Mix up with buses, moved bus at hotel before setting off. Stopped twice on way, adding to journey time. Food was not that great, overall was good value and the driver was good.

YS Falls was amazing, the Guides at the Falls are excellent and well deserving of a decent tip. Black River Safari was equally amazing and seeing the Crocodiles come right up to the boat was a fantastic experience and we learned a lot from the Guide about the local Wildlife. Watch out for the Ice Cream Shop though as 31 USD for 2 x ice creams & 2 x waters was scarier than the Croc’s !

Our excellent guide, Karine, kept us interested throughout the long journey and we had an excellent driver, Lloyd, who kept us safe. Black River crocodiles were the highlight, but also the bird life, about which our river guide was knowledgeable. YS Falls was a fun way to round off the experience and the estate was as interesting as the falls themselves. Travel times were longer than advertised but we were prepared for this from reviews on the TUI app.

I enjoyed all of the trip, the guide Maureen was very knowledgeable and told us a lot about jamaica on the way to the falls which helped to pass the time as its a 2 hour drive. The falls were amazing which you can have a swim in it, zip wire across the falls or swing into the water, afterward you went for lunch which was delicious. The black river was amazing, crocodiles swim right up to the boats so you can see them up close, would definitely recommend this trip

Both experiences were fantastic and our tour guide and driver were both superb! She made the long journey go so quickly, sharing lots of interesting information and having fun! I would definitely recommend this tour! Thank you!

The black river was really good, got to see plenty crocodiles, guide was good. The food served on the trip was at black river, it was good, usual stuff chicken, rice and peas. YS falls was ok, could not go in the actual falls water due recent rain making it hazardous, but able to enjoy the lower level water pools. Your are able to zip wire the falls at extra cost ($50 per person). YS has changing facilities. Warning the drive was long, but a short journey between the falls and black river.

As Muslims we couldn't eat the meat for lunch as its not halal, and they could only offer us steamed vegetables as a substitute for the meat, which was disappointing seeing as there's lots of other Jamaican food that's vegetarian we could eat, or fish. Other than that, everything was good. It rained and therefore the waterfalls were brown and muddy but that couldn't be helped obviously.

We enjoyed the guide who was both knowledgeable and funny. We were fortunate to see 3 crocks and the lunch was excellent (one of us is gluten and dairy intolerant and was able to have a full meal). YS Falls was great but we would have liked a further hour at the falls as there was insufficient time to enjoy and relax.

My favourite part of the trip was the guide she was amazing with her knowledge of Jamaica. Very informative. Black River and YS fall also stunning places to visit. All the people were friendly and very helpful.

Travel time vs experience was a bit skewed towards travel - could not be avoided understandably but it did mean you felt well shaken up by the time you got back to the hotel. Travel was on very rough roads where the real problem was suicidal drivers overtaking in the opposite direction. On one occasion our driver had to veer off the road to avoid a high speed head-on collision.

The excursion was really good and the tour guide. However the driver was making calls and texting while driving which should be a huge NO NO!! We also going this to be the case with the coach driver from the airport to the hotel.

La guide et le chauffeur étaient vraiment super. Elle nous a appris beaucoup de chose sur l'histoire de la Jamaïque. Nous avons adoré cette excursion. Les chutes YS sont magnifiques et le tour en bateaux sur la Black river était très cool, nous avons eu la chance d'approcher quelques crocodiles, c'était super !

It was a great trip! YS Falls was amazing, so beautiful and calm, could have quite easily spent the day there. Black River was equally amazing, lucky to see 5 crocodiles got up really close. The food we had was lovely plenty of it and so fresh. My only negative was the distance we had to travel, 2 1/2 hours each way.

The guide was really informative and friendly. Although it took a whole day and we were tired by the end, her and the bus driver were brilliant. Learnt a lot about the history of Jamaica, the areas we were travelling through and the local life. She was really funny! YS Falls was a beautiful experience, all the different areas to swim and take pictures by the falls felt safe and relaxing. Loved the croc experience too, we really got up close! Highly recommended.

