Another issue with the pick-up location - see feedback to yesterday’s trip. We walked up the hill to the main road as stated on the voucher but the bus sailed past to the hotel. You need to sort out the pick-up point - is it the main road (junction of Greco and non-existent Presidente) or is it the hotel? Arrived at port 45 mins before the boat left. Another one there and we had to wait for passengers to arrive for that one to leave. Catamaran trip itself was good.

Service was good - the whole experience was excellent - food was refreshing - would definitely recommend - there was no offer of life jackets for younger children - obviously you’d hope they could swim as they were on a boat trip but it’s not guaranteed - I just wondered? It’s not negative at all as mine can swim and thoroughly enjoyed it x

Waited in front of hotel for over an hour, so rang TUI. They rang me later to say that the bus provided GPS to prove it waited for me... I clicked on the GPS and it isn't my hotel. Still fighting to get a refund as a lot of money. As a disabled solo traveller I chose to use TUI as I thought they would be trustworthy but the opposite.

Excellent all round trip, well organised and executed by the staff. Lovely location and plenty of time on the beach nearly 2 hours free time, catamaran had beach umbrellas and masks too lend BBQ lunch meats and salad followed by fruit, which was tasty and plenty of, soft drinks were on tap all day, alcohol was available at lunch. Trip was listed as 4-8 hours, we stayed at TRS Ibiza hotel and got on the bus at 8am and didn’t get back until 17:40 so a bit longer, but all good Would do again

Lovely day trip with "ibiza vibes" music playing. Transfer included but quite lengthly from our hotel to the port. Get prepared for some people to be sea sick (that's inevitable, really). Amazing 2h stop at beautiful private island of El'Espalmador, followed by lovely meat and fish bbq with fresh salad on the boat. Downside: not being able to port in Formentera, catamaran stops, but beach is unreachable (we are in deep sea). 2nd Downside: ticket prices are now £20per person cheaper...

The crew were so knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Plenty of places to sit on the boat, it was clean and comfortable. The route was stunning and the swim stops too. Food and drink on board was delicious.

We did this excursion over 7 years ago, and went on it again in June 2024. It was just as good as we had remembered it! Fabulous day on a Catamaran with sails up all the way to an amazing paradise beach. The crew were very attentive to everyone on board. Unlimited soft drinks, juices and water until after 1pm, the unlimited alcoholic drinks too. The beach at s'Espamandor island is idilic. Soft white sand and shallow turquoise blue water. Fantastic BBQ lunch is served on the boat. Fantastic!

Too many people for the money we paid. We thought we would be able to go to a beach. The boat is looking a little tired. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was basic for the cost of the trip. The duration was 4-8 hours which was confusing. Not much to see in the water for snorkelling. Generally a good day out but improvements need to be considered.

We enjoyed the beach visit and the journey in the Catamaran itself. I thought we would also be docking/visiting Formentera the island but that wasn't the case. The food was OK but nothing memorable. It was cooked on a gas hotplate on the Catamaran. I expected something more when described as a "BBQ lunch". At almost £300 for a family of four it was expensive. I had maybe higher expectations. Finally, my child was sea sick (not your fault) but the coach almost left without us while we cleaned up.

We enjoyed the food and drinks which were included in the price , the scenery was lovely and the swim stops were really nice. We did not know that we would have over an hour coach transfer each way before we got on board as this isn’t mentioned on booking the cruise. Also we have been on catamarans before and they have given you mats to put on the netting but this one didn’t so it wasn’t the most comfortable cruise to be on ! Also you couldn’t hear the guide speaking at the front.

I missed the announcement that the catermaran was going to leave the beach while we were off it for 2 hours as I was down below on the toilet. In previous visits on the same trip this has not happened. So left the boat with no belongings!! Thank goodness there was some water we could have, and just wait on the beach with no towels etc

There was a party of 7 of us. We hoped to sail, but the engine was running all the time. No vegetarian food. As did not cater for vegetarian. Good time on the beach and good swim off the boat in deep water. Ample drinks, dinner cold. Staff very nice. Would not go again, although it was a pleasant experience.

It was a lovely trip and I would do it again. The downside was that the boat was very, very busy with not much space to walk around. When we first got on there was nowhere for us (1 adult, 1 child) to sit together because it was so busy. My son had to sit on my lap. We really enjoyed the stop off at the beach and wished we could have stayed there for a bit longer. It was a bit over priced. If it hadn’t been as busy as it was, I would say it was good value for money.

Perfect catamaran trip on a beautiful calm day. Good amount of relaxing time at beautiful island beach and a wonderful lunch back on board and extra time for swimming later. Would highly recommend. Be sure to wear swim wear as water waist high to get to and from beach to catamaran and apply lots of sun cream as you will definitely catch the sun!

Felt welcome on board, was relaxing from the very start, the beach we visited was absolutely beautiful, lunch served on boat was delicious and plentiful, and boat crew were really friendly. All in all a really enjoyable day out. I'd go on this trip again.

Probably one of the best things I've done on Holiday!! Fantastic experience, will definitely be doing again, all the staff were lovely, food was delicious!!! The only thing I would add is to have the music playing all the time, but that's a personal preference.

