Die Mitarbeiter waren nett aber die verlangten Trinkgeld wenn sie bedient haben nicht immer aber sie verlangten es. Die Mitarbeiter im Rezeption unprofessionell und überhaupt nicht nett, die haben uns ein Hotelzimmer gegeben die wir eigentlich nicht gebucht haben. Aber danach hat der Mann im Rezeption uns das Zimmer gegeben, was wir gebucht haben. Urlaub war gut aber könnte besser werden

The Tui staff we dealt with in resort & on the phone were excellent we booked to go on the Thursday however my daughter was unwell and they were super helpful & changed the booking to the Sunday.

Lange Wartezeiten/ im Park selber ist es nicht möglich bar zu bezahlen/ Getränke, Essen sehr überteuert ( Abzocke!!!)/ man darf keine Speisen bzw. Essen in den Park mitnehmen / das einzige positive war die Delfinshow!

Plenty to see and do to keep all ages happy. More water misters would be good during August! We were not told about adding money to wristbands. We didn’t see any lockers/were not informed about any to keep valuables in. Strict on food coming in. We brought some snacks for my son who has allergies and they were thrown away.

Pro: - Entspannte und schnelle Buchung über TUI - Freundlicher Mitarbeiter am Hotel - Achterbahnen innerhalb des Parks waren spaßig Contra: - Hoher Eintrittspreis (72€ p.P.) - Unverschämte Transferangebote (60€) - Hohe Kosten innerhalb des Parks (Essen / Getränke) - Überfüllter Auqapark - Ein Großteil der Rutschen konnte gar nicht benutzt werden aufgrund technischer Defekte, häufig auch spontane Ausfälle während der Wartezeit in der Schlange - Lange Wartezeiten an den Rutschen

Nous sommes allés au parc aquatique et celui-ci est très cher pour ce que le parc a à offrir. Il y a énormément de temps d’attentes qui ne sont pas bien indiqués (+de 2h de queue). Nous n’avons pas le droit d’apporter de bouteille d’eau ni de nourriture et une fois dans le parc il faut faire un changement de monnaie et ensuite mettre de l’argent sur le bracelet pour pouvoir se nourrir et s’hydrater, or ils n’ont même pas de bouteilles d’1L. Le parc ferme à 19h et les manèges à 18:45.

The water park and theme park are both amazing. We visited as a family of 3 at the end of July and it was very hot. When you enter the park, your bags get searched for food and drinks, and then you can get your wrist band at one kiosk then go to another kiosk to add money to it. We put £100 on ours, and it was just enough. Wrist bands for lockers2.The Queues can be quite long for the rides early on, but if you go after 4 30pm, the coach parties vacate the park leaving most rides virtually empty.

Lots of rides were not working, the ques for rides were all nearly an hour in no shade, very expensive, staff were very rude at times.. They in too many people….

Vereinstaler hatte uns den Ausflug für 200% des normalen Preises verkauft, und hatte uns dabei auch noch Rabatt gemacht, und uns bescheid gegeben das wir eine VIP Taxi von Hotel Aus bestellen können für 50€ das stimmte aber nicht, von Hotel Aus hätte wir für 60€ eine normale Taxi kriegen können, wir haben uns aber entschieden, eine Taxi auf der Straße zu nehmen, was wir auch gemacht haben . Also wir würden angelogen, das doppelte Preis für den Ausflug und Zeit Verlust, Pure Stress!

Der Park unterscheidet sich von keinem größeren anderen Freizeitpark. Wer große Freizeitparks besucht, wird hier keine Neuigkeiten finden. Verpflegung vor Ort viel zu teuer.

Aufgrund meiner Körperhöhe habe ich auf die Hälfte der Thrill- Rides nicht gepasst. Im Europapark war das nie ein Problem. Genauso konnte ich die meisten Wasserrutschen wegen der Gewichtsbeschränkungen nicht benutzen. Mit knapp 2 Meter höhe muss man gar nicht stark Übergewichtig sein. Wasserpark Rulantica wiederum hat keine Probleme bereitet! Solche Einschränkungen müssen kommuniziert werden! Essen und Getränke hoffnungslos überteuert. Ich bereue es den Tag dort verschwendet zu haben.

Das Wetter war nich gut, 70% der Bahnen geschlossen. Die Mitarbeiterin beim Eingang war total unfreundlich und hat sich null Mühe gegeben uns zu erklären, welche Attraktionen geöffnet sind und zu welcher Zeit. Auch die Restaurant Mitarbeiter waren sehr unhöflich.

Excellent rides and a great day out for the Family, very expensive however for food, drinks and souvenirs (nearly £20 for burger and chips, £15 for a keyring)