Spalding is not a safe stop spot. This should be changed esp with younger white visitors. Driver had a minor crash incident but we were chased up the roadwhile he found a safe place to stop. Once at us falls, local residents were audibly unhappy that we white people didn't queue, could resolve with pre-booked line. Activities were nice but travel was 12 hor day nor 8. Should be clearer when booking

We really enjoyed the YS falls and Black river cruise. It was a nice number of us on the trip, 6 adults and one baby. We were well looked after well informed and saw many Crocodiles which was the highlight of the trip. Only down side is it is the long journey but worth while. We did feel disappointed that Tui allowed a baby to travel being held by its mother without provision of a baby seat. The driver seemed to think the baby would travel in its pushchair for the journey initially.

The guide on the way went over and above, she was so knowledgeabl of the area and Jamaican history and such great energy, engaged the whole bus with her singing too. The guide at the falls was outstanding too, took many fantastic photos and really helped us navigate the rocks and water. Water shoes are a must for this experience. The Black river guide was also brilliant, the food was reasonable, could have been more water offered. We'd 100% recommend this trip.

Loved the YS falls and black river. Our only complaint is on the way back the guide said she’d take us somewhere she knew of to get souvenirs. It wasn’t part of the advertised tour but she said it was really good and we could save lots of money on souvenirs. We trusted her so we were happy to go and bought quite a few things. We later found out we could have got most things cheaper elsewhere. We think the shop were paying her commission to take people there.

Our guide was lovely, very knowledgeable and explained the culture of the Jamaicans. During the drive there she pointed out areas of interest. However the driver we had was a maniac. He drove so fast that we didn’t see anything the guide pointed out on the journey. It was as if he was in a rush to get there and he was no better on the return journey. We encountered heavy rain on the way back and he still drove at 89 in a 50 speed limit. I’m surprised we got back in one piece.

Great trip, really enjoyed the river cruise and seeing the crocodiles. The ship captain was also great value. YS falls was actually amazing. We much preferred it to dunns. The only thing I would say is there are no showers just somewhere to change.

Tour guide to venue was great and interacted with group well very well, knowledgeable about jamaican history. Guide at falls was very supportive when crossing the falls without him my wife would not have crossed them. Nothing but praise. Black River guide was also very good and interacted with the group as well. Nothing negative at all.

Long round trip. YS was ok but not really too adventurous for active people. Both trips were probably overhyped but this is just my opinion as I note a lot of rave reviews. We saw 3 crocodiles not a group of them as I expected. Still worthwhile as we did not want to visit Jamaica and stay around the complex for 2 weeks.

The Crocodile tour was great, we managed to see 4. The tour lasted 40 minutes, which was a bit of a shame. The YS fall were cancelled due to rain so we were taken to the Pelican bar. Not bad for the experience but not child friendly as alot of people there were smoking weed. The tour was good but as others said and I agreed it was a bit rushed.

Tui rep unhelpful and rude when initially thinking of booking. So ended up booking online so I did not have to speak with him again. The bus ride was long but enjoyable. Andrea was informative and fun. Ys was lovely. Although very rushed by guide there who was nice but uninterested in letting us take our time. Black river was good. A little disappointed they crammed us all onto boat. Made it uncomfortable as squashed next to others. Overall good trip. Would recommend

All of the staff were great, the guided tour was brilliant. It was absolutely amazing seeing crocodiles in the wild, and the wildlife in the mangroves was spectacularly beautiful. YS falls was very good: we were unlucky to have had heavy rain beforehand, so the falls themselves were off limits, but we still got to walk up the trail and see them.

The excursion itself was good. The bad thing was the amount of time it took to get there. 2.5hrs!!! Granted, this can’t be helped. But our driver (roy) was a nightmare. His breaking technique was either no brake or maximum braking.

