The dinner was very good including entertainment. But organisation was poor, they tried to charge for the meal until I explained we had come through you. Then transport was all over the place trying to get us back. I would probably go again but it needs improvement.

Good night lovely place plenty of food only let down was transport i dont expect to climb in through the back door of a 4x4 and sit on a bench seat running either side of the back.Not the transport for a night out

this was the second time we had visited this experience. the food was very good but found the wait for the " entertainment " was to long, so we decided to leave early. the price was expensive for what it is and it is also 20 euros cheaper per person if booked directly with restaurant.

A really well run excursion, all the staff were very polite ,food was in abundance and really well cooked ,the lighting of a fire was great as it started to turn a little cooler and the music and dancing very enjoyable with several guests participating in the local dancing, we would definitely recommend this excursion !

Es war alles stimmig,von der Abholung im Hotel bis zum zurück bringen. Der Service vor Ort war klasse,dass Essen mega lecker. Die ganze Atmosphäre mit Musik und Lagerfeuer einfach traumhaft schön.

Insgesamt war es ein toller Ausflug. Allein der Transfer durch TUI war grenzwertig. Das Auto sollte wohl bis auf den letzten Platz ausgefüllt werden. Wenn dann eine etwas kräftigere Person dabei ist funktioniert die Theorie nicht mehr. Am Ende kamen wir nur ins Ziel, indem eine Mutter ihre erwachsene Tochter auf den Schoß genommen hat.

Our TUI rep told us to to take local cash or Euros to pay for drinks. This was not necessary as the venue took credit cards. We obtained cash from the hotel cash machine. Your rep told us to get it from reception but they told us to use the cash machine which had unacceptable charges, only discovered after the transaction was complete. Please update your staff with this information.

Die Fahrt dorthin war eine Katastrophe. Wir mussten uns mit 10 Menschen in das Auto quetschen. Bei schlechten Straßenverhältnissen und Hitze. Zudem wurde uns die Abholzeit nicht ordentlich mitgeteilt, sodass wir die Abfahrt verpassten und uns ein Taxi nehmen musssten. Das Event ist sehr zu empfehlen. Super schöne Location und ganz tolle Mitarbeiter der Bar. Das Essen war sehr lecker und reichlich. Fazit: Selber bei der Bar ( ist unkompliziert möglich) buchen und ein Taxi als Transfermittel.

we were not collected from the hotel - had to make out own way after waiting for 40 minutes, hotel contacted agent and we were informed to get a taxi, this money was reimbursed by the TUI rep the next day on arrival staff were rude, not helpful we felt that we should not have been there, no table set up for the 4 of us, booked this trip via TUI before departing for the holiday I had full confirmation details etc and had received an email earlier to confirm. food cold or extremely greasy - had D

The only observation, and I do mean the ONLY observation was the time taken for food to be ready between the appetiser and main event. The staff were amazing, the food was amazing, the view was amazing and the music and dancing were amazing. Would do it all again!

Evening was generally good. Pick up times need to be sorted as 3 of us from the same hotel had different times. One person also read that you get a welcome drink and one with your meal but we only got a welcome drink and everything else was charged for making it quite an expensive evening.

We had an amazing evening by the beach at sunset. The service from all staff was great! And the food was amazing. There was so much choice We then sat around the fire with traditional music and dancing. They even got some of the group up dancing and trying to teach us the traditional moves! Die Location liegt wunderschön. Der Sonnenuntergang war traumhaft. Das Essen war sehr lecker und der Service sehr zuvorkommend. Die Getränke müssen separat bezahlt werden. Die Life-Musik war richtig gut. Und das anschließende Lagerfeuer wurde durch Tanzvorführungen mit Animation ergänzt. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Abend.

Location, service and staff are excellent. We really enjoyed our evening. There is a photographer there who took some lovely photos but after paying her, hasnt sent them which is a real shame. I think others have experienced the same. I don’t think she’s affiliated with TUI at all, but she seems to know the staff at the venue well so it’s disappointing they work with someone who does this.

Where we were sitting for our meal it would have been nice for more lights has could not see what we were eating. Also the starter we should have been told what it was. When asked the waiter did not know. When sitting round the camp fire we thought we would see the dancing not having to try and watch from somewhere else.

A beautiful little beach bar set in it's own cove. Beautiful views. A very afro-caribbean feel to the restaurant. Gorgeous cocktails. Great food - chicken, beef, ribs, pork, fish, prawns, pizza!! Caters for everyone. The roaring beach fire is beautiful. Entertainment was good fun. The resident beach dogs are very friendly and well mannered ?? All in all, a lovely relaxing evening.

Although only a 20 minute walk away we were picked up and dropped off at the venue. Photos were taken on arrival on the beech with the sunset. The staff were welcoming and attentive, we were met with a welcome cocktail and huge smiles and a welcome speech from the owner. The food was excellent as was the singing and dancing for the entertainment. A fantastic evening, and went back independently twice as the setting and staff were so good.

I booked this event for 4 people, a couple we where travelling with, it was her birthday. Verity the TUI rep from RUI Toureg arranged for the table to be decorated to celebrate her birthday, advised us it was not suitable for customers with walking difficulties, and also advised us to take warm clothing for after the sunset. The food and the atmosphere was amazing. The staff were attentive and the drinks plentiful. The whole evening was fabulous, and the setting made it so much better. Thank You
