It was a lot of fun. The guides were really nice and fun to engage with, they definitely were a highlight. We enjoyed all of the activities offered during the tour. We only went to one of the caves, so we only had 8 activities on our tour. We also weren't warned not to engage with the men holding parrots that force you to take a photo, we had to pay when we didn't want the photos. Also for the price of the excursion, the professional photos should have been included, disappointing they weren't.

Me encantó el senote y el carnaval, lo único que no me gustó fue la comida que no estaba buena la verdad. Pero lo demás estaba bien . El pollo era en una salsa de color quemado y sin sabor , una excursión tan cara y con picadillo de carne que no a todo el mundo le gusta mucho además que no se sentía rico sazonado . Se supone que latinos cocinan bien , ahí con mis respetos necesitan un mejor cocinero que le ponga sabor a esa comida .

The only thing to improve the experience would be lowering the prices charged for photos taken by the pro photographers. I would have liked to buy them but refused to pay 100 dollars for the package or single photos 35 dollars. Daylight robbery! Spoilt the experience

We enjoyed it all The down side was that we was charged twice for our photo package and even though we proved it they wouldn’t refund. Also really annoyed with the scammers with the parrots who tried to charge us $80 to have our picture taken with them

At the changing area right before the cave swim, my wife was being swindled to pay the parrot keeper for using her phone to take pictures of her with it, asking for $100. We quickly left the keeper and went into the cave and swam, but it really rubbed us the wrong way. The rest of the experience was neat, but also not what we expected. There were way more people than we thought there would be and we didn't realize how structured of an experience it would be. We thought it would be more chill.

I had a very disappointing experience here. A worker aggressively pushed photo opportunities with a lizard and a parrot and told me the cost would be $20 USD per animal, $40 total. He rushed the payment process, did not show the amount clearly, and did not provide a receipt. Later, I discovered I was charged $280 USD instead. I was visiting with my family to have a good time and had already spent a lot of money here, never expecting to be taken advantage of. I will be disputing these charges.

Forced us to buy additional googles for buggy ride. Glasses would have been fine. Spent more than 3 hours out of the 8 hour trip waiting. The last portion was a completely unscheduled agenda item and lasted for over an hour when we wanted to go home.

Ziplining, boggy ride, and the caves were exciting, it was nice to learn about the country's culture/foods as well. The only one that I would recommend some improvements on is the horseback riding, personally, I didn't have an issue, however, there were time when there should be more workers riding closer to the riders, as a few of the horse would misbehave, and the riders would panic, as they are not in control

We really enjoyed the beauty of swimming in the cave. It is a serene natural gem. The party music in the cave was an extremely negative experience. It would be much better without the music.

Overall it was an amazing time and adventure. I love and appreciate all activities being in ONE location. The Gods was the best we had during our whole vacation. My overall feedback would be for the horses, maybe smaller groups as they seemed agitated and cut down the wait times between activities. One last thing to add is include the picture with the parrot and the mini monkey (even if you have to raise the price a few dollars). I would’ve paid extra to have that experience too.

Ron who was station in the Barcelo Bravo Palace ran over with over $1,000 and did not provide the services. We did not get booked for a later time frame even though he provided the wrong information for the initial pick up. So the services was never provided for myself and my 4 other guests.

De veiligheid stond bij de aktiviteiten voorop dus top! Het geld wat ze vroegen voor de foto’s was meer dan absurd (wordt ook nergens aangegeven!!) Un desastre, sabiendo que íbamos con niños nos hicieron hacer todo bajo la lluvia en vez de reprogramar la excursión.. una pena que no se disfrutó con lo que te cobran... No te avisan q lleves una muda de ropa ni nada para manejar los buggies, por suerte lleve lentes pero ahí te cobran todo, deberían darte lo necesario para no comer arena..

Overall, we had a very good experience and really enjoyed ourselves. However, it was almost spoilt by one of the horse guides. My daughter, who was already nervous about horse riding, asked for a guide to support her. Unfortunately, instead of focusing on helping her feel safe, he kept hassling her for her phone number. Activities felt like they were rushed, such as the buggy ride and the cave swimming. We were promised 45 minutes, while the buggy was more around 20 and the cave around a half hour. Also the name of the package promised “9 adventures”, even though there were only 7 activities. On top of that, the staff with the monkey convinced us to take pictures and only afterwards told us we had to pay $40 each for pictures taken on our OWN phones (meaning they weren’t included in the package paid at start)

Die Tour im Ganzen war super. Die einzelnen Aktivitäten haben sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Das Einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat ist, dass wir die Tour auf Deutsch gebucht hatten, aber alles auf Englisch oder Spanisch erklärt wurde. Für jemanden, der gar keine dieser beiden Sprachen versteht, ist es dann schwer, allem zu folgen, vor allem den Sicherheitsanweisungen. Wenn man es vorher weiß, kann man sich darauf einstellen.