The trip was great, lovely beaches, great swim spot and good was lovely. However the bus to get us to the catamaran took well over an hour when it was only 20 mins away, too many pick ups. There was also too many people on the trip, the catamaran was jam packed, needed about 30 less people on board to be comfortable

A nice and relaxing day. A bit too crowded, but it worked fine. Ok boat and nice staff. BBQ lunch was really good and we had plenty of time for swimming and enjoying the sun. Wish they told us we were going to stay on land (Formentera) in advance, I would have brought some snacks. Recommended!

Didn’t like that we were just dropped off on an island and left for over an hour. Would’ve preferred that there was something to do or activities on the ride there so it didn’t feel so boring. The ride back when there was an opportunity to swim and eat was much better. The food was the best part very good quality for a boat.

The catamaran trip has so far been the highlight of our holiday. Good value for money, wonderful boat trip, fantastic views, stunning island stop and swim off the boat in the greenest of seas. Delicious food on board with unlimited cool drinks, great staff, friendly and helpful. Transfers were seamless, can’t fault it. If you can afford it, would thoroughly recommend. A very enjoyable day out. One for the memory bank.

Organisatie vanuit TUI waardeloos, In het hotel kosten de kaartjes voor deze trip €40 duurder dan in de app. En dan app werkte niet naar behoren. Trip zelfs prima geregeld, wij verbleven in het hotel die als eerste werd opgepikt met de bus. M.a.w. je bent al 2 uur onder weg voordat de dag is begonnen. (Taxi nemen dus). Leuke boottocht, goede reisbegeleiding die 3 talen als niet meer, erg goed beheerst. BBQ prima. Wel erg veel mensen op de boot. Helaas veel kwallen bij de stops.

Felt trip was miss sold. It was not possible to step on s’palmador as in previous years. You had to swim across. This wasn’t entirely made clear on arriving either and we missed the chance to do so. It is not possible for all guests on board to sunbathe on deck, so that is incorrect too. The crew were great and lunch very good but you need to amend the wording on your offer so as not to mislead people.

As everything these days it was overpriced but we still enjoyed the day. Felt sorry for the older people & people with small children who were not able to swim to the island & had to stay on the boat. Although the crew did take a couple of families in the inflatable which was good of them. Food was great. Would definitely recommend

All in all a great day - the boat had plenty to do it was a great pit stop and even better to jump off the boat into the beautiful water! Really really impressed with the food was really enjoyable and catered for everyone. Only disappointment was the AWFUL transfer driver. Surprised we are alive!

I went on a solo trip to Ibiza and did this experience. It was magical, everything from the boat to the location to the AMAZING food was superb. The sangria was the best I’ve had and the beach they take you to is breathtaking. Book it! So worth the money

We were taken to an island, given 2hrs to spend there which was ok. Lunch was good. We then stopped off Formentera, and were given the option to swim. Nothing else much to see or do, it said to take snorkelling gear, but didn't go anywhere to snorkel, which was a bit disappointing

The trip was excellent and well organised. We were told the trip had been limited to 50 people due to COVID however this was at least double upon arrival. None the less the catamaran didn’t feel packed in at this level. In terms of the trip itself, the food was excellent and served by the boat staff

A fantastic day that was really well organised. Great boat, lovely crew and the food far exceeded our expectations. Even the thunderstorm as we set off didn't dampen our spirits.
The beach we moored off was just idyllic and the kids loved the opportunity to dive off the boat in the second location.

I did the catamaran experience on my own and thoroughly enjoyed every minute! The crew were brilliant, the bbq was fantastic and the stops were awesome too. Everything about it was great. Worth the money so don’t hesitate in doing this!

One improvement would be that you advise people how rough the sea can get and that they should potentially take sea sick tablets as there were over 30 on our trip being sick.

The transfer took too long both ways.
I enjoyed a lot the 2 hrs in Espalmador but no much the 30min in the sea far from Formentera. Better to be closer and enjoy the beach a bit or/and navigate by the coast of Formentera

From the booking to the flight and in resort experience everything was excellent!
Very helpful staff, hotel and resort were clean efficient and the service in the dining room was faultless.
Food choice and quality was really good.
Entertainment and activities were brilliant.
We’ll be back!

Long journey there and back with lots of stops in hindsight we might have been better from San Antonio.

Fantastic crew made sure everyone had a great time - food was excellent as was the happy hour- beautiful scenery the visit to the island was out of this world - the best experience I have ever been on- great value for money

Could not recommend this trip highly enough.
The crew on the boat were lovely & informative whilst on the boat. The island of S’Espalmdor was out of this world, like being on a paradise island in the Mediterranean.
The bbq food was absolutely delicious! Want to do it again!!

Would definitely say to recommend that people take a sea sickness tablet before going on this trip…..
Lots of people were sick. We were told it would be calm , it definitely wasn’t calm!!

Loved it! Espalmadar is a stunning, white sand beach. The boat had perhaps 80 people on it (more than ideal) and some guests hogged the nets so we didn’t really get to use them but the trip was well organised. The staff worked hard to give us a great day. Lunch was delicious.

Average
Organized trip, but a bit disappointing. Only stopped in one beach and couldn’t visit Formentera as they only stopped in the middle of the sea.
Lunch was included but only grilled meat and fish available, and some salad, melon and watermelon.
Service not worth it. Unable to do snorkeling.
