wat ik minder vond dat het laatste afzepunt in de tour ver van alles af was. waardoor het teruglopen ook tijd 8n beslag nam. leuk vond ik alle weetjes wat de gids vertelde, maar ruim 2 uur lang rustige gitaarmuziek, steeds opnieuw de 13 nummers, verschrikkelijk ( heen reis)

Reisleiding en chauffeur waren echt top. Reisleidster vertelde veel. Bewondering voor de chauffeur om hoe hij reed. Wat ik een beetje jammer vond was dat er af en toe niet even gestopt kon worden om foto's te maken. Verder helemaal top

The Barcelona tour surpassed all my expectations. Tour guide was very knowledgeable on the sites we visited, as well as ensuring everyone was safe and made it clear what time we had to return to the meeting point and how to get there. Would highly recommend!

Our guide was really knowledgeable and great at keeping a big group together. Driver was not great, it was a very jerky journey and they were 25mins late arriving with noone letting us know they were delayed

Our courier was excellent. She gave clear instructions on leaving and returning to coach and pointed out the various sights en route. Also, she ensured that everyone was safe crossing streets.

Scenery and tour guide excellent. Good stops. Not enough time at some places. Felt very rushed. Last stop was a long way from La Ramblas which we wanted to visit but couldn’t. TUI rep told us when we booked the tour we couldn’t be picked up from our hotel so arranged pick up from somewhere else. This was about a 30 minute walk away so very inconvenient. If we’d have known how far it was away we wouldn’t have booked. But overall we had a good day and enjoyed it.

Veel gezien op 1 dag met goeie uitleg!! Ruim de tijd tussen alles in. We zaten wel wat veel in de bus, maar dat wisten we van te voren…. Al met al een geslaagde excursie

La visite de la ville et son architecture. La guide attentionnée. La pause d'une heure un peu court mais je comprends qu'il y a un temps à respecter. Il serait bien de nous donner un plan de la ville spécialement ou on fait la pause la plus longue, avec des repères exemple : Magasin autres que les magasins de souvenirs que l'on trouve partout.

De bus kwam later dan was gepland ons ophalen dus misschien het schema niet te strak plannen om de mensen op te halen bij de hotels .goede bus netjes schoon en goede airco . Hele goede en rustige uitleg onderweg naar Barcelona en in Barcelona en adviezen wat te doen met je vrije tijd daar . Ze laten je niet zomaar aan je lot over .

Het was wel veel in de bus zitten. Maar daardoor zie je ook weer het een en ander. Sagrada familia is mooi om te zien. Daar blijft het druk. Wat wel kort de tijd is bij het zicht over barcelona. Daar zou meer tijd mogen zijn om ook de andere deel te zien zoals de gekleurde bank. Dat is net te groot voor een half uurtje. Het is wel beter geregeld nu. Wat jammer is dat de fonteinen het niet doen misschien in de toekomst weer. En wat wij gemist hebben is toch langs fc barcelona te gaan.

Everything was so rushed you just couldn’t take anything in and I think the stock should be a bit longer. Half an hour you can’t do nothing. If I could, I’ll get my wouldn’t have gone and I would’ve saved 150 or euros. I would’ve got a refund if I could.

Me and my family (5 total) were left behind at the very first stop. We went to the designated meeting point at the time we were told to 10 minutes early. 11:50am was the time we were meant to be there, and the entire group was gone. There was another elderly couple who were left behind too as they came at the same time we did.

The tour guide was exceptional and very informative, excellent, time on coach was too long, not being told no public toilets beforehand and the only ones you were able to go to for free was the ones in the train station. Maybe try to provide a toilet on the coach, would be a good idea. Barcelona is a beautiful place.

Water could have been offered on the coach, after getting back on from the sight seeing stops, Loved the stops we went too, the guide was extremely informative and very experienced in Barcelona - great way to see some on the huge city. The free time in the afternoon could have been a little longer, however appreciate some of the holiday makers had a longer journey back to the hotel from us.

The journey to and from Barcelona was long due to having to go in and out of various resorts we found it somewhat arduous it took over one and a half hours just to get there (we would not have liked to have started in Tossa there where no comfort stops) this said we did enjoy the tour in general

Paid for a guided tour but due to booking reps wrong directions for pick up we missed the coach, we were offered a replacement trip the following day instead of the refund I wanted, the trip I received was a free day and not a quided tour as i paid for which I believe is a cheaper excursion. Feel robbed, will not recommend. Host on the day was excellent

From the moment the coach arrived our guide couldn’t be more attentive. Our safety and general welfare were a top priority. Our guide was knowledgable and they really wanted us to get the best out of the trip. They were clear and concise with all the instructions given. Well worth the money, gives you a taste of the city leaving you wanting to go back. Our coach was clean and in good working condition and our coach driver was patient and on time for each pick up. Well worth doing the trip.

First collection then stopping on coach for hour and a half picking up from other hotels before setting off to Barcelona, then on the return to our hotel . ( All the time picking up and dropping off was really to long) A total of approximately 3hours of the day

Excellent tour guide, very knowledgable and friendly. Ensured we were all safe and knew where to meet up. Comfortable bus and friendly driver. Negatives: Too many pick ups. We were on the coach for at least 1hour 20mins just picking others up. We were the first pick up in Tossa de Mar. This would put me off doing another Tui excursion. The trip was very bus orientated. Would have liked to have jumped on and off at places a little more.

We thorough enjoyed this tour and it was a great way to see the sights around Barcelona. Our guide, Regime, was brilliant and very knowledgeable. Not only did she tell us about the history of the city but she made sure we were safe and have us lists of advice on where to go, and keeping our processions safe. I highly recommend this tour if you want to visit the sights and stay safe. Easiest way to get around the city.

Most of the time was spent on a coach. When we stopped we walked to the site of visit. Take a photo and back to the coach. Very regimented. Did not go just for photos. Struggled to understand the tour guide at times due to her accent, very knowledgeable and witty but at times dud miss what she said. We visited a location that I am still not sure what it was. Value for money I would say a little over priced. Could visit Barcelona via train and do the same without a guide for less cost.