groups are too big. everything is only related to earning money from tourists. among all the activities we had we could not enjoy any of them, we felt like animals waiting for their last act. horse riding in a group of 30+ people was a really good experience, buggy driving with about 25 vehicles, 100 m break, the next 300m break and so on until the end. in 45 minutes 10 minutes of effective riding together, zip line just vamos vamos..., and at the end a disco cave 100+ people all groups together

Nous avons passés une belle journée . Point négatif : il faut encore payer pour faire une photo avec les animaux ( singe, perroquet). Notre fils de 8 ans qui fait de l’équitation a un doute sur la manière dont les chevaux sont traités par le personnel. Point positif : La baignade dans la grotte était très rafraîchissante . La tyrolienne n’était pas très haute mais assez impressionnante pour notre fils moins pour un adulte. Nous avons été plus impressionnés lors de notre précédente aventure .

I enjoyed the water cave, but I wish they would have told us about the rocks. The bigger ones were sharp and uncomfortable. The horse rides were okay. But I wish it was longer and more organized. The fiesta was cool but it took a while to warm up. The boogies were cool to, but I wish we could have gone faster! I really wish we could have gone faster. Love the zipline and lunch. The spaghetti tasted a bit off. The Taino cocoa, mamajuana, and coffee was amazing! I really enjoyed it!

Really enjoyable day. The activities were all very good including the buggie ride, zip wire, cave swimming and horse riding. At times the instructions weren’t very clear. It would have been good to know what order the events were happening in advance. The photos were really expensive but good quality.

Absolutely amazing time!! We spent full day here, tons of great activities. Really enjoyed the zip lines, horseback riding, and buggies. Swim in the cave was a huge highlight. Great vibes, music, and food. Make sure come prepared with comfy cloat, glasses and bandana, I recommend swimming wearing for buggy tour as is very muddy and easy to clean

Wat een fantastische ervaring bij Domitai Park! We werden warm onthaald met een rode loper en applaus......wat een binnenkomer! De zipline, buggytocht en het zwemmen in de prachtige cenote waren stuk voor stuk geweldig. De lunch was heerlijk en inclusief frisdranken. Als kers op de taart genoten we van een kleurrijke Dominicaanse carnavalsshow met onbeperkt drankjes en cocktails. Echt top geregeld, supervriendelijk personeel en absoluut waar voor je geld. Een dikke aanrader! ????????

This tour is requires a ton of walking around with a crowded group of people. The sites were pretty, but you were 1 of 40 in a group so the amount of time spent seeing things was short and overlooked. The buffet lunch was delicious. I felt sorry for the horses that had to carry men and women who weighed more than they did through sloppy mud for a 25 minute ride. The sxs ride was extremely underwhelming going down a dirt road with nothing around except trees and shrubs.

I loved all the different activities. The cenote was the crown jewel! LOVED it! The day was almost perfect until you get to the end. The 40 mins we had to wait for the bus was unpleasant. Getting on the bus was also disorganized. People were shouting over each other trying to figure it out. It would be nice if the bus drivers held up a sign for the hotel they were picking up people. Overall would highly recommend!

Buggyfahrt, war top, außer dass der Sicherheitsgurt des Fahrers defekt war und nicht zu schließen war. Ziplining hat Spaß gemacht und vor allem die Grotte war ne super Erfahrung. Rest ähnelte einer Kaffeefahrt.

We had a fantastic day, it's been the highlight of our holiday!all the staff were so friendly and welcoming the domician dinner was beautiful! And the swim stop in the cave was incredible, my only downside is the queues at the bar ment we didnt get long to enjoy the swim in the cave so that part would have been better if it was longer, however it's such a packed in day I can see why it's only 45 minutes for that part

It was an amazing day! The staff took great care of us! I have a wheelchair and they helped me be part of the group with personal treatment so I could do most of the activities with my family. The staff were amazing in helping my 2 girls with confidence to try the activities, the food was good with a nice variety to choose from, we felt a little left behind the group, as a family with special needs, but staff were there to point us in the direction of the next activity, in the end of it all we had a good experience there and was surprised to here my 7 year old ask if we could do it all again.

The horse riding and buggy experience was lovely. Didn't enjoy how short the experience was..it was advertised as a whole day but in reality most of which was downtime waiting. The actual experience was 2 hours max. Also didn't enjoy the extra charges requested upon arrival. Had to pay an additional 5 dollar for basic safety gear which was a scarf to cover nose and mouth for buggy ride. eye cover was also an additional charge that we had to go without as we didn't bring enough money

Excellent
Jonathan was an amazing host! We loved the variety of activities expecially the cave water party! That was the highlight of our time at Domitai park!
