injury my wife and I were charged 50TL each for 2 cubes of ice. You couldn't make it up Have told Tui rep I am informing all guests and going to put details on all.media platforms. Tui you should be ashamed.

Absolute Massenabfertigung. In jeder Bucht mit ca 5 anderen Schiffen. Neben unserem lag ein Piratenschiff von dem vom obersten Deck gesprungen wurde, so das Schnorcheln für uns sehr gefährlich war. An Deck nur wenige Schattenplätze die auch bequem waren. Wer Schatten wollte musste auf einem Gartenstuhl Platz nehmen. Das haben wir definitiv schon besser erlebt. Zudem ist diese Reise laut Reiseleiterin im Hotel, NICHT von TUI sondern vom Fremdanbieter. Goldcarte konnt nicht genutzt werden

It would be helpful to make it very clear that bringing your own drinks is advisable if you are financially limited as otherwise you pay for any drinks on board , this can add up quickly so you need to be prepared. It would also be helpful to let people know that there is an on board photographer who will be taking photos throughout the trip with the intention of you then buying them. I didn’t want my photo taken or my sons without permission and didn’t like feeling pressure to buy them

We were disappointed at first as we booked on the app for the following day and they didn’t show up :( advice was always booked in person not o no the app. Luckily we got booked in for another day instead. Lovely boat loads of sunbathing beds and staff were nice food was lovely, chicken or fish with salad pasta and bread. Chips extra if you want and drink, ice cream. It was a shame we never heard any info about the islands.

Er werd ons gezegd dat er maximaal 25 tot 30 personen op de boot zouden zijn maar er waren er drie keer zoveel, wat ook maakt dat er onvoldoende tafels zijn om op de middag te eten. Alle consumpties op de boot zijn vrij duur. Het is altijd gezellig een boottocht maar we blijven toch met een dubbel gevoel

Missed our trip as 8.45am transfer for 6, including my 14 year old daughter who’s birthday it was didn’t arrive!. We had an early night in preparation and woke early.I contacted your customer care line & although helpful she couldn’t get in contact with the relevant person, I eventually spoke to the Tui rep at 9.30am when he starts work,who said as it was booked the day before it wasn’t added to the schedule.This is disgraceful it shouldn’t let you book after a certain time if that’s the case.

Boat was lovely with plenty room to move around. Lunch basic but okay - choice was chicken or fish. Four swim stops which seemed to be enjoyed by all who went in the water. Last stop was very crowded! Trip slightly marred by the number of smokers on the boat - would have preferred a designated smoking area so that non-smokers like me don’t get affected.

Well organised trip & beautiful scenery with plenty of opportunity for swim stops. The tour staff were welcoming & Tuba in particular couldn’t do enough to help everyone. She is an asset to Focus Tours with good language & organisational skills. Lunch was tasty with a choice of chicken or fish. All passengers seemed to enjoy the experience & the atmosphere on board was friendly & happy. All in all a great trip at a reasonable price.

Wir (Fam. 2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind 7 Jahre) hatten einen wunderschönen Tag auf dem Meer. Einziger Kritikpunkt war das Transferauto. Es handelte sich um einen offenen Safaribus. Dies empfanden wir als unangenehme Fahrt (Wind, Sonne). Ansonsten eine super Tour. Vor allem die Anlegestellen waren toll.

Die Bootstour war ein voller Erfolg.Angefangen vom Abholservice .Wir wurden bis ans Boot gebracht und dann übergeben. Der Service auf dem Boot war total super und das Essen auch.Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und Nett . Was uns überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, war die Rückfahrt zum Hotel. Es war eine absolute Katastrophe. Der sogenannte Bus war ein Safaribus oder sollte jedenfalls solches darstellen. Es waren keine Gurte drin und es war eine absolute Zumutung. Der Fahrer unfreundlic

There was nothing I didn’t like about my boat trip everything was perfect, the crew were so kind to everyone, the food was good, I would recommend anyone who likes boats, I had a great time even though I went on my own, they made me feel very welcome. I met some nice people on the boat.

Over crowded and too long a transfer, spent over 2hrs to get there. Then boat trip was over crowded with bays chosen equally overcrowded with other boats. Promised 12 island got 4 swim stops, probably worse boat trip we have ever had.

The mix up with downloading TUI voucher and the service bus driver wasnt going to let me and little boy on . With lead to me having a conversation with TUI to clear it up in front of a bus of 20 people waiting giving out personal information to confirm who I was and why he couldn't find me on his list. The boat, staff, trip,lunch and Tuber the girl that waited on us all day was amazing. Best boat trip great value for money. Defo recommend including small children and mature adults

You should tell guests that there is a walk from your transfer to the boat that is difficult for anyone with a mobility issue. The sun beds are directly on the floor again another issue if you have mobility issues. But the staff and the experience was amazing the food was delicious and the staff very friendly.

A Perfect Day Out on the Water We had a truly lovely day — everything was well organised from start to finish. The itinerary included four beautiful swim stops, each offering plenty of time to relax and enjoy the water. Lunch was a simple but tasty choice between grilled fish or chicken, and there were plenty of opportunities throughout the day to purchase drinks, snacks, and even ice creams. The boat cruise stated lunch was included, the staff then approached people on the boat to pay for chips if they wanted potato. I found this to be completely unreasonable. Why were potatoes and extra paid for option? When lunch is included that should include the potatoes also. Very shocking in my eyes. This was not value for money. The staff then approached me to say no drinks are allowed on the boat from outside. I carried with me my own water as turkey is very very hot and water is a must!

So the positive first we did feel safe. It was nothing more than a sunbathing trip crew knew nothing about the islands. The photographer took a couple of pictures of us then didn’t even give us the opportunity to purchase them. No system for what people were purchasing. Positive lunch was okay not worth the money

Had a fantastic day on-board with a very attentive crew. Had four swim stops and very nice lunch included with reasonably price drinks. Fabulous value for money ,would recommend to anyone.

Took my 4 y/o and we had a great time. Staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Food was lovely. We had a really lovely day and thought it was very good value for money. My daughter was the only child on board but she said she had the “best day ever”. We made friends with the other passengers and the staff regularly helped me with her as it was just me and her.

We met Joanne the TUI rep, we wanted a quiet boat trip so Joanne suggested this one. Joanne was True to her word it was quiet, the food was lovely , the boat team helpful, Joanne said there would be four stops in crystal clear water , there was it was wonderful, the whole day from start to finish was relaxing and very enjoyable.. thank you Joanne

Für Familien eine Mogelpackung. Kleine Kinder waren zwar umsonst aber auf dem Boot hieß es dann, wenn man Essen für ein 3-Jähriges Kind wolle, müsste man dies kaufen. Ein Witz, da es Essen im Gegenwert von vielleicht 1-2 Euro gab. Dafür konnte man aber Pommes zum Mittag bestellen (war für niemanden dsbei) und musste 4 Euro extra pro Portion zahlen. Ebenso kostet ein Eis ebenfalls 4 Euro. Insgesamt war die Tour ok. Auch wenn es eher reines Baden im Meer und ohne Highlights war.