Not the driver’s fault but the roads are truly terrible and he certainly didn’t slow for most potholes, only the largest. It would be helpful to know how long each trip is from the hotel. Two hours is too long on these roads when you have spine issues. Loved hearing about the flora and fauna and seeing the falls. The water was cool and refreshing and the food very flavoursome.

The trip was good and the tour guide was really informative. The driver of our vehicle however was absolutely horrendous and quite dangerous, a passenger tried to ask him to slow down and got abuse. Just about the worse driving experience I’ve seen. When we signed a waver, honestly didn’t think it was for the taxi. Seriously didn’t think we’d get back.

The full experience was perfect, our guide gave us an excellent history lesson and great info on Jamaican culture. This was an added extra and made the long trip by bus go quicker. YS Falls was stunning and we even had someone assist us through the falls and take all our photos, an extra special gesture. At Black river we had local food which was delicious and enjoyed the trip, saw plenty of crocs too which was a bonus as weather was poor but we still had a great experience

The bi-lingual guide was very profession and engaging and made the long journey more bearable. The Black River Safari is stella and i only wish that it was longer. The lunchtime meal was excellent. The YS falls are beautiful but ziplining is not included in the experience and is fairly expensive. Overall a good trip.

This was a incredible day out. First we drove to St Elizabeth Parish to YS Falls. We climbed the stairs to the falls & were met by a guide who led us across, into the pools - he also took some 10/10 pictures of our group (don’t forget to tip your guide). Iyona our talented, friendly tour guide and Herbert our skillful bus driver made each bus ride (across 8/14 parishes) a good time. After lunch in Black River, we hopped on the boat downriver and saw crocs and wildlife - fun & educational!

We had a great day out. The journeys to and from the YS Falls and Black River were very scenic and our tour guide gave us lots of interesting information on the way and return. The falls are beautiful and the the captain of our river tour was entertaining and very brave with his interactions with the curious wild animals. A great day out.

Firstly, Wonicia was a wonderful guide, so informative and helpful, and our driver Neville was good too. We loved the Hummingbird station, the ability to swim at YS Falls and go under the waterfalls. We also had another guide once there to help us negotiate the rocks and it wasn’t too crowded either! Lovely lunch at the Black River, before boarding a boat to see the crocodiles and egrets nesting which was fabulous. It was a great day out!!

Pick up in usual small bus on time. Not told when booked how long a journey it is but its very long. 3 hours till we get to falls with one stop. Had enough time to get in and birdwatch too unlike dunns River and no stalls at end. Feeders up for hummingbirds. Lunch was OK near black river and boat ride relaxing. Good birds and a crocodile.

Lovely trip down the river we saw crocodiles as soon as we left the dock. The mangroves were amazing. YS Falls in the afternoon unfortunately it started raining but the Falls were beautiful and the water was refreshing!!

Fantastic trip to the Black River and stopped several times to allow us to take photos of the wildlife including native birds and of the various crocodiles we encountered. The YS Falls were stunning and much more accessible than those at Dunns river and the guides will assist if you are not that mobile and also take photos did you. There are also swimming pools too if you want a quick swim before returning home plus changing rooms so you can go back dry

Really good tour but tui failing to realise how the long the tour was. Supposed to be 8 hours but was 12 hours. Not good considering my wife is diabetic and felt poorly towards the end of the excursion

YS Falls are in a lovely location - we climbed the falls and swung on the rope swing - but it's quite different to Dunns Falls. Saw loads of crocodiles really close to the boat on the black river tour! It is a long journey (3 hours each way) but our guide Iyona was great and made this really fun.

Fantastic experience, I just wished that the tour guide would stop sending us to the same gift shop for supplies. The gift shop in my opinion is a rip off where you can't spend less than $20 by card. The shop manager/owner was very rude and arrogant.

Great
Great tour, very interesting to get out the hotel and see the island. We only saw 2 Crocodiles but was good. The YS falls were fantastic, more there than we ever expected so really could have done with more time there.

Great experience at the YS falls. True rain forest experience. Suns sream and lots of drinking water recommended.
