A more relaxed way to round off your holiday. Booking the VIP airport service and lounge ensures that you'll be greeted at the airport and then fast-tracked through check-in, hand luggage security and passport control.
Make your wait at the airport more comfortable and convenient. The service includes meet and greet on arrival and access to the terminal through a special entrance with accompaniment to the VIP lounge.
You'll then have use of a dedicated X-ray machine and be fast-tracked through a special passport control cabin. Also included is use of the VIP lounge for up to two hours, with complimentary coffee, tea, water, soft drinks and snacks. And you'll also have free access to TV, Wi-Fi and the press.

Tickets must be shown at the entrance
Elite Lounge staff will welcome you at the departure area of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 at the Elite Meeting Point
If there are no Elite Lounge staff present, ask the airport information desk inside the terminal to contact the Elite Lounge or a TUI Rep
No luggage carrying service
Ask lounge cashier for the Wi-Fi password
Please check with your TUI Rep in destination as fast-track conditions differ for passengers flying with other airlines
Not available for guests travelling with Condor, Eurowings or Lufthansa
Please ensure correct option is selected – European or non-European as your final destination. This is based on the final destination being in the continent of Europe (NOT EU membership)
Please note the VIP Lounge is available only after check-in for your flight has opened, usually two to two-and-a-half hours before the flight departure time
T1, T2 Elite Lounges now broadcast football matches (England Premier League, Spain La Liga, İtalia Seria A, France Ligue 1 and Türkiye Süper Ligi)
In high season, check-in can be very busy, especially in the evenings so the fast track may still involve a wait in the queues
